Poorly ran company- I was given a 2 month “promo” at $9.99 and was charged the full $32 after a month. Called to resolve and emailed, no contact after 2 days so called again and they said I had to come in to resolve it with a manager. Arrived and manager was out in a car socializing said it’s been an issue and he meant to get back to us.. they are probably taking advantage of those who don’t watch their card transactions closely. Would not recommend their business to anyone.

Edited Review 01/2023: After this car wash has been open for several years, the management of the location has gone down to the point I shifted my membership to the new Club Car Wash on 41st Ave Dr. I would arrive there in wash hours and no one is there and the place was closed up. One other time when someone was there, a gentlemen advised me the wash was closed and the hours had changed to close at 6pm vs 8pm. I went back the next day and the place was magically open and had people working. I would avoid. Great wash with free vacuums. Wonderful deal!

I recently tried to take my dog here to use their dog wash space and the machine refused to take my cash, just kept spitting it back out immediately. I tried to call their number but no one picked up, could not see any workers around either without leaving my dog unattended. I will give them another try soon to see if this has been fixed, but was otherwise a let down since this is the closest dog wash station in my area. :(

Okay, not great but also not bad. Dog wash doesn't take large cash and won't work unless you have 1 dollar bills, also doesn't take quarters or credit card. Car wash is... alright. Expensive for product.

I live 2 blocks from this car wash and have used it several times. The staff there have always been cool to me but I've never been particularly impressed with this place. It's a generic automatic car wash that can clean a wide area of the car ok, but won't get the nooks and crannies. Not a wash worth $30 or $40. Honestly, there are cheaper places that give better washes, and with the myriad of car washes that are popping up it has become a rather competitive business! The last time I went it seemed like this facility was in a bit of disrepair as quite a few of the vacuum hoses had fallen apart! The remaining hoses had little to no suction.

I get the simple $12 wash, and I love it. My back never gets fully cleaned in my Ford Flex like it does here, I love the way my tires look and the complimentary towel. The staff is always friendly, and you can't beat a free vacuum. Never forget to tip!

This was the worst experience since going there .? first the attendant took a while to even come out to let me know that I was in the right spot. Then it was dark no lights on soap only came out on the left side of my car still dark it just wasn’t the usual. Then my car wasn’t very clean and the windows didn’t even dry off like they normally do. Not sure if I will go back!

Went to for the self service dog wash, nothing worked like it was designed to, the wash selection didn't work, only had low water pressure coming from the sprayer, demanded my $$ back, left with a dirty wet dog !!!

I had a bad experience for the second time and that was it for me, I get why it was empty on a Saturday afternoon now. Vaccuums not plugged in, no visible employees, a long line people pulled out of including myself… skip this one

Took my 2 dogs to the dog wash. It's not a very good dog washing station. Water pressure isn't good. There is no shampoo to bathe the dogs. Good thing I brought my own shampoo to wash my 2 dogs. Dryer doesn't work either. There is no air conditioning in it either. But hey, for $10, you get unlimited minutes to wash your dogs

Horrible car wash. Attendant didn't do anything but take my ticket. I paid for the $12 wash, needed wheels scrubbed, that didn't happen. My car was drenched with water even though they have this fancy heating area at the end, didn't work! My car doesn't look much cleaner than before I Rainstorm washed.

My granddaughter got harassed by one of the employees while she was cleaning out her car. She told me he asked her if she had a boyfriend, then when she said yes, he kept pressing her about it telling her that they could still be friends. Not my experience but definitely unsettling as a grandmother and frequent customer at this place. Hitting on someone at your place of work is extremely unprofessional!!!!!!

I was so surprised to drive up and get offered a month of car washes at $1. Price will go up after a month, but it's a wonderful way to see if I like it. After my first car wash, I am greatly satisfied. It did a great job and totally hands free on my part!! I loved the colorful ride/wash!! (Pictures added!) Edit: BEWARE!! They do not make it easy to cancel after that first month. I went online and cancelled it, but they then charged me. So I went to the Moline location and it reaked of Marijuana strong in the office. They told me you cannot cancel online - although the email said you could and the link to the website offered it. I asked for my money back - trust me, you won't get it back!! They do have free vacuums and the car wash does a decent job, which is why I gave it a 2 star. But if it is out of your way, as it is for me, it is hard to get there.

Went to get my car washed, got it washed. Went to go vacuum it no vacuums were on. So I cleaned my interior out of what little trash was in it and cleaned my windows and I saw one of the workers walking by and asked them what's up with the vacuums. They told me they were off as they were cleaning them and they'd be back on in 30 to 40 minutes. Had you bothered to tell me that when I had paid I would have chosen to go to a different car wash. So my car is washed but not vacuumed cuz I didn't have time to wait 30 to 40 minutes And even if I had it's hot outside. Why are you cleaning your vacuums at 12:30? Why not before you open or after you close. So yeah I'm not really happy that I couldn't vacuum my car I'm not very happy that the staff was like whatever. So I won't come back
