Their unlimited plans are nice and very convenient, but there's no easy way to cancel or modify your subscription. They say you can do it online, but their e-commerce portal has been down for over a year, and nobody has answered my emails.

I have an unlimited monthly pass. I like the touch free bay, but when my car is really dirty, I go through the soft touch. This location also has a heated dog wash station. Clean truck and a clean pup.

"I visited this car wash a few months ago with my truck, and after going through the wash, I found that it was still dirty. I attempted to contact someone at the car wash for assistance, but unfortunately, no one returned my call. A few months later, I decided to try the manual car wash. After inserting my money into the machine, I realized that the blow dryer wasn't working. I still had five minutes left to use, and had I known the blow dryer was out of order, I wouldn't have put in so much money. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hope the management addresses these issues."I tried reporting it to somebody that works there. There was a car there, but nobody was in the office. Nobody was around the building. I walked around the whole entire building kinda hard to talk to somebody if nobody’s there.

Google asked me to write a review since I had visited this location a few weeks ago. I see the concept and I think it's nice to have so close to the house, which is the only reason I'm leaving 2 stars. I went late at night after the kids were in bed so I could vacuum out carseats, I put about 3-4$ into the vacuum and it never turned on. There was no one I could talk to and get my money back, so I left. To say I was disappointed is an understatement as the outlet in our garage had stopped working so I couldn't do it at home. I would just suggest to get your vacuums operational so people can actually use your services, I would love to come back but unfortunately I will not until I know everything will actually work after I put in my money.

I went and waited in a line of maybe 3-4 cars, I waited for 30 minutes, paid 15 dollars to get a "premium wash", the least expensive was 8 dollars. I finally got up to go in, It cleaned and rinsed my car and then I sat there for 40 seconds to dry, as advised and left. Got home, mind you I live 5 minutes away so it wouldn't have gotten that dirty on the way home, and looked at the exterior of my vehicle to notice there was dirt all over the rear-end and all over the bottom of my doors. For the price I was expecting my car to look clean, but there where multiple spots dirty. Plus spots on my windows. It looked like the water only got the upper half of my car, and I drive a small short car. (went through touchless wash)

Just had to wait for 15 minutes for two guys to finish cleaning their cars with buckets and sponges in the self-serve base well the attendant on duty was who knows what and then after I put my money in and try to use the tire and pre soak the first one it's empty and doesn't work and neither did the Rain-X so trying to use their advertise products doesn't work either good luck at this place I would like a refund

Didn't wash my vehicle there this time, but I used the vacuums, and they were very nice. Took quarters and was very clean. Easy in- easy out drive. I'll be back for a wash.

Was a good car wash for washing your car yourself I went there often. Could get 20 mins for $4 today I went to wash my car today and I put in $12 to get the same 20 min wash. Now I understand price has gone up with everything but 3x as much for the same wash I might as well go through the touch less car wash and not do anything myself. I will go elsewhere or wash in my driveway as I’m not paying those prices to wash my car myself. I’m not impressed with the 3x price increase that’s absurd. One less loyal customer. 👍

If I just want a quick, basic wash for $10 or more options at a reasonable price, this is the place I go to. Nothing fancy but I'm always satisfied. I do touch less. It also has a stall to do your own washing. It's also locally owned, I believe. Vacuums are @ $2 and located where you come out of the wash. It's also away from the crowded, new car washes, which means fewer people in line.

We drive across town to come to this car wash! The deals they have for cash payments end up being something like 45-55 minutes for maybe 10 bucks!!! Love love love love this place! So much when there was a rip in the dryer hose we climbed on the car to tape it up!! Never change Shiny!!

Change machine wasn't working. Then saw they had tape over coin slot and had to use debit card to pay it says 3 dollars for 5 minutes but I was charged 10 for 5 minutes.

Guess they no longer have an underbody blast. Would specifically go to this location as the pressure was way better than gas station washes. Looking forward to giving Club Car Wash a try!

I had a bad experience in the touchfree wash. The car was more dirty after going through the wash twice than before it went in. To make it worse, I sent them an email after this happened and 2 weeks later still have heard nothing.

My fave place to take my car for a wash, but they've gotta been losing money with those awful vacuums. How do I put in 50 cents of quarters, and I get back a dollar coin & a free wash token. Neither were re-accepted by the machine, and I gave up. I have a handheld at home I can resort to for free 😅

No dry time and also left my car almost dirtier than it was before the wash. The spots it did clean looked nice, but it was like the car wash brush roller was so dirty that it just made my car a nice mix of shiny and clean with brown streaks every. Not a great expierience.

Used the touch free, shiny car original.. I assumed there would be another rinse, nope. Left soap all over my car. Got MAYBE 30sec of dry time and with how bad the dryers were, needed more like 2 min. Definitely recommend sticking to the self wash here. (Added some photos, hoping you can see the difference in soap and water)
