Used to be good but not anymore. Exterior job is good… interior job is extremely poor.. looks like their vacuums are not working very good or they don’t put the effort to do a good job. There is a better place in Whitestone, just 10 min away.

DO NOT GO HERE. STOLE FROM MY CAR!!! I caught the manager of the location jump into my car from the start of the car wash and watched him through the glass windows of the car wash go through the center console of my car. Go through any paperwork i had and when i confronted him he said “he was curious what i had”. Now money is missing and no one wants to give me the name or number of the owner of the business.

Good local car wash, machine wash was good, but the car dryer staff only does desultory, half hearted finish work. Ended up pulling over on the next block and finishing the water spots and wiping the interior myself, even though I paid for the "best", most expensive option.

It's a lousy car wash. It's a waste of money. I bought the Super Wash service and paid extra to clean the mats. They won't even clean the interior at all, the dust is still everywhere. They said they wouldn't clean the interior unless I paid 70 dollars for the most expensive service. By the way, I bought two packets of car wipes at the front desk, which cost 16 dollars and Their cashier didn't hand the wipes to me and me forgot it too. However, they didn't remind me about it at all while I was waiting outside 20 minutes for my car. until I got home half an hour later I realized I forgot the wipes. The handprints on the car window are still there. The floor MATS were thrown in the car and never put back in!

Super wash was nothing super about it. They didn't clean interior at all no windows nothing. Other car washes have same price and through cleaning. Never coming here again

Never ever go to this place, they just ripped you off. I paid $23.94 for the gold wash and $5 tips. They just rush to finished it. I am so pissed off about it. No waxing no polishing ( The package including). it just vacuum. I asked the employees but they just want to ignore you. Look at those reviews, the OWNER only reply to the positive reviews. The sucks car wash ever in the world. Don't waste your money in this horrible car wash center.

They think they're slick. When you drive up there's a list of prices ranging from $20 to $25. Then when you pull up to the guys that start the process, they pull out a special menu with services for twice the price, telling you they won't clean the inside unless you're paying at least $50. I stuck to the $25 and they did a mediocre job.

I went this afternoon and was impressed with how quick they worked and the quality of the job. I got the Gold Wash and with the SUV charge and a tip it came to just under $30. They gave me a $30 wash, and I'm happy with it. They cleaned the car well and didn't waste a lot of time in the process. Their waiting room is clean and the staff friendly. I will come back here again.

I definitely won't go there again. I delivered my car securely, but when it came out of washing, my front bumper was out of place. There were a few employees around my car, when I saw the front bumper dislodged, I bent down and looked, when I turned around, there was no one. They just left my car out and left. I also paid for my car to be washed inside and out. The interior of the car was not cleaned in any way, there were still footprints on the mat. My lives were not erased in any way either. I hope that places like this will close as soon as possible.

Extremely disappointing experience. The interior cleaning was barely done — dust and debris were still visible, and surfaces clearly untouched. Shockingly, they didn’t even bother to open the trunk to clean it. This is not a service, it’s a scam. Feels like they’re just here to take your money with zero effort. Absolutely not worth the price. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately, the closest car wash to my house. I got my car done today and my car came out of the Car Wash looking worse than when I arrived. I spoke to the manager and I said Instead of using a clean towel, they used an old dirty towel to rub off the dirt of the car, which caused a scratch of my new vehicle. I would give them zero stars. Lousy job

Was a regular customer here but won’t be anymore. The quality of work really declined over the years. Got my car cleaned here and a few things to point out. 1) Even after specifically telling the guy receiving the car that I wanted my trunk mat cleaned, they not only did not clean the mat, they didn’t clean anything in the trunk and that includes vacuuming. 2) There was a whole line of under carriage soap visible that made my car look like it had spray foam on the driver underside. Didn’t have to look hard to see it. 3) My dashboard is full of lint/dirt still and my center console was not even touched. Lastly, I paid for “The Best”. If that is the best, then I’d rather not see what happens with standard. The wash took like 10 mins when in previous years, someone would be in there wiping things down thoroughly. Not expecting in depth as a detailer wash but at least wipe the interior down.

Every time I go there I feel more and more cheated. My last experience, being the worst. They didn’t clean The center console. They left a filmy residue on my driver side window, and when I got home I noticed they missed the dirt around my front license plate. I generally avoid this car wash, but it’s close by and in a pinch I just want get the Salt off my car, but this experience was so infuriating I just had leave a bad review. PS. the pictures I took around my front license plate, don’t do it justice to how dirty it really is.

⭐️⭐️ Terrible Car Wash Experience – Definitely NOT “The Best” ⭐️⭐️ I chose the wash called “The Best,” but it was far from it. I also paid extra for a car mat cleaning, yet two mats were completely untouched. 🚗💦 The employee who asked me which wash I wanted didn’t explain what was actually included. I specifically asked him if they would wipe down the interior doors, and he said “no problem.” After the wash, I checked, and nothing was wiped down. When I brought this up, the manager told me that wiping the doors wasn’t included and that “The Best” only covers what the machine does on the exterior which is misleading. Had the employee told me upfront that I needed the $55 package for interior wipe-downs, I would have decided accordingly. But even that price seems excessive, considering most car washes include wiping down the doors as a basic service. Overall, poor communication, incomplete service, and disappointing results. Definitely not worth the price! 👎🚗💨

Prices are as of 10/31/24. An "okay okay" car wash on Northern Boulevard. Don't expect the super attention to detail. For the price, it gets the job done for a quick clean up after a snow, upstate trip or muddy off road. The store also sells car trinkets and accessories.

Never go to this place. I went to wash my car on December 31st and left with a cracked windshield. When I spoke to the manager to ask to see the cameras, he told me it wasn't possible at the moment because he supposedly needed a code from the office, and I would have to wait. He asked for my number, and he told me to send all the details, including the service time, car plate, and my information. He never called me back and said anything. The windshield wasn’t damaged before, and I noticed the crack as soon as I was leaving the car wash.

This use to be my place, but not any more. Only 2 ☆☆because at least my exterior was cleaned and the windows. Left crumbs in the car. Vacuum was a poor job on floor and seats. And when I asked about the dash being wiped down they told me i would have to get the $55 up grade. Really? It's cool. Moving on to the next car wash.

Super careless! They left my trunk open during the wash. It was halfway through the wash by the time I noticed because I was paying. The manager hit the emergency stop and then took everything out of my trunk and said it filled with water. He took the car to the back (where they vacuum) and I waited in front for an hour. What should have been a 10 min car wash turned to an hour. The manager brought my car back and said he doesn’t know what happened. I explained how my stuff may be damaged and he did not even offer a refund. I drove home later that day and my whole car smelled like mildew. All the stuff I had in the trunk is damaged. Please watch your car when going to this wash. Make sure u watch them put the car through the wash. Or better yet, go to a different car wash.

They didn't even bother to wipe off all the soap from the lift gate. Didn't even open the door to check. I had to call them back to wipe and even then, they did a less than half effort job, clearly not wiping the soap clean. I had to do it myself. Also left half the windshield unwiped with droplets of water all over it. This place is just getting worse and worse without management.
