This is the second LaserWash TouchFree where I have taken my Prius. The wash totally misses part of the back of the car, namely the window that is located under the large back window and the ledge located above that window.. Also missed a few spots along the sides of the vehicle. Not great.

Have had a Membership for a number of years. Love having it so conveniently close to my home and it does a great job! Having this membership makes it so easy to just drive in, put in my code #'s and I'm good to go! Really easy to just keep refilling my car wahes online too.

Lowest cost wash was decent. It doesn't smell like mold like the gas station car wash across the street.

Absolutely awful car wash! Paid 16 dollars to have my car come out just as dirty as before and there was soap left on my hood!! Had to go home and hose my car off to get the dirt that the "car wash" missed as well as rinse the soap that was leftover!! I will definitely not be returning. Not happy.

Paid for the simonize. Didn't get it. All the other steps you pay for are turned down to the bare minimum. A sprinkle doesn't even cover the car. No phone number posted so I'll be doing a chrageback on my card. I just wanted a car wash, not to get ripped off. Avoid this place at all costs.

I purchased the Ultimate wash and it was an ultimate disappointment. Half of the soap used was not rinsed off of my car, car was air dried so poorly that after a 25 minute drive it was still wet. Also still have a layer of dirt on certain parts of my car such as the windows and rearview mirrors. A waste of 12 dollars and time.

One of the only truly touch-free washes around. Plus has under-body sprayers. Good prices, let’s you pre-purchase washes in bulk for a discount. Usually empty or fast. Recommend for any new car in this area.

I don’t understand the negative reviews at this location at all. I’ve been a “club member” for five years and couldn’t be happier, and that takes some doing. You’ll receive a better wash here than the one you’ll get across the street at the Speedway. I’m not suggesting there haven’t been issues. But there’s an 800 number clearly displayed inside each bay for questions/complaints/concerns. The local Rochester proprietor’s of this location couldn’t be more fair and accommodating. I’ve had a few occasions where I brought a maintenance problem to their attention via the 800 number, and it was addressed the next day...once on the same day! My feeling is, if you’re professional and polite to people and treat them with respect, you’re almost always going to receive same in return. This is a self-serve touchless drive thru car wash, accessible 24/7. Incredibly convenient, and very user friendly. It’s not intended to replace a hand wash! What I pay as a club member is a very good value, IMO. I’ve taken a classic Jag roadster XKE, Porsche 911S, Mercedes SL550 through this location without fear. The products dispensed are of the same quality and similar brand to those I receive at Delta Sonic…for less $$$. We’re lucky to have this car wash in North Chili. The last one was a mere “quarter car wash” behind the Super Duper, and that went out of business well over 35 years ago!

Terrible Car Wash. I left there with still salt spots all over car after doing the platinum wash. Most expensive wash they had. Do not waste your money there. Just terrible.

Ran thru the car wash at this location, should have saved the $ and did a hand wash. What a waste, I know it’s a touch less, truly touch less wash. Truck looked wet coming out and got home 1/2 mile away, and it looked the same. Maybe even worse as wet spots everywhere. Save your time and money do it at home or at least not here…😡🤬

North Chili is lucky to have such a wonderful business doing a great job serving our community with a quality car wash. What a blessing. Wash, Wax and protect your investment without getting scrubbed abrasively by brushes and "hanging towels". All bugs will come right off!!!
