It’s rare to see this kind of service in today’s world! I had an interior clean at another business but the scent was overpowering and made me ill. I talked with Roger about ways to get rid of the smell at home. Despite his suggestions, the smell persisted. He told me to come in and said the smell was in the floor mats. He knew exactly what had been used on them and washed them TWICE for me to make sure they didn’t smell! Here’s the unbelievable part; he refused to take any money for it.... and. believe me, I tried! So this is my thank you to Roger and his crew.....I would highly recommend this company, very knowledgeable and great service!👏🏻

A+++ I needed detailing on my mom's Lesabre, I called Lickide Split, and spoke with Roger, who was able to fit me in the same week before company arrived from out of town. He picked the car up, (which was a huge help to me as I was not able to leave the house,) and returned it in like new condition! Beautiful job and wonderful service. I will definitely use them again in the future. With such few options available in Sioux Falls for complete auto detailing, I am so glad to have found Lickide Split!

Great customer service and very friendly. Our "new" used car came back spotless. I forgot the coupon and they still honored the discount price. I went to check the air filter the next day and the engine had even been cleaned. Highly recommend.

My car looks amazing! The owner is super nice and the price seemed very reasonable. Their guys did an awesome job on a car that was extremely dirty! It was a few years of build up and nastiness that we never had time to clean properly. I am sure they could have easily charges us more for the amount of work done, but they stuck to their original quote. If you want your car to look and smell brand new inside and out please give this local business a try, they are awesome!

My car was full of dog hair, toddler messes and lots of junk! I was more than thrilled with how clean this shop got my car. It looks brand new! The outside is also sparkling and he was able to get rid of the rust and tar in the wheels etc. I will definitely be visiting him again! Great service at a very affordable price. :)

Super nice customer service!! The owner personally dropped my friend (also getting his car detailed) and I off then later picked us up. I have a used Honda accord and it came back shinier than when I first purchased it three years ago. Exterior work was fantastic 5/5, interior 4.9/5. Seats look super fluffy and clean, carpets are spotless, and dashboard looks brand new. My one complaint is I wish the pedals were cleaned, but overall WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had entire exterior and interior cleaned for only $170, which is very reasonable for the amazing work Lickide Split did. Owner should post before and after pics to promote his business and show off his team's talent.

I called to make an appointment and discussed it with the owner. I was very excited to get in the next day and everything seemed great until I asked about the price. The website says $140 for an interior detail including a carpet shampoo and steam. Apparently that’s not correct. Roger almost immediately became angry at me for daring to assume the prices on the website would be accurate. I told him I was willing to pay more for the basic cleaning on top of the vomit charge, and that I was only bringing up the website price to let him know it was inaccurate. He said it’s like in a store when a price goes up, they don’t change the price sticker (huh?? yes they do). He actually YELLED at me about it. I have never had an adult yell at me like that, let alone a business owner yelling at a customer. I’m still shocked. He told me he didn’t want to help me anymore, but then changed his mind and asked if I still want the appointment. No way. I’m honestly less mad and more shocked at how he treated me.

Great customer service today is hard to come across, so when I have a great experience, I HAVE to tell all about it! I called this morning to see if they could get my vehicle in today. We had a huge cup of pop spill on the carpet the night before and the carpet was soaked! They told me they could come get my car in about 20 min! That was amazing! The estimate he told me was spot on and car was delivered at the time he said it would be done. My interior looks amazing now! Customer service was top notch! I feel that Lickide Split went above and beyond and I will be telling everyone I know about my awesome experience! Great job, and keep up the awesome service!

Spent 260 and they didn’t clean a thing but vacuum. I have pictures if anyone needs proof. I’m so upset I was so excited to have my inside looking like a new car inside. First time ever getting my car detailed. If I knew it was like what I seen myself I would have stayed home and did it myself.

I'm in shock I cant believe how amazing my car looks. My ex had stolen my car when we broke up and by the time I tracked it down and got it back he had absolutely DESTROYED it. It was horrific. I called a few car detailers in town and Roger from Lickide Split returned my request for info quickly. He was able to make time for my car within a week and even came to pick it up. When I showed up to pick it up I was truly just beyond impressed. My ex had scratched the roof so bad, I wasnt even expecting anything to be done about that but they even got most of those scratches out! The interior was indescribable. Filthy. Overwhelming. And now, it's a completely different car. I cant even imagine the work that must have been put into this but I'm so grateful. Seriously, this is where you want to take your car.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from a dealership if which the owners clearly had a dog (we do not). I called Lickide Split and was super excited to get the vehicle detailed. The owner stated that he would need the SUV from 9am to 5pm Tuesday. I told him I would need to drop it off the night before as I would not be able to bring it that morning and that I would have to figure out how to pick it up since my husband would be working late. He stated that is fine and told me where to drop the keys. I called him Tuesday afternoon stating that a friend could give me a ride and he stated it would be ready for pickup by 4:30. Before dropping off the vehicle, I had noticed three dog hairs protruding from the vents on the dashboard. After it was "detailed", there were only two hairs sticking up. When I got home, I pulled into the garage where it was warm and looked the vehicle over. I was disgusted to find gunk (I'm guessing was peanut butter?) on the door by the seatbelt, the inside glass on the moonroofs were dirty, the windows were spotted and streaked, the headrests were clearly not even lifted (as seen in the photos included), and there was copious amounts of dog hair under and around the seats (see photos). In addition, I found some kind of fruit pit or nut coated with hair along with a pen and a pair of sunglasses under the seats as well as bits of food and candy. The quarter and nickel I dropped on the floor before dropping it off were still on the floor between the seat and the center console. I immediately phoned the owner to let him know the condition of the vehicle and that he may want to speak with his employees. He was instantly defensive and stated that he personally inspects every vehicle before it leaves and that he has "been in this business longer than anyone". He asked if he could pick it up for an hour and make it right. I declined and stated that I would prefer to do it myself, that he already had it all day, and one hour would be pointless. I stated that I would send him the pictures so he could show his employees, but I would not be letting him have it again. He stated that he would love to see them because the carpets were shampooed, yet I do not know how that is possible as it was clearly not even vacuumed. (They may have wet the carpets down because the next day, it smelled like a wet dog). He was upset that I would not let him "make it right" and said, "I'm begging you to let me have it for an hour." Again I declined and stated that I was disappointed that it was not detailed and would be doing it myself but would send him the pictures so he is aware and hopefully ensures this is not repeated for someone else. I would never return nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

The following will be as honest of a review that I can give. When I first called towards the end of September the owner, Roger, answered the phone but was with a customer and said he would call back. He didn't, I had called him again after an hour and was able to tell him what we wanted done with our vehicle. It was driven into a river by the previous owner and we needed all seats and carpet out and cleaned along with cleaning and adding dielectric grease to the electrical connectors. He said no problem as they do many flood vehicles and knows what needs to be done. He would be able to start on the vehicle the following Monday, which was 6 days out. We agreed and dropped the vehicle off on Sept 30th (Sunday). On Tuesday, October the 2nd we called and he said it is nearly done and he was expecting it to be ready the next day. We were shocked because we know how much work it is to do what needs to be done but he said that the carpets were not that bad. Wednesday had come and gone. It was not nearly as easy to reach him after that. He kept saying it was going to take a while longer. Eventually, we received the vehicle on October 11th (12 days after dropping it off) and paid him $300. During this time we wanted him to detail another vehicle but because it took so long, we cancelled that deal. He apologized for the delay and said he would do the other car for free, so we agreed to that. He promised to have it done by Tuesday evening (5 days later). Take a look at the pictures, this is how we received it from them. As you can see nothing was done as this is nearly the same condition it was in when we left it with them. The stuff they sprayed only masked the dirt and left a sticky residue that we needed to clean up. That day I took out all of the seats and lifted up the carpet and it was wet underneath and still very dirty from the flooding. They didn't even look, because if they did this is what they would see (see pictures). I called the owner and told him that he should fire his employee for lying to him and that the owner should have never let this vehicle leave his lot and should have done a quality check to make sure it was cleaned to high standards. It was not. When he came Friday afternoon and saw it, he apologized and took the carpets to clean them. He returned with one guy on Saturday and used the wet sponge and wet vacuum technique to get most of the dirt up. My wife and I cleaned up the rest to our standards that we were expecting to have them do. See the last picture. The other car was returned on Tuesday and it was cleaner but still not to the top quality we would have expected from a professional detailing company, but it was good enough. Originally this would have been a 1-star review but the free cleaning and his effort to try and resolve the problem brings it to a 3-star. We will not be using their services again. Hopefully they take this review and improve their staff, quality, and customer service.
