I was at this kwik trip on fish hatchery road and the employee behind the counter (LAUREN) was so rude. i never encountered a kwik trip employee that litteraly acted as if they HATED their job. Im a manager and if any of my employees got an attitude because they had to do two separate transactions i would have fired them on the spot. I think she needs a desk job where they do low volume work. I wish i could give her a half a star for laziness and her terrible attitude!!

Love Kwik Trip. Best coffee in town. Better and cheaper than Starbucks. You can customize it to get the flavor you want. They even have a whip cream dispenser. You want your coffee cold? They have it too. Cheapest bananas in town. Most of the time eggs are cheaper than a the grocery store. With the rewards card you can get free burgers or chicken sandwiches. It may be just me, but I think they have the best burgers in town too. Just great!

Very very different than most Kwik Trips but I have a feeling that's a feature not a bug. One of, if not, the most efficient Kwik Trip I've been to (that's a lot). Also, they love to sell discount doughnuts. Kids can't tell they are slightly stale.

I've never liked Kwik Trips as I've never had great experiences going to them but this one especially takes the cake as the worst I've ever had the displeasure of going to. First of all while I was pumping gas a pan handler came up to me to ask for money, which is pretty typical at these gas stations for some reason. Whatever, I thought, I'll just go in for some food because there was some sort of sale going on for pizzas or something. There was signs for things on sale but nothing was there. Was that some sort of false advertising to get me in the door? Again whatever, guess I'll just use the bathroom and get going. The state of that bathroom was a sight to behold. Urine on the seat and floor, the mirror caked in what I thought was soap, floor wet and sticky, no paper towel dispenser. I'm glad I didn't have to sit down on that toilet seat as I'm pretty sure I would have caught some disease. I flipped the light switch in the bathroom that indicated that it needed cleaning and told the employees that it was disgusting. When I told them this they gave me a sort of death glare before spouting some half cocked apology before proceeding to do nothing about it or radio for anyone (yes all the employees have radios but don't seem to ever use them). Kwik Trips have always been terrible places to stop, but this one should be shut down. If they are doing health inspections on this place regularly they need to be investigated for bribing the officials running them.

Employees always seem miserable and rude. I had to watch Samuel organize rice krispies for 8 minutes while the line went to the back of the store with only 2 registers open. Finally his coworker asked him to check people out. Shortly after, he rudely demanded the next person in line. On top of that, they always run out of products such as water bottles and red bull.

Nice of you to rally against vapes even though you all continue to sell alcohol and cigarettes which are far more harmful. Needless to say I won’t be shopping at any of your stores ever again.

Crazy at just how many drugs deals go on at the gas pumps throughout the entire day. Cars will pull up and wait at the pumps up to a half hour then another car comes along and they do the deal right in the open. The store itself however is great and the employee are nice

STOP THE MADNESS! I don't know what twisted clown started the obviously malicious onslaught of 1 star reviews for this Kwik Trip location, but I'm here to set a few things straight, aye: 1) There is no such thing as a Kwik Trip capable of being rated below 4 stars, which is exactly how I knew something wasn't right with the reviews here. 2) As an individual who (long, long, long, long long long long long ago) used to sell and/or/maybe/might-not-probably-didnt or use drugs, literally nobody buys or sells drugs at a Kwik Trip. People buying and selling drugs have one singular top priority when performing the transaction: to avoid being witnessed. Whoever wrote that they witness "open air drug deals" here "all the time" is probably on drugs. Since the Statute of Limitations has run up: I promise you exactly zero drug dealers sell anything at any Kwik Trip anywhere. 3) There is no such thing as an unhappy nor rude Kwik Trip employee. All Kwik Trip employee are blessed by Jesus and the tears of Mother Mary. Every single one of them is a Saint and if you wrote a one star review here then you need to pray for your soul because you are the lost sheep who has gone astray. Be well.

Kwik Trip is always a great store. This location also has a Kwik Trip across the street but anyway, they always have hot food in heated windows, always have a good beer selection, you can get varieties of meat at Kwik Trip as well that is typically cheaper than most groceries. Excellent store & have never had a bad experience.

I stopped today after a business trip to get some fresh brewed iced tea for my 95 mile drive home. The parking lot/gas pumps were set up like no other gas station/convenience store I have ever seen! Gas pump spots all along the front of the store! Who does that? And dark! I was there on a sunny 70 degree day at 12:45pm. There's a roof over the entire lot making it down right dark. No wonder there are open air drug deals going on (from another review)! There was zero parking so I drove across the street.

There is a woman named Barbie who works at the fish hatchery location.She would not refund? Me my money for the car wash that would not work.And then she proceeded to act like someone needed to steal a ten dollar car wash its very unfortunate the way she treated me.I come here every single day multiple times a day , just to be told by a woman named barbie that i'm a thief over a car , wash code that didn't work that I paid for

Vanlife traveler here! My first time visiting this type of kwik trip (I’m used to quick trip in the southwest) and I have to say this is the most versatile gas station I’ve ever been to!!! I’ve been in the road 5 years, Ive been to gas stations in more states than I have fingers and toes and though it’s not a buccees or a huge truck stop I felt happier with the the options here than at most places. Tons of fresh food options, and the most diverse coffee station I’ve seen. A machine where I can get specific espresso shots/latte/machioto!!! They had hot soup, topping bar, I mean I wanted to get everything. Practical options everywhere. Also, the air pump was the FASTEST of any gas station! I mean triple the time I’m used to. And the gas station design itself is so cute, it reminds me of the cars movie. Love this place!!!

Tire pressure machine doesn’t work, no sign indicating this. I’m pretty sure it removed air from my tire as my PSI went down after I used it. It’s the middle of winter so this isn’t cool.

Thank you KT on Fitch hatchery Road by the beltline thank you for being the only gas station out of three in the area, including another KT the new one on syene Road for having a WORKING RELIABLE air tire machine. It is Sunday. It is 1°. There were four cars out there and we got we all got air. God bless you! I got gas, let the lady that checked me out for my coffee know too.

It’s a good Kwik trip.Car wash,Free air for tires,clean inside and outside.Employees are friendly.Restrooms are somewhat clean.Great selection of coffee,cold drinks,produce,dairy,grocery.Hot spot and roller grill selection is very good on weekdays,on weekends not really the best selection.
