What lousy customer service. Lady has worked for them for 20 years is very rude and short. tried to get the manager to explain my elderly grandfather made a mistake and made a purchase the day before on some wire which was cut and I understand that but it was 25ft plus. I think the way they handled the situation is absolutely garbage and lack of genuine customers service should wake up general managers over their store managers because they simply do not care. I would highly recommend home depot over lowes simply because of customer service

This is not my regular home improvement store, but I did receive particularly good service on my recent visit to the lumber section that merits kudos. I’m just starting an extended run on crutches - and time for some small projects. I needed a 2x6 for a pickup bed shelving system - where I boondock. It was taking a long time for the junior cashier to locate an electric wheelchair cart so I headed on down to see what I could figure out. I didn’t catch the name, but a senior employee, moving like he’d been busted up pretty good, stepped in to help. He showed me how to use a lumber cart as a support in lieu of crutches. It was the perfect solution, and the assistance from someone who truly understands meant so much in these challenging times.

Quality control Lowe's?? Delivered this warped and split beam to me. Wasn't home when it was delivered -never would have accepted it. Took it back to exchange and store manager said she couldn't help me. Shop local - not big box.

This 5 star review goes out to Jehan who went above and beyond to help me at the Rimrock location. I needed some 64 gallon toters that weren't on the floor and he went out of his way to check the bull pit for more, brought them to me, and then helped me take my other cart to the checkout. I had asked another associate for help, who informed me that if it wasn't on the floor, then they didn't have any more in the back. Jehan actually helped me solve my problem and didn't push it off onto someone else. So thank you Jehan! You turned what would have been a frustrating experience into a pleasant trip.

I went to Lowe’s to pick up supplies for building a fence with my father and stepmom. I’m a 19-year-old woman, and my stepmom is quite small, so we knew we’d need some assistance handling the heavier items. We asked multiple times for help in the lumber section, but each time the employees we spoke to seemed irritated, dismissive, and often walked away without returning. Eventually, one employee did help my dad load some wood, but after checkout we needed forklift assistance. Only after we pushed everything over to the truck ourselves did someone finally agree to help—though instead of assisting, he told us to bring the truck to the entrance, then stood by watching as I struggled to push an entire cart of cement back to the building. Thankfully, a kind stranger—not an employee—stepped in to help me. When the forklift portion was finished, several employees lingered near the entrance, watching as we struggled to load heavy logs and 80-pound cement bags. Rather than assisting, they disappeared as soon as it was clear we were having trouble. I truly don’t understand what kind of customer service this is supposed to be. Employees in departments dealing with heavy materials should be available and willing to help, not act inconvenienced or stand by idly. The only positive part of this trip was the garden section staff, who went out of their way to assist us with loading fence pallets—so thank you to them. As for the lumber section, it’s disappointing and unprofessional. Please ensure employees are doing their jobs, assisting customers, and not treating people poorly when they ask for help.

If you’re buying Trex, I’d recommend another Lowe’s or Home Depot. We drove 3.5 hours to pick up our deck boards, which we ordered in advance. It took them 1.5 hours to get the boards loaded and in our trailer. While being loaded in the trailer, the forklift operator dropped the material in such a way that they didn’t all make it in and then he tried to knock them in, damaging several boards (you can even see the forklift scrapes on one of the boards). We ended up opening the packaging to get everything in and had to buy a strap to then secure them. The staff was incredibly kind, but it was not our fault. After taking inventory of the damaged boards last night, I called today to ask for an email to send the photos to and for a refund of the damage done. The woman I spoke to was incredibly kind but her Manager, Michele, without even seeing the photos, would not offer a refund for the damaged boards and offered a $40 gift card. She said we’d have to drive back to the store to exchange them — the 7 hour round trip with a trailer would cost more than the damage done. We want to make sure this doesn’t happen to any one else and thought it was reasonable to ask Lowe’s to make it right, but they didn’t. Buy your Trex from somewhere else.

My complaint is not with Lowes, it is with GE Profile appliances! We purchased high-end appliances, all GE Profile, and they have been a nightmare!!! The Refrigerator model # PVD28BYNHFS has not worked properly from day - 1. When you close the freezer drawer it BLASTS (PUKES, DISGORGES) water all over the floor from the ice dispenser. They have worked on it twice with no resolution. The dishwasher tub leaks from a seal in the bottom and did 20 k worth of damage to our hardwood floor. It is model # PDT755SYV1FS. These are new, warrantied products that have serious problems. Avoid them like the plague.

I got the worst customer service and I have been absolutely screwed over on my order. I've already contacted customer service twice and am left with a mattress with no boxspring The logistics and communication of Lowes in my case was careless and I am now left holding an incomplete order and in a screwed up predicament. I give up trying to get this thing returned... I'm just gonna take my loss and buy anywhere else except lowes... bottom of my list.... completely ridiculous.... now watch, a bot will reply "Here at lowes we pride ourselves in customer service".... if you really did you would've fixed it the first time instead of giving me the run around twice....

One of the worst stores to ever get any appliances from we got a brand new washer that they installed come to find out incorrectly and then it was completely put off when we called they just didn't put our order in to get it fixed and once it was fixed they fix it wrong again our brand new washer is already had internal damage to a guaranteed definitely a waste of $700 customer service was horrible they wanted to offer me a $20 online discount on something I buy as my inconvenience fee for it once I had to you know make a claim for the thousands of dollars worth of clothes they destroyed in this process I highly recommend any and everybody to go to Home Depot or ANYWHERE ELSE!!! O AND THEY HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO INSTALL TO PUT BLAME OFF TO AVOID HAVING TO ACTUALLY FIX THEIR PROBLEMS

Customer service is a joke and should be ashamed at how they speak to people. Can't handle an upset Customer? Don't work in retail. Threats towards customers and pompous behavior isn't going to get you anywhere. The saddest part is the company isn't going to do anything about it so I just won't go there anymore. Good luck staying in business with the way you treat your customers. Wish I could leave zero stars.

Mill Works department dropped the ball 3 times. They under charged me twice which resulted in the transaction was cancelled. They had to special order a simple 3.0 door which got lost with Boisce Cascade only to be lost. After 3 months of excuses I am taking my business somewhere else.

Need to load some cement bags at the busy pro side of the store. Forklift driver brought the whole stack to the back of my truck and another employee helped load. Awesome timesaver for me. Much appreciated, felt sorry for the forklift driver because he had a Miami dolphins hat in and they suck :)

Not a good place to make big purchases. Bought our floor there, basically didn't have many options with people the would lay flooring on slab. So we worked with the flooring department and They were great, but then the problems started. The company they go through to do the installs is Kluge Bros in Commerce City. Their installer showed up and stated they couldn't install the floor, because it wasn't leveled correctly. So they stated they could level it but it would cost us $1,000.00 for them to do the work. We had been on the concrete floors for over 3 months, so we felt we had no choice. They took less then 3 hours and left. Came back the next day and started laying the floor. There was a huge scratch where they moved the refrigerator and another piece that had curled on the end. They didn't finish and of the thresholds and I pointed out a piece that was missing. I called Lowes and they had the Flooring company call me. The same person came out and fixed the one plank and the other scratch. When he left we didn't notice another scratch because the light wasn't on it when we looked. He said he would fix it. Then the appliances were delivered and I told them to be careful of the flooring. They left and with the light on, they left many scratches in front of the refrigerator and the stove. Again I called lowes and the sent me to the insurance company for the flooring. They wanted 3 bids for the repair. I tried to get 3 companies out but no one would touch it. So, I called a manager at the store numerous times and finally got one to respond. She called the company they use for the appliances and I was told to call Steve the owner. So I did and he asked me if I had a person that could do the work and I told him the company that lowes uses was in the house, so they talked and agreed to a price to repair the floor. At this point no one told me I needed to go back to the Flooring company that had the contract with Lowes. So no one will fix this mess, and Kluge Bros stated that since I went out on my own (which I didn't, I did what the manager told me to do) I wasn't under warranty. So I have to pay for the repairs. I sent an email to Steven Markert, manager with the proof that Grand Valley Delivery, LLC (which is the company that does the appliances for Lowes) paid for the repair of the floor. Unfortunately the company that works for the contracted company Lowes uses, didn't complete the job. So, we spent $25000.00 on our flooring and it still has the damaged that was done, and we are told we are not in their warranty, because we didn't use the company that had the contract with Lowes. Lesson: We just moved here Jan, I guess we should have looked harder for a company that would respect that we were the customer, didn't receive training as to how to know what to do when we were purchasing items from Lowes. Shame on us! Don't make the same mistake we did. By the way, the company that worked for Kluge Bros quit! Speaks volumes

Poor customer service. They have Employees including the the ones who work at the customer service counter that have no clue on items, or how to order items in let alone find them in the store that shows online should be in stock at that location but not on the shelves. Have always had issues at this store. Will never go back i will just stay with Home Depot.

WE have bought several major appliances from Lowes. Always been very happy. Went in this morning for a new frig. ART the sales guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. HOWEVER the remodel of the area prevented us from looking at the model we wanted. Seemed like NO exceptions beyond the barrier. A WHOLE LOT of sorry about that was uttered by const people as well as Art. We were told it would be two weeks until completion. We don't want to wait that long to drop $3k. Off to Best Buy or HD. Better luck next time Lowes.

Some stores just need recognition for being amazing. We have now been in GJ for a month, and I have had several interactions as we are remodeling our new to us house. First, the flooring guys (I think Deondre and Steve?) were above and beyond helpful. They helped me put together my first pro order and enjoy the benefits of. Next the paint department...Nick and (I believe) Mike? made my day on Black Friday. They were slammed and still made time to help me with my paint type selections and get all 5 colors mixed in a timely manner while also dealing with the Black Friday madness. My last shout out goes to Cherrill and her team in Order pick ups. Friendly, helpful and even helped me get all the materials packed in the car. And to the young man who pointed me in the direction of Boot Barn...Thank you.

I will never do business with Lowe’s again. Ordered an upright freezer and had it delivered and the door had minor dent and scratches. The gave me a discount which I accepted. When I plugged it in it made a noise like the fan was bad or hitting something. They said they would send someone out to fix it. The 2 individuals barely spoke English and were hard to talk to. I asked if they were going to fix it multiple times and they said yes but ended up hauling it off and they had someone on the phone tell me they would exchange it. When they called back they said they would have to fefund my card and I would have to order it again. That is ridiculous. I will buy everything I need from Home Depot in the future.

We had the best experience at our local Lowe’s over the weekend. There was a pair of electric pruners that hadn’t been restocked in a while, and Parker and Cohen were very patient and helpful. They helped us over several hours and helped us get the pruners we wanted. Thank you, Parker and Cohen, for helping us and being so patient with us!
