Best car wash in the nation! Was just there today. Just wish they had more room for expansion to accept the oversize trucks.

They act all snooty if you have a problem with your credit card. The spray arms in the car wash are Jerry rigged with a pool noodle from Walmart.

Nice car wash! Always seems to be well maintained. I love the automatic stall! It does a good job for a touchless wash.

This is a nice place, but after my car dried I noticed that most of the dirt was still there. I ended up washing it by hand and did a much better job.

Always had a pleasant experience. The attendant is very helpful. I don’t like the guard rails inside the automatic wash & if they were removed I would go there weekly.

I used the touch-less stall to clean my vehicle; I selected the $9 wash, the various cycles should be longer fir a better clean.

BEWARE! I was overcharged on my credit card. I used my credit card to pay for a quick rinse on my car. After rinsing off my car I hit the stop button and saw I was charged $2 on the screen. A few days later I noticed on my bank statement I was charged $10. I called the car wash and was told the $10 was a pre-authorization and I should check my credit card statement in a couple more days and I should see an adjustment in the price back to the $2. He said it was like how the gas stations charge credit cards. I waited 3 more days and on Saturday morning I drove to the carwash to get a reimbursement on the overcharge. The attendant on duty told me that if I did not hit the stop button I would be charged $10. I explained to him I was sure I hit the stop button and I even stood there for a few seconds and made sure everything stopped. He gave me the phone number for the owners and told me I had to contact them. I called them and left them a voicemail. One of the owners returned my call later that day. She told me she would check her system in a few days and if I was charged the $10 she would likely need my credit card information again to reimburse me $8. I mentioned to her they should just reimburse me the entire $10 for the inconvenience and time I had to waste on dealing with this. She responded to that by telling me it was not that big of an inconvenience to me and she would only reimburse me the $8 that was owed to me. She told me she thinks she might have to put up signs at the car wash that say she is not responsible for credit card charges if the stop button is not pushed correctly. I was blamed for the overcharge. I was not apologized to. I felt disrespected. If I thought for even one second that I did not hit the stop button and left the system running I would not be writing this and I would probably even still visit the car wash. But I stood there and watched the screen say $2. After 20+ years of taking my cars to this local business I will no longer return here to wash my vehicles. I have better things to do than checking my bank statements for overcharges after visiting a car wash. Good luck!

I can NEVER get the card reader or cash deposit to work on the auto bay. I've tried different bills, different cards, different methods.

Waited my turn. The part of the machine that accepts cash was "out of order". Tried for 5 minutes to "make my selection" ($6 wash and rinse) entered my card...and nothing. So frustrated, I gave up. Definitely not going to this car wash again.
