This location does not meet the expectation of excellence that I have come to expect from Kwik Trip. Out of stock of all unsweetened cold coffee options and their cold coffee machine is down. This is not the first time I've been to this location and what I stopped for is not available. When I brought up my disappointment to an employee, the only response I received was "give us another shot". Not an acceptable level of customer service as far as I'm concerned.

Had a terrible experience with a worker named terra. Stopped in to grab some soda there was 1 cherry pepsi in the cooler opened , so i gave it to her to be nice instead of leaving it on the shelf & then she went to another co-worker & proceeded to talk about me , mock me and give me weird/mean looks. Im not from around here and never have I experienced this at any other kwik trip.

KWIK Trip and it’s many locations is a Stop & Shop and get gas and get a car wash. They have premade dinners pizza they have warm breakfast offerings and lunch offerings and fresh made chicken sandwiches and. chicken wings, and quick party stuff they sell beer they sell alcohol at some of the stores, but they do sell beer. They have alarge assortment of energy drinks., soda waters. They have a very big coffee area where you can make your own coffee where they have special coffees they’re known for their coffee quick stop Quik trips.

Absolutely blown away by the customer service at this location! I typically stop in once a week or every other week and am always greeting so nicely by everyone. They are so helpful! Samantha, the cashier, is just the absolute best. She is always so friendly, helpful with offering cutlery for my purchases and this week so really blew me away. She remembered a incident from my card from almost 6 weeks ago, had the receipt to show me what happened, and had it all corrected. I couldn't believe it! She is just incredible, a true gem!!!

No complaints about staff or building. Excellent service like all other Kwik trips. The car wash here is sub par. I got the top level wash and it left soap on the car after the rinse cycle. Steer clear if you're looking for a wash.

Was just there and a delivery driver blocked one entrance with his semi truck. That's ok, we went around the other way but I saw the guy load up his dolly and run with it in and out of the store several times in just the few minutes we were there, WITHOUT A MASK. Several other customers were pumping gas and going into the store without masks either. A lot of people were acting pretty aggressively. I would not go there unless it's an emergency.

If I could I'd give this Kwik trip no stars. The employees were extremely rude. The cashier had a bread, was an older gentleman, extremely arrogant and refused to ring me up. The other employee was taking out trash and told me because of my appearance I had to leave. Probably assuming I was homeless. I do not recommend this Kwik trip

A decent convenience store with cold drinks, snacks, and shake machine. Gas prices are competitive and attendants are friendly. Bathroom was usable, but maybe needed a cleaning.

Friendly staff. Always clean. They have a security officer there (at least when I go in the evenings). Normally the lowest prices around! Their food is pretty good, for gas station food! Donuts and muffins are pretty good also. In the late evening (around 11pm, when I go in) they have discounted bakery that I grab for breakfast the next morning. I love the Kwik Trip rewards program.

Has tons of advertising about the quality of their fried chicken, never changes their fryer oil. At one point I would go out of my way to pick up chicken there. I went in the first time in months craving it and hoping they have gotten it together. Nope, tastes like burnt flower and old fryer oil. This has just been so consistent and so disappointing. Not to mention they barely keep the items I used to like in stock. No chicken supreme salad, no cashews, and their hard boiled eggs are always over cooked.

Dear Kwik Trip of Madison, WI (east side) Days before Christmas I came into your Kwik Trip with a children’s toy pot full of quarters. I walked the aisles with my son in tow, seeking only one thing. A very specific Kinder Egg. We found them, unbeknownst to me we left behind this small pot. A couple weeks later we stopped by in search of more kinder eggs. We didn’t find any that time, but we found something much greater. You remembered us, and remembered that little pot. You asked your coworkers if it was still behind the register. It wasn’t, but as luck would find us a kind co worker who had repurposed the small pot heard us talking. She came over with a smile, looked to my son and told him she would bring it in on her next shift. A couple weeks later, I stopped by for that small pot. When I asked the person at the register is there was a small pot left for someone he immediately said “yes!” With a happy smile. A chain reaction of kindness from strangers was unbelievably impactful that day. You did not know how much it meant to me, I wanted to tell you. But I was overwhelmed with emotion. During the week of Christmas, my apartment flooded about three inches. A lot of our belongings, food, clothes and Christmas presents were ruined. I wanted to cheer my son up as much as I could so we drove around to about 5 Kwik Trips one day that week. After I lost that little pot that meant a lot to my son, it was a gift from a great grandparent who has passed, I had to put our cat to sleep due to issues surrounding the flood. My heart was completely broken. I had lots of support from family and friends, but I was beginning to become so angry at the world. Insurance wasn’t (isn’t) helping, we had lost our home, and now a family member. This seems like a small act of kindness, but to me it reminded me of something important. How much small acts of kindness can really matter to someone, and that you never know what someone may be dealing with. The look on my sons face when I showed him his little pot, and read him this note will be something I think about for the rest of my life. He embraced your kindness too. Thank you very much to the lovely people at Kwik Trip We are doing better now, but still trying to fix it all up. I love and appreciate everyone who been there along the way. 🙂

Have you guys met Marvin? Hardest working man around! Personally working on home ownership for him and his wife (schoolteacher) of 30 years! If you're having a bad day, that man being the cashier will instantly turn your day around. My favorite Kwik Trip because Marvin is the man that instantly feels like your Papa. I have been washing my car at this Kwik trip for about 6 months. I always buy the $11 wash but when I stopped in on Tuesday, the clerk told me all about their new car wash and convinced me to buy the $15 car wash instead. I have never, ever been more disappointed in a car wash in my entire life. On my way taking my daughter to school this morning, I truly truly could not see out my windows or my windshield. This is how it left my windows looking. Don't waste your money. I will say that I called the store and the manager offered to give me a free car wash and a complimentary sandwich from the store. That was a nice offer but I have not had time in the past 2 days to make it back there. While I appreciate him trying to fix the problem, it doesn't undo the mess that was caused by this car wash.

Decent Kwik trip.The restrooms and interior could be cleaner.Hot food selection and roller grill selection could be better.Employees are somewhat friendly.Good selection of dairy,fruit,produce,snacks,candy,cold drinks,coffee and more.Conveniently located on East Washington Ave.Indoor seating,two Automatic car wash bays,vacuums,and free tire air are available.
