Edit: Went to buy an in stock shed kit. The supervisor working in the garden section didn’t even know they had sheds in stock… she didn’t believe us. When we went home to put it together there were TONS of moldy and rotten boards. Customer service helped us with our issue by giving us 10% off which only covered replacement boards. Our inconvenience was more than that. Do not buy a shed kit in store. Last review: Went to look at sheds and they were all screwed shut. One was unlocked and had garbage sitting in the entire thing.

Lots of plants that are overwatered with pests at this location. They wait until things cannot be saved to put them on the clearance rack. Many dying Shangri La pothos that they still want $19.99 for and will not mark down 👎

We came in looking for exterior faucet covers. Two separate employees sent us in the wrong direction and did not seem overly excited to help us, even though it was not very busy in the store. Back to Home Depot I guess

Well, let me tell you, my recent trip(s) to Lowe’s was nothing short of an epic saga. It all started with a simple transaction where I was supposed to get a discount. Spoiler alert: I didn’t. Not a big deal, right? Wrong. This turned into not one, but TWO return trips to sort things out. At first, I thought, “Great, here we go. This is going to be one of those experiences.” But oh no, Lowe’s had other plans. From the moment I walked back in, the staff went out of their way to make things right. They were friendly, patient, and honestly made me feel like I was the main character in their customer service story. The cashier was so apologetic, you’d think they accidentally ran over my dog (which, thankfully, did not happen). The manager stepped in like a superhero, cape and all (well, figuratively), and made sure I left with not only the right discount but also a smile on my face. They even threw in a few laughs, which I needed after my second lap around the parking lot. By the end of it all, I almost didn’t mind the extra trips. It was like my own little Lowe’s adventure—discount edition. So, while my gas tank might disagree, I’d happily return to Lowe’s again knowing they care enough to make things right AND make it enjoyable. If you’re looking for a hardware store that’ll not only fix your house but also your mood, Lowe’s is the place to go. 5 stars, and a big thank you to the incredible team for turning a mix-up into a memorable experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in with my baby stroller, wife and child. Was literally checking out, pulling things from the bottom net where I set them (instead of grabbing a basket as I do in all stores) As I was scanning, lady with a guy with a white mustache and beard start rustling through my items on our stroller as we were checking out. (Assuming we’re gonna steel these items WHILE we were checking them out). Ridiculous. Will leave a few more reviews so this is heard and corrected. You DO NOT touch someone’s stroller and cart. Use your words. This is the ONLY store we’ve had this crap happen.

I went to the Lowe’s Battleground store yesterday and needed help with plywood. I was looking for 1/8” which is not plentiful. Just wanted to give a shout out to Jesus, you could not have been any more helpful, patient and nice to me. You are definitely an asset to Lowe’s and they are lucky to have you. I appreciate all your help.

I called here to check the purchase date of a LOWE'S BRAND faucet and see if it was covered under warranty since the LOWE'S BRAND one had FAILED PREMATURELY and leaked gallons in the kitchen. The order was looked up, verified and I was told to bring it by and they would swap it out. I uninstall, show up the 1st time. Order verified again, no stock. I wait a few days for the stock to come in, called to confirm and headed over. Customer service looks up the order (for the 3rd time) verifies and gives me the location to get the faucet. 15 minutes later and the item is in the wrong bin, found it, the person goes to exchange, can't and gets a manager who then informed I had to go to the location where I had purchased it due to the date. I decided to call that store across town to verify the information before I leave the parking lot. Turns out there's a 90 day policy on the LOWE'S faulty faucet. Not a problem but if anyone I spoke to at this store had been trained correctly even the 2 managers who helped look up the order had mentioned this I could have just purchased it and saved 2 trips, holding on the phone, and a little over 5 hours of my time let alone the days we couldn't use the faucet in the kitchen. A real pitty to lose a customer going back to the days of Lowes based in Wilkesboro over less than $100. They just built Nighthawk Ace Hardware up the road closer to me. They had the same replacement faucet we looked at and it was cheaper we went with the Moen since you can't trust the Lowes branded one to stand up or them to stand behind it or anyone to know the return/exchange policy on the thing. I may just be a nobody, but nobody at Lowe's will get my capital again

I stopped by here at 9:30 on a Saturday morning to get a deadbolt lock set. It wasn’t busy at all. When I walked in, I noticed Halloween and Christmas decor and decorations. As I was walking looking for the aisle with the locks, I noticed the blue Pickup lockers for online orders. There were many options for locks. I found one for $20 that I bought. I used the self checkout machine. They cameras that are always recording. I accidentally scanned my item twice and a staff member had to remove it. She was a friendly older woman. For receipts, you can choose to get it printed only or emailed and printed. I opted to get email and print because I will lose a receipt quickly. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Pleasant visit no matter the city or town, always welcoming with plenty to offer. If only at self-checkout it did not seemed to be watched or movements documented in a participatory theft attempt...it's evidential our world has changed!! Thanks for the pleasant shopping experience to management and staff!!

Alexander was very rude when I tried to ask about an order I had. Even followed us on our way to Pro to tell other employees not to help us. Elvis helped us and was very nice! But unfortunately, Alexander made it a horrible shopping experience.

Great experience overall every time that I’ve visited here. They’ve been very helpful with me regarding returns without receipts. I do do a lot of business here I’ve attached some pictures of my spring garden project, I love their outdoor center. I’ve moved into a new house and I’ve taken care of a lot of projects using the store, which is in convenient Central Greensboro, the people that have checked me out of always been kind and helpful. Really enjoy the store.

Over the weeks of a small bathroom project, this store really shined bright, the customer service reps and access to online materials and local materials were invaluable. Double shot out to the customer service desk crew. Thank you guys for your patience and kindness.

I recently visited Lowe’s lumber Department to buy some woods for my house not knowing what to get sizes and kind. I was so overwhelmed and about to give up. Then a young man named Mr. Jesus came by and saw me getting frustrated. Instead of ignoring me he came to help and carefully asked questions about the work I was going to do. He was so kind, calm and very knowledgeable. He showed me different kinds, sizes and explain the differences. I told him my husband is running late but I want go ahead choosing what we needed. When my husband arrived he was so impressed that I found what we needed without his help. I said Mr. Jesus helped me and he was so happy he did not have look around longer. We go t the materials we needed and bought them Thanks Mr Jesus. I hope you hire more people like him. He deserves a promotion or a raise. What a caring, knowledgeable man. He was never t just a worker to earn money and he really cares about this work and customers

Without a doubt, this is the best Lowe`s Hardware store in all the Triad!! What makes it truly exceptional is the stellar people who work there, who go above and beyond to make sure you receive the sublime deals and best customer service of your life. The manager, Austin, is fantastic and genuinely cares about his customers!!! Neil, who works in household appliances, is nothing short of a Godsend and definitely deserves a raise and promotion. Neil & Austin truly went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the best deal and informed me about all the current promotions that could apply to me. Neil and Austin truly made my Black Friday shopping for an oven and refrigerator a stellar experience.

walked in around 4pm last friday to talk to someone about replacing my front door. No on was in the department. I pushed the button for help while I looked around at the doors for ideas. No one came and I could hear the reminders on the intercom for custommer assistance. About 10 mins later a random emloyee walks by and asks us if were waiting for help. I said yes and she responded, "I will go get her.". We waiting around for another 20 minutes or so. Nothing. So we left. Went to Home Depot right after and were we help immediately helped by a very knowledgeable employee. I'm glad I spent $3000 at the right place. Next time I want Walmart level expertise and McDonalds level service, I know where to go.

I just can't not say anything anymore. I go to a hardware store ALOT, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day for work. This lowes is generally average. Employees are grumpy, paint matching is usually off, parking(not lowes fault) sucks some days. But, they typically have the things I need. The worst part about this lowes is the DISGUSTING mens restroom. It's not a one off deal. I've been stopping into this location, when I absolutely HAVE to, for about 3 years. It has never been clean. It smells like urine and feces. There is always, what I assume, pee in front of the toilets. Morning, noon, and night. I have never been to a hardware store with a more disgusting bathroom. You'd think they would spend some time or money to clean their customer restrooms. I definitely drive the extra distance to home depot or a different lowes if I can. I'm a service worker, and try not to use client restrooms, so a decent hardware store restroom is important.

Never buy a generator from the large box store before a winter storm. You have a 48 hour window in which to return it, which is conveniently printed next to the register on a letter sized sign in tiny 10 font print so you never notice it. It is an amazing grift.

In my opinion, they used to have some of the best customer service. Recently, however, you can never find an associate to help you and it's become difficult to return items. I have had difficulty returning unopened items with a receipt. I have started to shop at Home Depot or the Lowe's on East Cone. I have received a wonderful customer service at these locations. Home Depot has never given me a problem returning open or unopened items with a receipt.
