This is the worst car wash I have ever been too. Got all the gadgets but the auto car wash lacks soap and water pressure on all options. Let’s not even get started on self serve. Don’t use this car wash. You will leave unhappy.

The attendant is extremely rude. There apparently was issues with the automatic wash working. The attendant was yelling at me and refusing to give my money back. Will never be using this location. Mobil down the road is cheaper and doesn’t have a grumpy attendant.

Went to use automatic car wash, half way through the machine broke down and left blue soap/polish on the car. Had to go spend another $2.50 to run it through the manual bay to clean the stuff off. Side note, another gentleman was in line behind me at the auto wash and had already paid for his wash which he did not get and no attendant on duty.

I live equal distance from byron and winnebago. I wanted to wash my truck quickly today so I decided to stop at this car wash because there is never any line at this one and it is close to Rt. 20, which is what I take to go home from work. Keep in mind I can thoroughly wash my truck at the Byron self wash for about $6.50 to $7. I do the same routine today at this car wash and easily rack up $10....but we arent done there! I still havent even started spot free rinsing my truck yet. If you use your debit card to pay, it shuts off once it hits $10! So now I have to reinsert my card again to finish, but once you do that it's a $3.50 minimum before it quits charging you again. So my typical wash that costs me 6.50 to 7 bucks in byron, cost me $13.50 at this car wash. Dont get me wrong my truck looked good afterward, but not enough to justify paying DOUBLE what I do at byron. I guess this was the last time I go to this location. Its actually enough of a price difference to justify going to the byron one and waiting in a line. Now I see why the byron one is ALWAYS busy and this one never is.

BEWARE: if you use a card, it will charge you more money than what you actually spent. My card was charged over 5 dollars more than what I actually used. Not only that, when using the soap option, there was no pressure, and barely anything came out. Will not come here again

Wish the vacuum timer went just a little longer. Also, the dryer on the end of the autowash needs to be about 30 seconds more. The back door drips tons of water while the dryer is trying to do its job. Nice to have a local place to get things done though.

Great place. CLEAN, attendant on duty most of the time, taller bay for high top vans which I have to use. Asked attendant to guide me into stall to be sure I clear my running lights and she was more than happy to help. Tall bay CAN take credit cards which is awesome in not having to have lots of quarters. Dynasty Transport.

I usually hand wash all my vehicles, and sometimes I would stop here for a quick rinse. Today I was being stupid and used the brush DONT USE THE BRUSH !!! My truck was just paint corrected earlier this summer & had 0 swirls . Just using the brush one time gave me all these swirls in my paint

My daughter went through the automatic and it appears the super soap and the next mode after the turbo rinse both shot blanks. No soap. Also the cycles were out of sync. The rinse nozzles kept spraying even after the dryer. To be fair, we’ve used this place before and didn’t have any problems but I’d like a refund for the dud wash or some kind of credit when they have everything

This place took my money and didn’t even give me a car wash. I purchased a car wash on 01/12/2025, put $15 in the machine, then selected my wash. After I selected, it turned to “out of service.” The number online just rings and rings until it hangs up. So there’s no true way to get your money back. I work down the road from the car wash and will be telling everyone to not waste your money at this place. Drive to Rockford, your money won’t be stolen there. $15 for absolutely nothing. Will try to file a formal complaint with the BBB.

Went there yesterday after being the northwoods last week with my wife’s Jeep. Worst wash ever. The sprayers with the pre wash didn’t all work. The underbody sprayers only sprayed for 7 seconds. The pre soak only did one side of the car. I paid for the $ 12.00 , which was the best wash you offered. How do I get a refund for such a terrible wash. Would not recommend your wash , I’m sorry. I can’t even rate this wash, worst ever, only reason you get 1⭐️ is without it, the email won’t send.
