I ❤️ going to kroger bc I know what I get is fresh...... BUT, the deli sucks so bad...... the lady that is always in the deli working slicing lunch meats is the worst... she asks what you want, but then 30 seconds into slicing, she starts complaining about how she can't keep slicing and how bad it hurts her... and every single time, she makes me feel bad bc I asked for shredded ham.. if ask for 2 lbs, I end up with maybe a half lbs.... if she is having issues, then she needs to either have help or switch departments...... On Wednesdays there is a different lady and she is so lovely and nice. She doesn't complain.... but she said I wasn't the first person to say this.... SHE IS ONLY IN THE DELI Department on WEDNESDAY......

I went into the store and found items not included in my click list order that supposedly weren't in stock available in the store. Neither the associates that walked out informed me what wasn't in the order nor did the click list manager attempt to fix the problem. When I suggested that I be able to pick up the two items that were in the store, the click list manager says I would have to purchase them and that the money I've already been charged (two days ago) online is only a "temporary hold" and that the items on the app for this store "only shows what available in the store not what's in stock. If it's got a label and barcode, it shows online." Its RIDICULOUS that the items that could be picked the same day (I picked up at 10:31 a.m.) could literally not be picked up. Why have items listed on your app for this store if they're more or less guaranteed not to be available? Why say the items weren't available when they LITERALLY are in the store. Why not attempt to make it right when clearly you have things and just aren't including them perhaps because the employee goofed instead of saying that "they weren't out when they tried to pick it." There's no way a manager could know that on every order, especially when there's no quality control to check for employee discrepancies. Will not be ordering online again. P.S. Instead of charging the order the day of, like Amazon has perfected, I'm told it will take 5 to 10 business days for a refund (or release of the temporary hold on, same difference) on the items not included but charged in advance of my pickup. Terrible business model, and I'd know as I've worked in systems that control virtual inventory control quality assurance. Your system needs some major overhauls.

There is a reason this store parking lot is empty. The staff is so rude and the store is dirty.

Updating this review in March 2025. This is the Kroger store near me, so I've shopped there a lot, but I have to say it's probably the worst Kroger store: never enough checkers, they don’t carry very much cheese or deli items, their bakery stuff isn’t very good, their seafood is hit or miss (mostly miss), they are often out of basics like chicken breasts, and they seem to be focused on a demographic that doesn’t match mine. I’m a foodie, love to cook, want to be able to find high-quality foods with lots of selection. Instead they have aisles and aisles of canned goods, pesticides (more than I’ve seen anywhere else), candy and seasonal junk, etc. I can’t find the brands and varieties of peanut butter, ice cream and yogurt I like, although I can find them elsewhere, and their cheese selection and deli is minimal to atrocious. They did finally add a liquor store at this location, which is good, but I don’t drink a lot and haven’t shopped there yet. And the point is, I never need to shop at this Kroger again, now that the new Publix has opened in the north end. I’m glad Kroger has some competition now—Publix is so, so, so much better, and now that it’s open I am very happy to say I never need to shop at this really disappointing Kroger again!

Went to Kroger's on Bryan station road today like I do almost everyday today I was in search of boneless skinless chicken thighs they didn't have any with a chicken i seen two guys unloading boxes of chicken I asked him if they had any chicken thighs they both looked and one went to the back to check. But unsuccessful. So I proceeded to checkout and one of the guys that was unloading boxes his name was Aaron he came running up from the back with two packs of the chicken I was looking for. Thanks Aaron. You saved supper. Big shout out to the guys at Kroger's working in the back thanks Aaron for checking on the customer. Also for tracking me down in the store. Love my neighborhood Krogers.

This Kroger is OK if you must shop at a Kroger. As far as Kroger, I find their prices inflated so that you can get fuel rewards.

This store relies on its self checkout. There is almost never any cashiers. It has a cave like feel. Not a very warm and inviting store. The worst part about this location is they allow spectrum sales people to harass you when you enter. They don't like to take no for an answer. I am going to turn around going forward if there is spectrum sales people in the lobby. I would rather drive a few miles extra and give other grocery stores my business that have to be subjected to that harassment. Kroger should rethink how they operate this location.

Always a good experience for me when I visit this store. Wish they would bring back the 10 for 10 succulent plants

My pharmacy experience was terrible. I went to the drive-thru because I have a child in my car with pneumonia who feels awful. We sat in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes and then they proceeded to tell me that they didn't have one of the prescriptions that he needed. Then I guess the person there is new I'm not sure what the situation is but she couldn't figure out how to swipe my credit card there's nothing wrong with my credit card. I just used it so we left with no prescriptions because that was the only option I had. I didn't think I would have to pull out cash because of an incompetent worker. I will not be back to this pharmacy and I suggest you stay away as well. There was a huge line again as I was leaving, with nothing. Oh also it would have been nice if when I called the pharmacy I could have gotten through to a human. It would only let me speak to automated messages and I knew it was only one prescription but I didn't know why I couldn't speak to a person to figure out that they just don't have what he needed in stock, a cough medicine. Hopefully we can get a hold of Costco pharmacy in enough time tonight..

I have been a loyal customer of this Kroger for 12 years, spending hundreds of dollars weekly. I previously left a 5-star review, but I'm now downgrading it to 1 star. Despite living just a minute away, I will no longer shop there. Yesterday, I bought a cart full of milk, expecting it to be fresh. However, it has expired since July 10th—17 days past its expiration date. I hoped the issue would be resolved without any trouble, but it turned into a frustrating experience. I provided my Kroger card and number to my brother to return the milk, but he was told that without a receipt, the return couldn't be processed, even though this has worked in the past. After my brother requested to see a supervisor, he was met with extra security instead. Eventually, he got a supervisor who provided a gift card and went to get a replacement. Unfortunately, all the milk in the same fridge and from the same brand also expired by 18 days.

Manny’s folks they rule. You gotta do the work you gotta scan your eye so I’m picking up some heavy water bottles and I make my way over. Got my other ham full little water flavors hands full set. The water down thing comes up cause you gotta clear the tray and only place to put it because everything else was too small so I asked the tenant to help me out with things. He’s like you gotta do this. Where is customer service? Where is anything remotely similar to customer service. I asked for a manager and get some kid that says he’s a supervisor, but the manager wasn’t there of course he ain’t doing nothing for me because he don’t know customer service either. I’m done with this Kroger. They can be rude. All they want.

Just in town for a couple days on business and I need to pick up a couple things. Wasn’t terribly impressed with how inside the store condition was but I’m not here to live or sleep... just to pick up some drinks.

Always good sales and this Kroger seems to keep up the quality outside of the fish department. The oder from that department is horrendous. When I used to manage a fish market in NY we made sure to clean everything even the drains which can cause foul oder.

The deli had all the products uncovered all night. Spoons in them. Looked like the food was turning brown. Very disgusting!! Other food touching each other. NOTHING WAS WRAPPED. The glass was nasty. And the warmer that they put cooked chicken on was so nasty. Grease and dirt all over it. Stuff dripping on the sides. And that's what their putting your food on and serving you. Food poisoning!!! Just nasty!!

Just wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU TO DANTE( hopefully correct spelling). Im not 100 percent sure but I believe he works in the deli area. This young man goes above and beyond to help if you have a question. All along with a HAPPY SMILE ON HIS FACE!!😊. Most younger ppl these days ignore the elder generation and their needs. Most I have encountered is if you need something and they can’t find it on their phone they will just tell you they are out of it and go on about their business. Not Dante he stopped right in the middle of stocking his merchandise and went to the department that carried what I was looking for and searched for product until he really found it. It took him a few minutes but he did not seem to mind at all. It made me feel really good for that young man to actually care about what I was wanting. All the time with great patients and a big ol’smile on his face. I thanked him he responded with thats what I am here for. I told him this geriatric customer REALLY DID APPRECIATE HIS SERVICE!!! That gave him a big chuckle!! Anyway THUMBS UP GREAT JOB KEEP SMILING AND BE YOU DANTE!!!! Thank you so kindly🙏🙏🙏

I ordered these off door dash for my one year old. Kroger seriously needs to be checking the dates on their food, especially for children. I suggest people start checking dates on everything for babies and children from this location.
