Only 2 vacuums work. It is so close yet inconvenient because the vacuums never work! I wasted money trying to vacuum and there was no suction.

Vacuums are broken allot but when fixed they work good and the auto wash don't dry all the way even if you pay the extra.

Half of the dispensers were empty and still taking money. The wash time didn't last long enough and the auto wash was also very short in time. Very disappointed. Used more quarters than i should.

I’ve came here for a few years and there’s a reason. The pressure washer always has soap and it’s really hot water. Never had a problem here

They don’t know how to follow noise ordinances nor do they ensure their attendants are actually enforcing it. They’re more than close enough to many residential homes that this shouldn’t be an issue. What a joke and a horribly run business.

Other then garbage on the ground( big garbage cans are provided, people are just pigs) its well worth the price you pay. You dont have to run around yr car washing it before yr time runs out.

Initially had an issue with the soap coming out, owner quickly sent sum1 to assist myself and another customer, resolved the issue by giving me double time to rewash/finish washing my car, couldnt be happier!

Did a great job on my daughter's car actually it's an SUV and I put a $20 bill in and it gave me $7 in quarters and change I was surprised that work but it does work good and drive your car off good just watch pulling on all the potholes

I just stopped to get a cool a soda from the machine and it won't take my quarters. The machine says $1.75. I put another $1 in and the soda available was Diet Pepsi 😫

It's a nice car wash. They have been keeping up with the property, the automatic wash isn't bad. It leaves a dirt strip on the back, right downtown the middle.

Went there on may 14, used the automatic wash. Put card in charged 13.00. machine never turned on. Called the service number twice. Left voicemail. Texted, no response. Wrote refund info on paper and put in box. No response. Three days later money came out of checking account. I want my refund. Rip-off

I've had better $7 car washes. Soap still on my car and splashed along both sides as i drove. Back of car not touched window was still black from dirt. My car is black i would have preferred the dirt still be Completely on than it look half washed. And i got the $13 wash. I need a refund. I had to pay for another wash

Terrible service. I paid $4.25 for a car wash that never worked. I immediately reached out for a refund and received one initial response, then was completely ignored. No follow-up, no refund, no accountability. It’s frustrating to pay for a service you never receive and then be left hanging when trying to resolve it. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
