Would not recommend!!!!!! Never coming back !!!! I paid for a wash and patiently waited for my receipt, it was jammed. The door to enter the wash was open and immediately closed, there was no time for my car to proceed into the wash. Who knows what would’ve happened had I tried!!?!?! The door could’ve smashed my hood or worse. I called and it went straight to voicemail….. I’m waiting to get refunded…..

Spent eleven dollars getting the ultimate wash and still looks dirty .,, it’s a waste of money, the the rain does a better job at getting it clean

no towel to clean your car I paid for nothing only water that flows on your car no brush and the weirdest thing is that the vacuum cleaner must be paid lololol

I've been going to this carwash at least once a week for the last couple of months.. out of the 2 vacuums one of them doesn't work which isn't really a problem until the other one is missing a hose when you show up this morning. So I was like cool, no big deal. Let's troubleshoot this since clearly whoever is in change doesn't seem to care...I'll just remove the hose from the vacuum that doesn't work and put it on the vacuum cleaner that does work. Then I realize after I put a $1.50 its the hose that doesn't work on the vacuum cleaner that is broken. Oh and it's not like you can get any help or there's a number to call for any form of assistance like to get my money back. So after that 6 minutes of I don't even know what we're going to call it suction on the vacuum cleaner I decided to wash my car so I go over and I pay and it tells me if I want a receipt to push a button, I push a button doesn't give me a receipt, doesn't tell me that it's out of receipt paper, doesn't tell me that it's unable to give me a receipt it just doesn't say anything so I go ahead and I pull forward to get my car wash its finally time to go through the dryer. That oh by the way that doesn't blow like anything you might as well just be out there with a hair dryer you get more accomplished and the dry timing thing that tells you how much time you have until your dry session is over isn't even working so let me tell you what causes anxiety there because you don't know how far to move your car to get things dried on dryer that blows like a toddler trying to blow out birthday candles. This is beyond frustrating especially considering people set their schedules and rearrange their days to fit in a simple car cleaning task. Before they go to work when it's cool outside and they can't even do that because of all the things that are wrong with this place. I'm extremely frustrated and highly disappointed because nothing there seems to work properly and of course you can't get a hold of any customer service or building manager

Absolutely not worth the money at all. My car didn’t even remotely come clean with an $11 wash. Unbelievably poor service.

Never had issues until this past week paid $15 for a wash inwas left with soap and still a dirty car. I spoke to someone about putting me back through the bay to rewash when I called back todo so I haven’t gotten a response still. I don’t even want a new wash now I want my refunf. So hopefully thr owner seed this and calls me back since I left 3 vms this week.

Disappointed- 2024 APR 27, 810pm... your vacuum ate money, and did not work. The other one sucked, but nit strong enough to pick up hardly any sand on floorboards, or loose dog fur. 2022 - Closed

Didn't clean my truck at all. The machine just talked ,changed colors,and sprayed water.10 dollars gone. Had to go somewhere else to get a car wash.

Comparatively low cost wash compared to other local car washes. The coin operated vacuum was out of service on my last visit.

Owner needs to look at this place asap!! Soap and water barely comes out these days. With the new competition a few hundred yards up the road. I always liked this place, but if owner doesn’t turn up the soap and water pressure, I might go up the road soon. Please fix asap!!

Paid for the $15 wash with a $20 bill. Didn't give me my change and printed a blank receipt so I cant even prove it stole my money. Then used the vacuum which barely had any suction. Such a disappointment. Will not be coming back.

Horrible wash. Horrible. Horrible. Waste of $12. Dirt all over the car still and soap didn't even wash off. The water pressure is terrible. Do yourself a favor and go up the road to the Laser Wash. Much better cleaning experience.

Automation timing is completely off. Even the receipt button on the order touch screen only displays for literally 2 seconds. The underbody flush turns off before your car is entering the bay. The doors close halfway through the wash. I will be filing a charge back because I refuse to pay for this crap

Equipment not working. One bay out of order, which is ok if it's not going to work properly. Lane we used had the blue arm that sprays the car completely not functioning. Of course we couldn't tell this until after paying ☹️

Zero stars if possible. There was no rinse after the foam. No phone number to call. No employee at the car wash.
