★☆☆☆☆ I have been coming to this car wash for years . I have a pick up truck and I was told today that they couldn’t wash it because it had fallen leaves in the pick up part. That’s the whole point of coming to a car wash . One guy said they could , then the so called manager a short little black man said they couldn’t. I won’t be back to this place again. Then the manager a tall white guy asked me very rudely, “do I want it washed or not “? For the owner to say he did this service for free is insane. Why offer for free (which he never did) if you didn’t feel Like anything was done wrong. The black guy was extremely rude and disrespectful. Thought he could talk to me any kind of way . Not to mention this wasnt the first time the black guy had been rude to me . In the past I brung my boyfriend’s car to get washed, he made a remark to me saying how crazy it was for a woman to be getting a man’s car washed. Very unprofessional, we all have opinions but he could have kept that to himself. I never had a problem in the past until this new line of employees took over . I’ve owned my hair salon for 16 years and I would never talk to or treat a customer like that !

★★★★★ I moved to this side of town about a year ago. I had been driving back across town to the car wash I had been going to for years. My sister had talked about The Auto Spa before. I was going out of town here recently and needed my car cleaned in a hurry. I ran down to the Auto Spa and I am so GLAD I DID!! This place is absolutely amazing!! The guys and girls there working strive to do their best work! Everyone you encounter is so nice. They speak to you with a smile on their face. I know also they have to be dedicated because the SUN IS SO HOT on them . Seems like also they do not have a huge turn around in employees. I see the same faces for the most part each time I go. Plus the little lady on the inside where they let you wait in a wonderful air conditioned building is so very nice and cheerful. She makes everyone feel welcome!!! You need to check this place out!! They do a great job in hopes of returning loyal customers ecausr they got to keep ‘em happy!! GREAT JOB EVERYONE AT LEXINGTON AUTO SPA.
