We have had several really bad experiences at this particular Sheetz. We frequent this location because it’s close, and we get smoothies. They have made the wrong ones, we brought them back, and they made them wrong a second time. It seems to always be with the food staff. We just went to the drive thru for smoothies, the worker brought them to the window, set them down, and then walked away. Yeah, we probably should have gone in, but this is the reason we go through the drive thru! To avoid leaving our car because we bring our dog…ugh! Those drinks sat there for almost 10 minutes as the girl walked back and forth, waiting on customers at the register and not even coming back! We had to knock on the window to get her attention, and then she said she thought it was an online order 🤔 what?! You just took our credit card! We asked them to remake them because they were sitting so long and the manager on duty argued with us. It’s just all around a really bad experience and we will now have to drive further because we’re not going back!

I got a coupon from Nissan for a carwash but the manager had a hard time with it, and she was VERY sharp with the internet. Yes you gave to have the app but it said it had too many offers. It was complicated. I got one before but I gave up trying. Anyway, she "Pablo" gave me the carwash! (She was smart,she tried but it wasnt her fault.) AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Highly recommend this Sheetz!

Sheetz is awesome! They have great food, drinks, and the friendliest service. I love being able to grab a quick bite to eat or fill up my car with gas. The stores are always clean and well-stocked. I highly recommend checking out Sheetz if you haven't already. Also, they have Tesla chargers, and I never had any problems with them.

one friend ordered a milkshake and fries and it’s been an HOUR AND A HALF of waiting, it is now 1 o’clock in the morning. while manager amber walks around and doesn’t step in to help the workers in the kitchen. ridiculous service and bad teamwork

Car Wash. Good wash (affordable options: $7, $10, $13 with little difference between them) ... but if you're the 6th car, plan to be there a real 30-45min. The cue is beautifully landscaped with concrete curbs on both sides, so no reasonable chance of escaping till you're #2! But when you've gotten that far... may as well get a wash, and then fill up again, for the gas you just idled away. Brushless = touch free (Pre-scrub your bugs when you get gas) Pro$13 = 8min Shine$10 = 7min Basic$7 = less

Yall need to get more than 2.5 people who are friendly! And they dont even be there ALL the time. Im always there after work at night and these people who are new just coming in are intense, love! Attitudes are a bit off key, ya know! Most people at least acknowledge us when we get our food but lately its not been as inviting 😕 guess Getgo will be a new adventure for after work food. I visit this location frequently. Used to never have problems with the food, but on 2 separate occasions my order got screwed up. I’m not in during busy times. I was told both times they cannot take the food back, cool I can chuck it into the trash. First time they remade the whole sandwich no problem. Second time after I threw away my sandwich the girl hands me a box with a sausage patty in it. I told her I had already thrown my sandwich away and she seemed a bit pissy that she would have to remake the whole thing. Instead she only remade part of the sandwich and handed it to me and I had to finish putting it together with the pre provided sausage be cause she was to lazy to make the whole thing. My order was a double sausage, double Swiss cheese, scrambled egg shmiscuit sandwich.

Went in 8/1 and purchased a milkshake around 9:25pm. By 9:50 pm I still hadn’t received my milkshake. I’d seen people who ordered food after me leave with their food. Asked the cashier if the numbers on the screen are in order oldest to newest, and if orders are being worked on in that order. She said yes but because they only have 2 people behind the food prep counter, food is being prepared by what will be quickest. I followed up asking if that means no one is making drinks, and she said yes. I asked for a cash refund and ordered online at the sheetz down the street, and that order was ready in 9 minutes. The food should be prepared in the same order the items came in, regardless of how long it takes to prepare an item. I shouldn’t have had to wait 30+mins for a milk shake when others waited less than that for food. Do better.

I frequently stop here late night after work, as it's on my way home. The new management that's been in place the last few months on this shift is absolutely horrible. The girl Kiwana, constantly demeans and talks down to her employees, who are actually working, while she holds conversations with people in the aisles. Today, I walked up to the register, which she was standing at. As soon as I walked up, she promptly walked away, and walked into the back. Another employee, stopped cooking and came to ring me out. A line began to form behind me, the supervisor continued to do nothing. I have watched her demean an employee into actual tears before, but this company is supposed to be big on mental health awareness? Seems to be big on bullies and laziness. Any time they get good management/employees they run them out. This store has gone downhill and fast, bring back the old manager from this shift and whoever was running the store before, because the change was not for the better. Before I was greeted, with a smile or hello, and felt welcome. This girl you have as a supervisor just made it so I take my money elsewhere from now on.

Slowest Sheetz I've ever been to why does it take almost 10 mins for a breakfast sandwich. They weren't that busy inside, and I waited around 10 mins for one sandwich, which they didn't even have the bread I wanted and paid for. No compensation for the missing items or extra long wait time was offered. It's just a swap out option, which potentially I could have overpaid because I got a different option than what I originally paid for. I am very dissatisfied with the whole process and experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Always the best MTO food here. We tried the grilled chicken and spicy chicken sandwich. it was made really well with generous amount of chosen ingredients. Definitely try the vanilla soft serve tub, and pass on the pineapple. Also noticed that they have self checkout stations now so it may it super quick to get outta the store on a crowded Saturday night. The store is definitely well maintained. The eating/dining area can be cleaner but I don’t blame the employees because a lot of kids visit this store and trash it.

The manager working at 5:30am on 12/16, Trey, was such a disgrace. My car broke down a mile away from this Sheetz, I called to ask and verify that the air compressor outside was working because I had to be sure before I dragged my vehicle down the street. A simple favor, asked as kindly as possible, from someone in trouble… He wouldn’t even go outside to check for me. When I got there 10 minutes later, he was just relaxing in the back office.
