I have been to this place several times and it’s generally hit or miss but I have never had such a bad car wash as I did today. The backseat looked like it was not vacuumed at all and the dash was not wiped down I was able to wipe it down better with the wet wipe after I got it done and I had to go over the backseat to vacuum it and I had to wipe the entire interior down which I have never had to do after taking it here before. Save your $30 you’re going to end up doing it yourself anyway if you take it here I tried calling immediately after the car wash to speak to a manager and no one answered I called twice I would like to hear back from management about this issue I have pictures available of how I received the car. There was still sand all inside my car not vacuumed well In front and looks not vacuumed at all in back

I tried them for the first time and I was disappointed. First was the additional $2.00 for having an electric car. So from $23.99to $25.99. Plus the tip so $30.00 car wash... they did not clean the seats nor the airftesh that i requested. When getting back to my car i had to ask him to dry the back. Would i go back??? I will give them one more chance since i like to help our own community with their business. If not I guest I go back to the south bay area near work. My car is 4 month old so not the much to clean. So if you have an electric car expect to pay those $2.00 additional.

If I need to take you back to my car and show you all the spots you missed and you still miss them, you are not the person for this job. Trash was left in my car, and various spots were missed. Please train these guys to do better. I paid for the deluxe and got mediocre.

be forewarned they truly close at 4:45 not 5. Apparently they have received complaints in the past but refuse to put on their website. We all run last minute and I just wasted time and gas to rush over here for nothing

Really good carwash but not great. It's nice to go to a real carwash like this and not one of those self serve ones but the attention to detail could be better. They vacuum and and wipe everything down and sort of polish but won't get anything crusty on or in your car unless you get a detail.

Bought the top of the line car wash. The guy that was drying it raised his towel. I.looked in the back and the csrpet was covered in dog hair. So they didnt bother to vacuum that. He brought it back and there was bug stuff all over the car. I took my time and I clean all that off. Got it home found that the door panels and dash were cleaned. Milk or something of that nature was on the back seat wasnt wiped off. Disappointed for what was spent on the car wash. I brought the car home and funished cleaning it my self. Very disappointed.

I had a bad experience recently went to get a wash I bought the 35.99 only to go home with scratched up tinted windows that was caused from the inside. I've never had those scratches. I went to complain and talked to Ramon who had me write a statement for the owner Jeff who still hasn't reached out to me. I will never go back to that place again! 7/18/24 was the last time I was there.

I took my car here this week for an interior detailing and they did a great job! When I arrived to pick it up, they informed me that my seat was not adjusting. They offered to have their mechanic friend take a look and fix the issue. I was grateful they let me know right away, but decided to wait and see if the issue would resolve. The next day the seat adjustment worked just fine! They were super kind and courteous and I will be taking my other car next week. :)

These workers are so lazy and unskilled nowadays, after going to this place for years I will not anymore I genuinely feel like I’m getting scammed with such low quality work. Their vacuuming is a pathetic half ass attempt, they never even bother to do the trunk as well. Their interior wipe downs are very weak to after repeated times of barely feeling like I just received a car wash I will not be using this business. At this point I’d argue theyre just getting by on being local in La Habra but soon people will venture to other better business. Their poor quality will be the end of them.

First time for a deluxe car wash I have been told they do a great job 👎👎in my own experience terrible job They left my car all dirty inside they didn’t bother wipe inside. I called today a few times with out luck no body answers the phone . Not worth the price.$$

Don't expect a greeting, its a basic in and out operation. They did not wipe the top of my RAV4. It was still wet. The passenger door had stains which came off when I wiped them with a napkin. The vacuuming is never great. Do not ask for vanilla scent, it has a weird smell. If you need a quick wash, take it here. If you really care about your car, find an independent at-home-service car wash.

Grew up coming to this carwash, but seems like the last few times quality has diminished wich is sad.... I recently bought a Tesla and when I went to get a wash I was told they dont put Teslas thru the tunnel wich i understood because only certain carwashes do. But when they dont I get it hand washed no problem.... BUT when the gentleman told me a hand wash would cost me $70 dollars!.... I told him management was crazy and left!... too charge such a price for a hand watch is just absurd and clearly will not be returning. Sad to see local businesses increase prices like that , where 3 other places charger $40 tops! Smh

I got serviced 1 and a half-hour ago today. I have many complaints. My car wasn't vacuumed thoroughly and the interior wasn't cleaned. There are still marks and stains left in the car. I don't know this kind of quality is worth $23. If this is the kind If quality left by hand washes, I'd rather go to a car wash done by machines, which I think would have done a better job than this.

What the heck happened to this car wash. They used to be so good. Now they are terrible. Maybe they got effected by the ICE raids because there is no one working here. I waited in line for a half hour at 8am. There's no one to dry and clean the cars. They have no workers. I spent over an hour here just yo get my car washed. Ridiculous. The prices are reasonable for a non hand wash but honestly they do not do a good job. I'm not sure if I'll be back.

It’s so hard to find a good car wash that has good service. The workers here are friendly and greet you when you arrive, pay and even when pick up your car. It wasn’t busy around 9 am on a Sunday. The inside is clean and smells nice with items to look at, if you’re interested, while you wait. There’s plenty of space to sit but you do have to look for shade since it faces the sun. I was in and out in about 30 minutes for the basic wash and vacuum.

It was my first time here. My car really needed to be washed (inside and out). I came on a Sunday. Its super easy. You choose what package you want. You tell the attendant so he can make a note and give you a receipt. You then walk inside where you can see the cars going through the wash. There is also a cute boutique inside. Towards the exit on the other side of the shop is the cashier. You pay and thats it. You can look around or go outside and sit in the waiting area for your car to be ready. It does get busy. Prepare to wait a while. I was there for about 40min but I was already expecting that since usually thats how long I have waited at any car wash. My car looked good once it was done. No streaks on windows or scratches. There was some trash left in the inside. I threw it away when i went to the gas station. Not a big deal. The over all experience was smooth. The price was good. I will definitely come back.
