I am a clean freak, maybe even a little OCD (we will leave that to my doctor to diagnose). This place is super clean and with friendly staff. During my visit, the owner was cleaning the machines and Ree (spelling?) was tending to the customers and cleaning as well. Both owner and staff were welcoming and carried conversation. Great place to do laundry.

I am a big fan of this laundromat. It's very conveniently placed for the area and open 7 days a week. The business communicates very well whenever a washer or dryer is out of service. The employees are super friendly, and the clientele are just everyday people (nothing sketchy that I've seen) that are also very friendly. Shout out to Christine for being super helpful with orienting me on how the laundromat card system works and being an exemplirary asset to the business!

Tirsah who was working there when I went was a sweetheart. She was very kind and helpful because I haven’t been to a laundromat in years and boy have they changed. The first thing I noticed was how clean and kept up it was. The machines work great and actually nice folks doing their laundry. I highly recommend them. 💕

Under new management. The new owner is in the process of remodeling as of 12/23' The laundry service is temporarily suspended for a month until renovations are completed. They currently have several machines, cheapest being 1.75$ Let's see what the new owner does to this place!

I’ve been coming to this place for almost a year and haven’t had any issues. Staff is great and trying to help. The new addition to the washers isn’t great though. They are now $2 and wash less amount of clothes than the $1 washers, even though the washer advertises “2x load”. My normal 1.5 load was half dry when the cycle finished. I was told it was over filled, which might have been true, but I was following the load recommendations on the drier. Also, since only tiny loads are allowed to be done, this is taking up A LOT more washers than normally would. Should probably post a sign somewhere saying to only load half the washer, and it’s probably fair to also lower the washer cost to at least $1.50.

It's clean in a relatively quiet part of town. However: this place uses an arbitrary rfid card system to manage all payments for the washers and dryers. This wasn't a problem for me until I got double charged for an overpriced rinse cycle. Not a big deal, I figured they can just put the money right back on the card. It turns out: they cannot do that. If the machine eats your money you are forced to get it back through a convoluted online ticketing system. There is no way to log into this ticketing system you just have to punch in your phone number and put your faith in the friggin laundry network I guess. Other than that: not terrible if it wasn't for the annoying card system it'd be perfect. I will change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars when I get the money back I was overcharged Update: this was resolved.

Lot's of washers. Not every washer is working. Our wash lot took an extra 30 mins to wash due to load unbalanced, but can't open lid to correct problem once wash is started . Bathroom is cleaned. Waiting area is cleaned. People smoking outside the exit door. Service is friendly and helpful.

WORST LAUNDROMAT EXPERIENCE EVER. They have approximately 34 machines and most of them were broken, even some with no out of order signs on them, so I unknowingly put my 2 loads in different washers (which were broken by the way, go figure) and had to move both loads of soaking wet clothes by hand to other machines. On top of that, the staff did not care at all and were indifferent (very rude) to my situation when I told them, they would not listen, kept making excuses for the machines not working. Handed me a towel and told me to clean the water on the floor after they told me to change washers because THEIR machines were broken. Who in the hell has almost all of their machines broken, makes guests move their wet clothes by hand and worse, after they fail to provide functional machines, makes their customers clean up the mess from their machine being broken? Please do not listen to the people this owner tells to leave good reviews for him. They are lying for ratings and not honest. This owner is irresponsible and can afford 15 cameras on the ceiling but not a clean carpet or functional machines? But you'll take people's money by still having this jankey dump open right? Anyone who says this place is clean or that the machines work is LYING and probably told to say that. P.S. After reading other low ratings, yes, those guests are telling the truth but the owner seems to make excuses or disregard valid concerns from his customers. I would listen to my guests as they are the reason you have any business at all. Just sayin. If you don't want to run your family's business don't.

Yknow how you can put coins in the dryers for more time? Not here! You HAVE to put funds on some stupid card. And the minimum amount you can put on at once (without paper bills, there is no coin option despite a 15m dryer cycle being .50c) is 5 dollars, manual input or not. I wouldve had to pay FIVE DOLLARS for a single dryer cycle. Do not reccomend.

I like going there. They got different size machine i can choose from. You pay by the card they supply you and all you have to do is add money to it. It's clean there. All you have to do is do your own laundry and there is no there bothering you

I like this place. My wife finds it safer than the other location. The attendants are always kind and constantly picking up dryer sheets off the floor. There’s several soda machines and a snack machine. The washers and dryers mostly work and if by chance your machine doesn’t work well they will fix it or move you to another one on the house. The manager is very kind as well. And very talkative. He’s also a very busy man, but he does try to engage in conversation with his customers. The dryers run 6 min per .25¢- quarter. Washers differ in if you want cold it’s $1.75, warm$2 I’m not sure how much hot is. Those are the small washers. The large washers cost as little as $4.75. But I can fit a Queen comforter, 2 twin size blankets , and still have room in my machine for a sheet set I am very pleased on the most part. The only thing I didn’t like is that the floors are filthy. A washer was leaking just a little and spilled water on the floor near a drain and the water on the floor was dirty like dirt brown water. I’m not sure if they don’t mop the floor but I got a paper towel and cleaned it up. It just grossed me out a little. Other than that we like it here and it’s reasonable.

First time in here, it's nice. It's very clean and I saw the attendant actually cleaning the machines in between uses. There are a variety of payment options as well as vending machines for snacks, drinks, and laundry supplies. At first the idea of having to load money onto a card was annoying but it ended up being convenient.

The customer service I received was better than anywhere else I have been. I was given a through walk through and had absolutely everything explained to me. The lady working that day was so kind, professional and respectful. Thank you for treating me and my Son like actual people and not looking down on us for having to use a laundromat, as I have dealt with that type of behavior before. Highly recommend for anyone needing to go to a laundromat, don't go anywhere else

This is the only place I go. Since my washer is out of service, I had to start coming here & I believe it’s the owner that helped me the first time. He was super nice & helpful. All of the staff that work there are friendly, approachable, very helpful. They keep the place VERY clean. I actually like that they use cards & I feel safe going there(specially since we had that random issue years ago, I was very nervous to be in a laundry mat). I also really like they are open 24/7. THANK YOU STAFF for being so amazing & kind!
