Half the pumps don’t work and never get fixed, I get catcalled here constantly just for getting gas in my PJs, and the pumps are slower than any gas station I’ve ever been to. I feel unsafe going here but they have the cheaper gas prices in the area. I’m surprised it has a 4 1/2 star overall review honestly.

Typical Kwik Trip. Kinda dingy, employees range from rude to very nice (usually very nice), and seedy characters abound. I actually have no problem with the store itself, it's just like I always feel I have to have my guard up when I visit this store and all the others. This is true no matter the time or location. I guess it is what it is! The store itself deserves 4 stars, but the clientele is usually so shady that I had to take one star off.

Worst Store in the whole chain. It's always overcrowded with Amazon vans. There are drug deals made in the parking lot, regularly. They run out of everything all the time. I've been lied to by staff. And, today, they overcharged me for Chocolate milk 50 cents. Woodmans gas is cheaper anyways- go there for a better experience.

It is one of the dirtiest gas station I ever been to. Their garbage cans are almost always FULL or overflowing. Trashes all over the property, inside of the store is not the cleanest either. You could tell the floor hasn't been swept for a few days or weeks. They need better maintenance staff to repair broken stuff and keep the property clean. I love the staff and the hot food options.

Kwik Trip has excellent sales and lots of to save on everyday purchases as well as gasoline. It's a nice place to go to for a nice cup of coffee, Bakery items and I go there often for healthier items in the morning such as boiled eggs, yogurt parfaits. They also have excellent slices of pizza and what I love about them is if they are out of the slices and you would like one they will go back and make a whole pizza and slice it up for you. It only takes about 5 minutes. And also their Take and Bake pizzas are very good you can take them home and bake them yourself or they will bake them for you right there in the store and again it takes just a few minutes! Keep up the good work!

11.23.23 Something just happened here. I asked the cashier why the store was so clean, no garbage blowing around, the food didnt loom like it was touched by the street sweeping of madison. Venus said it was because she was there. Lol.im still not eating the premade food. Eeks! I went in to get coffee, the glass shaker containers with the metal lids were incrusted with sugar and creamer, told Venus and she just smiled and said they needed to be changed out. I told her no they needed to be washed. She didnt comment on that. This is why i dont buy food there, I dont want to get bubble guts. The place reminds me of gas stations in Texas. DIRTY. Went in the next day, still the shakers are dirty, brought it up to Ronin, scratched the top, his comment, it happens and I said yeah if you dont wash them. Lucky I dont uses creamer or sugar. Nore! Do I buy food there.

One of best KwikTrips in town! Clean, friendly & helpful service no matter how busy it gets; I have never seen an out-of-service pump. No price gouging. (Opinion: This business genuinely cares about its customers, considering the traditional lack of respect afforded East Siders.)

Kwik Trips are ok. It's just they don't have good gas here at these places. I like their great food items and the small groceries, too. Always clean and lit up inside. They have new self checkout which are convenient for those in a bit of a rush. Ok, staff of people. I'm just not a fan of these particular convenient store's.

The staff at this location is beyond expectations! Everyone I talked to today was so nice and helpful while I was so stressed out. I got a flat tire while attempting to fill my tire with air. The arrival time for the tow truck kept getting pushed back! The manager came out and personally helped me And with a smile on his face the entire time! While in there getting a snack they were bringing fresh food out, and everything smelled so yummy! Thank you Gavin!!!!!

Great gas station. Only here to warn you that if you enter your PIN number when getting gas, they’ll take $100 in pre authorization charges. It’s been 5 days and it still hasn’t returned to my account. The best part is, that was my last $100 and I need more gas.

Good kwik trip only thing is they need to make sure when people pay at the pump to fuel up there is receipt tape in the pump for the customers receipt. Fueled at this location 2x and both times I had to go inside to the cashier for my receipt

Looks like this car wash was recently replaced, but the new Touch Free wash sucks. Took the minivan through and noticed it barely cleaned the outside literally didn't wash off the dirt from windshield or body, two weeks later took the pick-up truck through with same results. Won't be using this location car wash again, the unit itself looks new just doesn't wash good.

Hi, I usually don’t write reviews but I had one experience with a Kwik Trip employee that stood out. My experience with Kwik Trip employees has always been great, they’re always so friendly. So I was checking out at this location and after I got my receipt, I glanced down at it for a couple seconds and noticed the cashier roll her eyes at me. She tried to change her expression before I saw it but it was too late. I was just unsure about the price on an item I had paid for and was going to ask her but after seeing her attitude I was deterred from doing so. Her name was Brianna. If she was comfortable showing a negative attitude to me I can’t imagine how many other customers shes been rolling her eyes at or similar. Just thought I should share my experience here, thanks for reading.

It’s an alright Kwik trip.Interior and restrooms are somewhat clean.Good selection of bakery,coffee,cold drinks,fruit,produce,dairy,grocery and more.employees are somewhat friendly.Hot spot and roller grill selection could be better.This location is no longer open 24 hours.
