I paid $40 for a detail wash at KWIK Car Wash & Express Detailing, and I was very disappointed. This was my first time using them while visiting from out of town, and I expected a proper detail for the price. The rims were still dirty, the inside of the vehicle was not fully cleaned, and bugs were still stuck on the front of my truck. It felt like they rushed through the job just to wipe off water on the outside. I was so unsatisfied that I had to stop at AutoZone right after leaving to buy cleaning supplies and finish the job myself. For what they call a “detail wash,” the quality was nowhere near what was promised. Definitely not worth the money and I would not recommend.

Kwik did a great job on detailing my car! Inside and out, they got it ready to sell. Full vacuuming all 3 rows including the trunk, under all the seats, polished everything and cleaned the windows. Even had under the hood cleaned out for perspective buyers to see everything. Their car wash is always a great value too, with an interior clean and exterior wash, we always use kwik!

Semaj’s did a fantastic job. All the front end dirt and dullness went away. The light scratches all around the car were polished away. I appreciated them vacuuming the inside too! The detailing was quick and thorough. Employees were willing to list and were pleasant.

I took my classic 1972 Oldsmobile 442 Convertible in to have it cleaned on the inside and out. They did a fantastic job taking special care of the outside and the tires and wheels especially looked shiny. Alec did an amazing job on the inside of the car. Taking precise care in making sure all things were cleaned (particularly the hard-to-reach spot between the dashboard and the windshield which had been accumulating debris for ages it seemed like). I was very impressed with the care and work they performed. Thank you very much.

It had been much too long since I'd taken my car to be deep cleaned and detailed. Taking my black Subaru Forester to KWIK Car Wash was the perfect choice, and the smartest decision I made last week! Their cleaning staff provide impeccable and friendly services from start to finish. My vehicle was returned to me absolutely spotless, inside and out.

Update: the manager reached out and got us back in several weeks later. While it would have been nice to have it done right the first time, it was at least acknowledged that they hadn’t done their best and effort was made to fix it. Re-rated at 4 stars for the final product. We brought my vehicle in for a full detail. While the turnaround was great, the final result was less than satisfactory. Some areas are dirtier than when it was delivered to them. The inside of the windshield is streaky and they didn't clean off sticker residue, the rear gate frame wasn't touched, the wheels look no cleaner than at drop off, and there's a bunch of speckled stuff splashed all over the head liner. Kneeling on the still-damp carpet showed that the floors are still somewhat dirty. I feel like we paid for a rudimentary clean and they they liberally sprayed a shiny, greasy protective spray on every surface. I could have received equal results at half the price at a dealership.

James detailed my Mercedes to showroom floor condition. It looked so perfect, no sign of salt from Michigan roads. I've taken my car here for years and I'm never disappointed.

The detailing of my truck was absolutely phenomenal! It was full of dog hair because of a husky I own. When I got it back, there was not one hair left in the entire truck! And all of the carpet and seats looked brand new. I have been to other detailing places and have never had This type of service!

This was my first time using this car wash and I am beyond impressed. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I got my truck detailed right after, and Jerome did an absolutely amazing job — my truck looks brand new inside and out. The attention to detail and hard work truly shows. I really appreciate the care they put into their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

I had the best service ever. They made my car look brand new and smells good.. I got a full inside detail which contains of a super clean, carpet shampoo and seat shampoo..ask for James if you get a detail he’ll make sure your car looks brand new. Thanks kwik car wash I appreciate yall boys

I’m 35 weeks pregnant and needed my car vacuumed out, and was recommended to this car wash. I paid $45 for the top tier service “the works”. I could have done a better job vacuuming my car out myself, as it looks like they hardly even touched the interior. My car interior was already fairly clean to start with, and looks about the same as before. They didn’t lift the only thing in my center console up to vacuum under (a bottle of hand sanitizer), my cup holders were left untouched, and the backseat and cargo are appears to not have been vacuumed. The outside of the car seems to have been cleaned fairly well at least. I’m pretty disappointed as I was really looking forward to having this done, and could use the extra help, hence why I paid for that service.
