They almost never have cashiers Amy more. All self checkout. Have to go to contractor end to find an actual person to check me out. So frustrating. If home depot wasn't so much further away...

My husband and I were planning on ordering some cabinets and the garage, but decided to see if we could get a better deal in-store, especially with a longer 0% financing because we were only given the option for 6 months. I am SO glad we did! Marvin was the man who helped us out. He was very friendly and helpful. He told us the options available. We were able to get 18 months of 0% financing, but also saved over $300. He also provided us contact information in case there was something wrong with the order upon receipt, which is spectacular because you do not get a direct point of contact for online orders. He truly does treat the customers like family.

I’m getting my water heater replaced and my friend who is a plumber told me all the parts to get. My dad and I were very confused on some things as we aren’t knowledgeable in plumbing and Noel was amazing. He spent probably over and hour with us gathering all our items and really making sure we got everything on my list so we didn’t have to come back tomorrow. He even talked to my plumber friend on the phone and explained everything I was about to purchase. He was truly a cut above and so kind and selfless! Thank you so much, Noel! You actually made spending $500 not so bad haha!

I needed a 20 pound bag of grass seed. I received an email saying I had MyLowe’s Money waiting yesterday. So I went to Lowe’s. What a waste of time. I grabbed the grass seed and got in line. I showed the cashier the email. I clicked on the link and there was an error. The cashier said that I should go to customer service. The error was due to not having the Lowe’s App. It took another 10 minutes to download the app. There were issues. The customer service person said they have bad internet so it will take a while. Finally set up. She said check your app’s wallet for your discount. It was for $5. I then walked over to check out area. Guess what I could still not use the $5 coupon the app locked up while confirming who I was to use the $5. Now it is 25 mins at Lowe’s for a 20 pound of grass seed. I just carried the bag of grass seed back to the garden center and placed back on the shelf. What a waste of time. I went to Home Depot to grab the grass seed I was in and out in 2 minutes. I deleted the Lowe’s App and unsubscribed to their emails. I don’t understand why technology is released when it is not 100%.

I was looking for two cushions for an outdoor dining set. I didn't have the receipt, but I thought that they could find the item number by looking at my Lowe's account. There were problems with that for reasons too complicated to explain. Nadine and Jasmine spent lots of time trying every possible way to get the item number, and they finally did. I had almost given up hope, but Nadine and Jasmine were wonderful!

I tried to complete the survey to acknowledge 2 individuals but the id number on my receipt was not legible. I went to Lowes by Worman's mill and 2 individuals went out of their way to help me. Their names are Marc and Steph. I was there at 2pm oct. 6th

Customer service is terrible. Why are customers checking themselves out while employees stand and watch? If they can watch, they can do!. Its ridiculous. Customers should get a discount for checking themselves out.

Lowe's "fur baby" policy is disappointing (not referring to legitimate ADA service dogs). "Fur baby parents" need to respect the personal space of customers who feel uncomfortable around their canine. They never do and that is a problem. I have asked customers to please allow me my personal space around their "fur baby." They always insist on having a dialogue about their wonderful "fur baby." As a customer, that is extremely uncomfortable.

Worst customer service. The old lady at front desk would not price match even though it is their company policy to do so. We showed her on our phone from Home Depot’s website same exact item they had at Lowe’s and yet for some reason it wasn’t showing on her computer. We told her to type www.google.com lol and type the product description to find it and she wouldn’t do it. Better have some competent people that have basic computer knowledge and know how to deal with people. I would think you would have to be kind and friendly to be on front desk but apparently not. Do want to mention though the cash register person at the garden center was super nice and empathetic. Really appreciated her!

Lowe’s failed to honor Black Friday purchase offer for Dewalt Batteries. Also poor service on home installation services. I would not recommend to do business with them on anything.

I love the register folks, but it drives me absolutely bonkers that I always have to go chasing a lumber cart because the employees on the floor always have them loaded up with stuff, or I have to go out to the parking lot to get one. Every single time anymore. It never used to be like that. Please get it together😡

Date of visit 12-11-25. Store was a mess, stuff setting in aisles making it difficult to maneuver large & bulky items thru store to the checkouts. The only reason this is a 3 star review rather than 2 is the young lady at the self checkouts was extremely helpful and quite courteous.

I recently visited Lowe's for some home improvement supplies, and I was impressed with the exceptional customer service and the vast range of products available. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right materials for my project. Moreover, the store had everything I needed, from tools to building materials, making it a convenient one-stop shop. I highly recommend Lowe's for their excellent service and extensive product selection.

Bought a Frigidaire refrigerator November 2024. Took Lowe’s 5 months to deliver the least damaged fridge. 3 months later the bottom freezer stopped working. Called Frigidaire June of 2025, still trying to get them to honor their warranty and they won’t. I learned that Frigidaire has a whole Facebook page of horror stories and everyone on their having the same issue if their appliance is faulty. So I tried going to Lowe’s from where I bought it, because they’re the ones selling faulty products from a terrible company. And absolutely no help. Asked for the store managers contact information and they just gave me corporates customer service number and I got nowhere with them. They said it’s up to the discretion of the store itself. Absolutely ridiculous that Lowe’s won’t stand behind the products they sell or help out a long time customer resolve this issue. Read about the same thing happening with someone that bought a Frigidaire appliance from Home Depot yet they resolved the issue. I know where I’ll be taking all my business from now on.

The staff at Lowe's is very helpful. In nearly every department there was someone to assist in me. From measuring and cutting wooden boards to loading my car with mulch and river rocks, the team at Lowe's was top notch and extremely pleasant. I'd give a 5 star review, but when I ordered something online, the inventory said there were 2 available. They only had one in stock. Website wasn't accurate. Also,Lowe's no longer carries the scalloped red paving bricks i purchased several months ago.. I fortunately found some at a Lowe's in another state

Let me start off by saying I think Dewalt makes a very high quality product. I own a huge assortment of there hand tools and battery powered tools. In fact I have bought Dewalt tools since I started in the blue collar trades. With that being said I am very disappointed how both Lowe’s and Dewalt have chosen to handle my problem. Lowe’s had a Black Friday battery deal which I participated in and then told me Dewalt was not able to ship enough product to fulfill all of the purchases. I was told that Dewalt would be sending me $150 coupon for a future purchase. After following up on this with both Lowe’s and Dewalt they both blamed each other. I love my Dewalt tools but it looks like it is time to sell them off and start again with another brand. This is not because I am mad about loosing out on the Black Friday deal but I am so disappointed in the way the Dewalt customer service team treated me on the phone. Thank you Dewalt for making a quality tool that I have used for the last 22 years but I will now be switching brands.

A great place for all your home improvement needs. I like to go early to avoid the crowds. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Recently bought all the materials to build a retaining wall. They had everything I needed; timbers, lawn fabric, perforated pipe, 10" Simpson strong ties, top soil, compost, and mulch. It turned out great!
