Super horrible do not come here and waste your money. I just came here recently and the machines barely give out soap and the machine is super delayed takes a whole from when you Switch to soap to water. Then it only gives tokens as a form of payment. I slipped on something and hurt my knee at this car wash and I want to call and make a complaint but there is no phone number. Super rigged !!! DONT COME HERE!

Nothing crazy about this place. The sinks do not work it's the bad part. The good part is that you get free tokens or should I say extra tokens when you put in a 5, 10, or a 20 dollar bill.

Tried a new spot yesterday. Not really impressed with the soap brush l. Didn't really have alot of suds. The give you tokens, yet you have to use quarters to vacuum. Seems like it should be one or the other. I will go back to my old spot in brea. 😑

Stop to vacuum my car. The car wash was clean, and trash cans were empty . Not too busy . I was very impressed with how clean it was. It was early about 10:30am.

After reading the car wash was under new management, I came back to wash my car and wow what a difference! The new equipment and chemicals are great! Definitely will be coming back here again.

I haven't been here for awhile, different owner. I normally hit this place in the morning but today I did not. I pulled in 3 of the 6 wash areas were occupied so I decided to vacuum first. When finished pulled into the wash stall no issue. Wash my car didn't notice more cars pull in cuz limited timer to wash, rinse, wax. I was wiping down my car still no issues , I am almost done when the MANAGER asked me to move elsewhere to finish. I said I was almost done , all I need was one more minute. This is all I heard blah, it's busy, blah, can you move, blah. Now this is my feelings, I got irritated, I was almost done. I vacuumed first so I could just leave after the wash and wipe down. I wasn't on my phone, I wasn't detailing. I know another person was waiting , all I needed was a minute. Mixed feelings about being harassed. I finished up quickly and left. Manager , I was your customer too. Access & evaluate, don't nag or whine. I would have moved if I still had the whole car to wipe down. I only had the hood.

Have been going to this self serve car wash has always been a good experience. It has certainly the best one in the area. However, since new owners took control a few months back the quality of the wash has just gotten better and better.

Lovely car wash. Whenever I get the opportunity to stop in Northern OC, I tend to stop here to freshen up my car. Love the ATM option on washing bays. Just wish that the vacuums accepted ATM as well.

Great place to wash. Really good chemicals. And they recently installed credit card and tap to pay. Also I saw that they had added a separate presoak gun. Car always comes out clean. And even cleaner now with the use of the presoak. Will continue to wash here.

Does have some interesting people hanging out in the area since it's across from a Bar and apartment complex. Best to go early morning. They don't have tokens anymore it's all quarters now. Minimum is $2.50 for wash to begin. Time is set to expire faster than what is given so make sure you have extra quarters

I gave this car wash a five star cause I have a transit van high roof and this is the only car wash near by that has the steps to reach my 10foot high roof. This place is also kept clean and the machines are always working.

Use Vacuums at your own risk. Convenience and local gets two stars, but vacuums are not great and the rate shows $1.00/4 minutes. After feeling shorted, I timed it twice: 3 minutes. Another local business cheating customers.

They say they give you extra time, it's not true, the service control buttons are all changed. When I wanted to remove the soap and I thought it was just water, soap came out again after paying three times for the service. I tried all the buttons and they all contained soap. I had to take it with javin to my house to wet towels and remove the javin, it already damaged the paint on my car and it doesn't even have a place to soak towels to dry the car, a total disaster
