Automatic wash didn't clean the car. Had to hop out and do the manual wash. That's why I left a two star review, because I had to pay twice to wash a car that wasn't especially dirty.

Love this car wash the automatic car wash the most expensive one is only $13 which is awesome cuz they have good pressure does a great job and you get free Vacuums at the end of it which is awesome too but even the self wash is great good pressure good choices not expensive I love it

I live on Dixie and go out of my way to get my car cleaned here. I go through the no touch car wash and my car becomes cleaner than the car washed at the big shops on Dixie. Free vacuum after every clean. For it to be a smaller car wash at the same prices or maybe cheaper than most I will continue to keep taking my car here!

It doesn't have the lights,bells and whistles of these so called quality car washes,but it be is by far the best I've been to. They have a touchless drive through, for people with a nice paintjob ,with a strong blow-dry,and and an excellent vacuum for only $4 . They also have a do it yourself side,but you only need to do that if you have mud underneath. The drive thru goes up to$12 if you need a super long as hell cleaning.

Ive been coming here for over 20 years and it's, by far, my favorite car wash in the city. Maybe it's the history, because it's familiar, or maybe how friendly the owners are every time I see them there... idk?! I don't live in the area anymore, but will drive across town to wash my car at the sparkle! 💙

Bim and Jim are awesome at keeping the carwash running. Some customers just don't care about how they use the hoses or throwing away trash out of there cars. The owners care about keeping equipment up and running. I hope they never close it down because other carwashes in the area are expensive, just for a single car wash.

I've had over 25 dollars stolen from there automatic car wash. STAY AWAY. I used to go 2 times per week. I won't be anymore. I'm sure there are plenty of other car washes around with better customer service. Thanks magic sparkle for finding us a new car wash.

This is my Go-To car wash. It's good. It's high value. And I'm always seeing someone's maintain it. You simply cannot beat the quality to cost ratio here. I've spent much more on other Car Wash's splash and dash option and usually regret it. You won't here. I'm very thankfully for this place.

Edited review due to bad management/ownership. This used to be my go to car wash. I got a few deep scratches on a new vehicle from the touchless arm and when confronted the guy who runs it he became very aggressive demanding it was my fault. I’ll admit I reversed a little when I maybe shouldn’t have. But the wash was acting very weird. It told me to stop before my vehicle was all the way in the bay. I thought it was a fluke so I reversed a few inches and apparently tricked the machine. I didn’t even want compensation, just an adult conversation and explanation. I won’t be going back. Every week for 10 years I spent money here. No more.

Love this place. I mean how do u beat a 4 dollar wash free vacuum included. The most expensive wash is only 12 bucks which is still cheaper than most other places. The owner is hell friendly always willing to chat. They keep the place as clean as can be. They have maybe 5 bays for hand washing. I'm there probably once a week. Not sure if they ever close the auto wash at night. It's always been open when I go. Do yourself and your car a favor and give it a bath at magic sparkle...

The price was right. More importantly the self service tools all worked wonderful. The spray gun for the water and soap had great pressure. Vacuums worked wonderful. A good self service car wash is getting hard to find. Thank you to the owners for caring enough to properly maintain the facility.

They broke my $200 Airlift controller by smashing it between the seats. They tried to say they didn't do it but the guy who vaccumed the car came out to confirm that my controller was on my dashboard and working before the dry off team touched it. They said they are not responsible for my loss.

I love this place.. littlerly the only touchless car was in Louisville that actually cleans your car.... has a free vacuum, place is clean and safe feeling, and to top it off the owner is one hell of guy that treats his customers right

Didn’t get a chance to use the self-service bay. It’s a nice day so I expected it to be busy. There was no signage directing how/where cars should be pulling in. When I pulled in from around the back, which I had seen other cars do, an attendant came and yelled asking why I pulled in that way. He directed me to fix the way I had pulled in. I just left because of his attitude. Get some signage maybe. Shame because the reviews seemed good. Edit to respond: there were no signs. If there were, then they’re not effective. Wasn’t trying to vacuum my car for free. I do that at home with my shop vac. Still don’t see the need for yelling when it was a chaotic day and there were cars going both ways.

Just an FYI, when weather is decent, hell, even raining, I'd be here at least every other week spending almost $200 or more! Not because it was expensive but because I wanted to take my time and my trk needed the attention! I used to love this place and the staff I always dealt with was an african american man which was awesome! Tonight, it's been a whole different story, It took me $6 just to vacuum the back floorboard and the last two times I've been here, the vacuums haven't worked very well anyway. The man I dealt with tonight kind of acted likeI was bothering him and wasn't very friendly at all! Needless to say, I'm leaving to see if I can't find a new car washed to use from now on! Man, I'm so disappointed.
