My favorite local carwash. Always does a good job on my car, never noticed any damage to the paint. Nice that there is an attendant to get the windshield and under my spoiler a little better. Love that the vacuums are just on and you don't have to keep turning them back on or putting some kind of code in.

So Main Street in Newcastle is an alright place to get your car.Washed the poor guys at the entrance that spray your car and hits the brushes against the doors and the windows and the grill.And the back of your car truck look like they are just simply miserable. But I have never had a bad experience there.

Close friend had a car get damaged here, owner accepted responsibility since it was their equipment that failed but is refusing to pay for the damages since the vehicle is "over 5 years old". Told my family member they would have to pay for half of the damages. Company and owner are not stand up people and don't know how to make it right when they damage the customers vehicle.

This place is the worst. Have been the multiple time in the last few weeks during business hours and they have been closed every time. Call the number associated and it says to leave a message. Can not get anyone to return my call. Do not recommend doing business with them in any way shape or form. Always short handed when they are open and half the time the machinery isn’t working correctly. Oh ya no problem charging my card monthly. That is the only piece of machinery they have that works properly.

Avoid this car wash—they'll damage your paint and break your windows, and they won't take any responsibility. If your car is over five years old, they'll only offer to cover half the costs and then ignore you.

I have tried to find contact information for the owners or someone to talk to but that seems impossible. We have the monthly membership, and since we have got it the machine has been broke down for half of the time, and now that it’s working it doesn’t dry your car. This car wash has gone downhill very fast and it just opened. We have tried to stay loyal and give them multiple chances, but the car wash seems to be getting worse and worse. We will be canceling our membership and finding a new car wash that actually does what it’s supposed to do.

Give me a minute to be a male Karen… let’s talk main st (rapid wash) car wash here in town. You have seen the recent rebranding even though RW has been managing the property since late December. Charging me for my membership like clock work on the 20th of the month despite being closed CONSTANTLY and then today telling me that the money the took out on the 20th (5 days ago) is not valid and that I can’t use my membership unless I pay a additional 5 dollars…okay let me get this right you take my money where I can’t use the wash and now you want MORE? Am I being dramatic? 😅 I think I’ll take my money else wear even with the recent “upgrades” the quaility has dropped significantly. EDITING TO ADD: I told him to just let me wash today (I’ve already paid the membership) and give me time to think on resigning he told me HE WOULD NOT BE GIVING ME A FREE WASH… a free wash??? You took my money for the MONTH 5 days ago

Great car wash, but the staff could benefit from better training on giving hand signals. Their current method is unclear and could be confusing for many customers. While I personally don’t need assistance when entering the car wash, I’m sure others do, and clearer guidance would be helpful

After going through car wash, found one rotating cleaning arm On passenger side not working/spinning. Let attendant know of the malfunction, which they were already aware of, and said there is a part on Order for it. If a car wash is not functioning at its full capacity why are customers being charged full price? After all, had to wipe down the entire passenger side due to not getting clean. Recommendation: If you’re going to run a car wash that is not 100% working, The least you could do is: 1) let your customers know it’s not fully working. 2) Have your workers hand wash what is not being covered mechanically. If you’re charging full price, We expect a full car wash. Don’t take from the mouth that feeds you. It’s little things like that, that take you from a 5 star to a 1.

I had an annual plan for $400 good through July 2025. They just told me since they changed ownership they will not honor it. Incredibly dishonest and stupid. Here you have a customer since 2022 who gives you $400/year and maybe gets 2 washes a month. Not only did you steal from me, but you just lost my son and I as customers to the tune of $800/yr. Unbelievably stupid and dishonest. I hope you lose every annual customer who now goes somewhere else. Shame on you. A really stupid decision. And you are a thief.

Did a great job even w8th the lowest option. The young lady Wisdom was very helpful and friendly and the young man who sprayed down my vehicle made sure to spend a little extra time on each bird poop spot I had ensuring everything was taken care of.

Not super happy, I've usually had good results from newer car washes such as this. But this one missed the mark big time especially for the premium $19 wash job. Dirt and grime and filth all over my Chrome and grill red mud all over my tires and wheels and such. Didn't even get the tire shine I paid for LOLShould have just got the cheap wash it probably would have done just as good

Let me start by saying that until today, I’ve liked using this car wash between detailings. I always get the $20. wash as it makes my car extra shiny and clean looking. Only one time before did they forget to use the brush (I was informed today they no longer use the brushes industry wide) on the back of my SUV and since it didn’t get clean they brushed it and let me run it back through the next day. I didn’t notice the back window and lift gate was cleaned on one side only last Fri. til the next time I drove it, today, 2 days later. The manager informed me that they won’t re-wash my car or clean the dirty side either because I should have noticed it before I left the car wash. I’ve since noticed the entire $20 wash was subpar. There was a lot more discussion between the manager and me, but apparently the bottom line is an unsatisfied customer is of no concern to him or this company.

Ruined the striping on my brand new car. Shook and rattled my car during the wash. Will never go through this car wash again. My husband is unable to get a hold of anybody to cancel his membership and it has been 3 months of trying to cancel.

If I could give no stars I would. Car wash is crap along with the red headed know it all manager. My car got stuck on rub rail and he insisted it was my fault. I understand why it had a 3.3 star now. Had to go hand wash it… Half but washed If you value your vehicle don’t go there

I’m a current, soon to be EX monthly member in Newcastle. I live directly behind the Car Wash and after requests for their 6am mowing landscaper to not mow so early, I am taking my complaint here. This business refuses to address their landscaper. Any business that doesn’t support the people in their community, doesn’t deserve their communities business. Decide for yourself and bring towels, their wash will leave your vehicle soaking wet. Truth, not tyranny.

Too expensive, they really need to bring back the half-price deals they used to have. I used to wash both my vehicles here twice a month, but this will be the last time at these prices and with this level of quality. Last time I paid for a $25 wash and the machines were down (with no sign or notice at the payment area). This time, the young guys doing the power wash actually cleaned my car better than the machine ever did. Overall, kind of disappointing, thankfully the vacuums still suck, because that’s about the only thing here that does its job.

I have been a member for a while with rapid car wash… My complaint with rapid car wash is that their dryer function works terribly. It leaves one side of the car completely wet. It just does not function very well and makes for a poor finish on the wash, I will probably not be redoing my membership with this service.

Many of the negative reviews, though not all, seem to be mistakenly posted for the "self-clean" car wash down the street, which is quite poor. We have a new car and are very particular about car washes, and this is the only automated wash we trust. (See my photos.) Here’s my breakdown: ***Monthly Pass:** Incredibly affordable. A similar pass at a premier car wash in North OKC costs four times as much. ***Ease of Entry (For Pass Holders):** An automated point of sale with a two-lane entry. The pass system reads your license plate and opens the gate. Custom tags (like mine) may require a small RFID sticker on the windshield. ***Pre-Wash:** Several young attendants guide you into the wash track and pre-scrub the running boards, grill, and other lower surfaces. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and does a great job with the pre-cleaning. HINT: Newer cars need to turn off auto-wipers and auto-brake. ***Wash System:** The track runs VERY smoothly with no jerking or pulling. The brushes automatically adjust and clean well without applying undue pressure; have not detected any clear coat swirl marks from the brushes The water and soap jets apply the product evenly and with sufficient pressure. The dryer unit applies heat evenly, so we leave the wash without any visible water spots. ***Vacuum Stations:** FREE! The vacuums are tube-fed and automatically start when removed from the holder. The tubes are long enough to accommodate large vehicles and pickups. Plus, they provide free towels!
