Excellent, friendly, well-mannered, upbeat customer service. The lady who helped me, at the cash register, was incredibly patient with me, as I was figuring out how much $ I had, to use, on my debit card. Her attitude made my experience just so much brighter, as this was not the kind of behavior I'd typically expect from a cashier at a gas station. I was very impressed. This was the second time that a woman, working at this location, displayed such positivity and joy for being at her job. It makes all the difference, when people go above and beyond, to be friendly.

I absolutely LOVE Kwik Trips in general! Their amazing customer service, delicious food yes you heard me the food here is quality and great, prices and cleanliness makes it my only gas station I go to in Wi. This location in particular is my favorite as I frequent often, the staff here are truly the best that customer care has to offer. I was having issues with a deflated tire and unfortunately the air pump wasn't working well on it. So the manager used his own personal air compressor to fill my tire, the staff inside offered me coffee to warm me up. It was so unbelievably sweet and kind and confirmed why I love Kwik Trip employees!

Paid for gas and a car wash at the pump with my credit card. A message popped up on the screen to go inside for my printed receipt because I needed it for the car wash code. I gave the woman working the pump number and told her I needed the receipt for my car wash. She said there was no record of my transaction so she couldn't give me a receipt. She said she'd keep checking and looked to make sure I gave her the right pump number, which I did, and she said there is definitely nothing about a car wash. So I left because I didn't want to pay another time for what I already paid for....The transaction went through on my card with the gas and the carwash payment in there.

Really friendly staff, always a stocked hot bar, clean store. Really one of the best Kwik Trips in Madison. Sadly I have to give this location one star because they feel the need to have a man carrying a gun (who is not law enforcement) just to count high schoolers walking into the store. I understand that teens can be rowdy but having a man with a poor attitude and a gun makes them and other customers feel unsafe because all the gun will do is escalate any situation. If there really needs to be extra supervision of children buying lunch it should at least be done without adding lethal weapons to the mix. Really sad.

This location is MUCH worse than any other. It’s bad enough that they don’t make enough of the made-in-house food items that are on special… but what’s worse is that when I asked when I heard next burgers will be out I was told “a minute” and then waited 15 minutes with none restocked. Kwik Trip’s in-house food specials should be an asset that brings people into the store, but in the end it’s just something that they frustratingly drop the ball on, making me want to go there less for everything.

I stopped at this store this evening. I grabbed a few items and proceeded to the counter. I had lost my wallet earlier in the day at work, so all I had available was a check book. The co-worker that was working (Amy) looked absolutely appalled when she saw that was what I had and proceeded on to tell me they no longer took checks. (Since when? But whatever, not the point.) Amy was nothing short of rude, loud, and dramatic about it. I came back a few minutes later with some cash in hand. I asked for the same items, and she made no eye contact and was just plain rude!! I'm also employed by a Kwik Trip in the same town, and could NEVER imagine speaking to one of our customers like that!! Especially after we most recently had a district meeting reiterating the need for a strong customer service! Her tone was just yucky! I was feeling frustrated and said just as much. She was being rude and needed to freshen up her service skills...her response!?!? "I could say the same about you". Pretty sure anyone who would go back and look at the videos would see me smiling pretty much the whole time! I'm sure working in front gets trying, but lady, that's what ya signed up for! Perhaps if your not people-y, try the kitchen! It's not bad! I love my position in the kitchen! Anyway, point being, no need to be rude. Try smiling, it might make you slightly more approachable! And by all means, I hope someone who actually cares about your store sees this and has you brush up on your peopling skills!!!!

I ended up getting a flat tire on my way to work. I stopped at this Kwik Trip and Randy was extremely helpful. He helped my put my spare on quickly and gave me much needed advice on what to do. Randy saved me from a very expensive tow bill. He definitely deserves recognition for his kindness.

Even when busy, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I need assistance pumping gas - I simply call the posted number on the pump and someone quickly comes out and gladly assists. Never an issue. Inside, the store is clean and organized. I avoid school-day lunchtime.

A nice stopover to refuel and get some snacks for the journey back to Eau Claire. Shiloh was an awesome cashier and they were very polite and courteous! I will stop here again if my journeys bring me back to Madison again.

Nice workers but rarely enough hot food or good variety of hot food out lately. I use to go there for lunch instead of near by Milo or McDonald's but can't depend on a good variety of hot food being out these days.

Is it that hard to put vegetarian items out on the hot food area? Like, seriously. I know you have pizza and grilled cheese back there. It’s a disappointment almost every time, any store I go to. An accommodation would be nice, for once. But I get you’re too focused on pandering to your Republican dads to care about anyone else

I needed a Kwik Trip for a bio break on the way home from Madison. Now I'm a fan of the Kwik Trip. If I said it once I say it 1000 times, gimme a KT over a Casey's any day of the week, except maybe if you're hankering for some gas station pizza. I never had Kwik Trip pizza before but I figured what the hay and got a couple slices and a diet soda. You know... Maybe not the best choice I made. Overall, great place. It nearly lives up to the highest of Kwik Trip standards. But that pizza... Yeah, maybe not. Do yourself a favor, if you want gas station pizza go find a Casey's General Store. Somehow, they know pizza better than the KTs. But, in terms of the rest of all your bio break needs, this place is a 4 of 5 in my book. Here's a picture of their propane tanks.

My favorite Kwik Trip! I grew up in Wisconsin so of course I love Kwik Trip. This KT is closest to my office at Union Cab so this is a go-to spot for coffee and snacks before I hit the road in my taxi. The staff are familiar with me and it makes the experience quite pleasant. I enjoy the nitro iced coffees.
