It really was a quick friendly social trip. Smell of aromatic coffee was in the air. The senior citizen was there with her brunch tray to tempt me with little fattening things. Polite pleasantries were exchanged as we asked about each other's day. I left with a feeling of optimism.

I really like this location. Whenever I'm out and about shopping and I need to stop for something quick or use the restroom I always stop here. This location is a little bigger than the one that's in my town. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff is friendly.

I stopped in the store today after filling up with fuel. I was going to get my husband a hotdog from the roller grill, but there were no buns in the drawers. I bought a corn dog; I didn't see a time stamp on it, but after tasting it, I could tell that it had been out too long. There were no condiment cups for ketchup/mustard. I wanted a fresh blend drink.....the machine was pretty dirty. As if this wasn't enough, there was a mouse running around in the store, and nobody seemed too concerned. Being a Kwik Trip employee myself (from another store), I was absolutely shocked at the condition of this store.

Everytime I go into this particular Kwik Trip there is an issue. I wouldn't have gone in there today if my daughter didn't need something quickly. There staff us not as friendly as other Kwik Trip stores. I bought a gallon of Orange juice and a cup of ice. I was charged for both and normally I'm not charged for the ice as long as I buy something to drink. The dirty haired blond cashier told me that only applies to the smaller drinks which makes no sense to me. I'm actually spending more money on the orange juice than I would on smaller drinks. If my daughter didn't need this in a hurry I would have left it all sitting on the counter. On a different visit seversl months back. This same dirty haired blond told me there were no more ketchup packets because she didn't want to check. She told me there truck hadn't come in. I went back to the fridge to grab a water and saw another employee and asked if there were more ketchup packets. Well low and behold there was a bunch of them. There is also a long haired blond male who works at night who isn't pleasant as well. I've heard him be cocky with customers. Not to mention the gas at this Kwik Trip is more expensive than the ones in Sun Prairie and the one on Milwaukee Street. Since the keychup incident...Today was the first day I have been in that store in months and today was the last time I will visit this particular store. smallerdrinks which makes no sense to me

As a former Kwik Trip employee, this store is very disappointing. I had called 3 times earlier to ask a simple question, and nobody answered the phone. When I called for the 4th time, someone finally answered, but immediately hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Not to mention, they always seem to be out of stock of certain items, which is unfortunate/frustrating because they’re the closest store to my current job. At this point, I don’t even bother going to this location to get breakfast before my shift, or on my lunch. They really need someone like Sharla, Gavin or Carrie to whip this store into shape. Do better!

This place is awesome! I can not thank the wonderful staff there enough for the amazing smiles and hospitality my husband and I get daily from this location. Don't get me wrong most locations staff is good but these guys go way above and beyond. We are always so welcomed and cared for there! Thanks you guys. Has no employee used the men's stall or cleaned the bathrooms? What's written on the inside of the men's room stall door most needs to be removed. Leaving a threat written there? Seriously? Your employees obviously support this threat.

I love Kwik Trip. The bathrooms are always clean. Their bagels are the best in town. I like their doughnuts too. Great prices on produce and milk. The staff is always courteous and friendly. One guy even helped me when I locked my keys in the car. The only thing I don't like at all about this location is the cramped space between the gas pumps and parking in front of the store. I'm constantly amazed people don't hit each other. Other than that, things are great.

I live within walking distance from Kwik Trip, Lien Road. Today I was racially profiled by a cashier who told me to place my backpack at the door while other people were carrying their bags. Who the heck leave their bags at the door while shopping in a store. Kwik Trip does not have the best quality of food, and I eat mostly organic, and it was humiliating to be treated like a thief. I wanted to get a snack after a long shift. Is this how Kwik Trip treats first responders of color? I decided to leave the store and will never shop there again.

THIS LOCATION HAS TERRIBLE FRIED CHICKEN. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. HOW CAN THAT BE. The chicken has been the tip of the spear for a great menu all around wisconsin. But this chicken is just plain ugly too. IJS

I went to fuel up this morning and the pump kept clicking off as soon as I put the nozzle in my tank(pump 8) so I had to babysit it which was ok. I went in to make a few more purchases and told the attendant(blonde lady) this was about 10 am. The attendant was a real sweetheart about everything. I am guessing probably nozzle might need replacement on pump 8 since the attendant said weights and measures was just there the day prior. It's always a pleasure to fuel up at this location and will keep doing so in the future. Please give my regards to the attendant

I love my kwik trip stores, except for the fact there is never anything to wash windows in the winter. You should use straight window wash. It might be pricey, however, it is great customer service. And is also very appreciated.

Doesn't have all the coffee choices that other locations have, which was disappointing, but then we couldn't even get any that they are supposed to have because they were out. Needing to be replenished or marked out of order. We went at noon, when things should definitely be restocked. We're just highly disappointed & have to now find & drive to another location & hope they have available options. I know employees saw & heard us stating everything that was out, but yet nobody came to help. There was even a person who appeared to be a manager, not helping any other customers, yet no avail..

My sister used to live 3 minutes from this location. She doesn't live nearby anymore., but it was several years she did. These years were a bit of a struggle for me. I'd go & get energy drinks (now - yuck!), or other random things. I was there enough to encounter & be helped by "Billy" a number of times. He was always super-helpful & genuinely kind. I was at a place in life that these interactions w him, pointed my day, maybe, in a better direction. It has been several years. My sister doesn't live there anymore & life is better. The other day I stopped in. Billy waited on me again, in the exact manner described above. Now, a day of mine was for sure pointed in a better direction. These ounces of kindness matter & are needed now more than ever. Thank you Billy. Do well. Give this man a raise or promotion.
