I caught a lot of great deals today. I checked out with a full cart of produce and meats for under $100.00

Not layed out well at all. Beverages such as soda, mio water flavors, water, etc should all be in same isle next to chips and other snacks. There should be more checkout lanes and less self checkout. Otherwise have have a limited amount of groceries at the self checkout.

I bought a rotisserie chicken today and it was fuego (fire in Spanish). It was so flavorful and juicy in the inside. I’ve bought chicken at other places and the outside is yummy but the inside can be dry and not tasteful. Also the staff is always pleasant.

It’s been about a year since I’ve been to Kroger‘s. We travel around the United States for work. When we got to the deli department we wanted several custom cut meats and cheeses, and we saw that they haven’t been cleaning the cheese slicer for the cheese and meats. We decided not to buy any. other than that, we found a large variety of different sorts. Hopefully, they will get the equipment clean.

Not too loud, yet crowded, even during the work week. Semi decent pick of brands. Store was small though. I would recommend it still, probably the best Kroger in Peoria. In Kroger’s fuel rewards program, you earn 1 pt./per $1 you spend. Once you’ve earned 100 fuel points (after $100 spent on groceries), you’ll get 10¢ off per gallon on up to 35 gallons Hy-Vee offers fuel perks on select grocery items that vary weekly. Unlike other stores, there isn’t a set reward per dollar amount spent — either check the weekly ad or browse your local Hy-Vee to see which items offer fuel rewards.

We’ve been going to Kroger‘s on Sterling for years now that they’ve closed. They’re wanting us to go out on Lake St., Kroger‘s. We’ve been there four times. I only got to use the mobility scooter once the rest of the time we’ve been there they’ve all been on a chargerI. I asked to see the manager and he came out. I told him what the problem was about the scooters he didn’t seem interested at all. That’s not his problem turn around and walked off as he was doing that. I explained to him I guess I’ll have to up go to Hy-Vee across the street. He never got any comment so this is to you. I guess we go to Bartonville Kroger‘s now or Hy-Vee. By the way, I’m only 79 years old with problems with my knee so there Scooter

This place is awful. Never in stock with flyer items. Entrance door locked early so you have to walk through a maze of people just to shop & it's getting worse. I'll go to Knoxville from now on!

The staff is extremely rude and it fealt racially motivated because the women made sure to be extremely nice to the woman behind me that was the same ethnic background as her. Everyone should be accepted equally and treated with respect, I was extremely nice to her despite the rude attitude and disrespectful behavior.

Just a shout out to a couple of people at Kroger on Lake Street.... THANK YOU for all of your help, Jackie and Anthony ! When my 93 year old dad felt too warm to sit in the car today and decided to come in with me , thank you for bringing him a chair from the pharmacy so he could be comfortable. Thank you for helping get him and my groceries into the car when we were done Talk about going above and beyond ....you are both appreciated!

We've been having trouble clipping digital coupons to our plus card... At checkout, our cashier Daniel was very helpful and made sure we received the discounts. He also suggested some ways we might get the Kroger app to cooperate! This is our Kroger of choice.

We used to shop at this store weekly, for a long time. Like 15 years. Then when the Madison Park and Wisconsin Ave. stores closed, this store went DOWNHILL. Nothing was ever in stock, it was dirty, and the employees, not to mention some of the customers, were very rude and combative. We stopped shopping here back in 2015 and started shopping at HyVee. Get your act together Kroger on Lake!

Called to inquire about if this Kroger had a product in stock and was told: “I couldn’t tell ya. We don’t stock that, a different company comes in and stocks it”, as if she has no way of looking it up(I know she does because I called a different Kroger in the area, and she looked it up in their system for me). Then she proceeded to rudely say “Sorry, bye.”

I remember several thoughtful, professional associates I've encountered through the decades. Once I was unable to shop for myself (no scooters ever available) I was always charmed by the courteous, energetic young'uns that brought my pickup groceries out to the car. Kudos to the next generation! It's a shame that the goodwill courteous and professional associates are overshadowed by one horrible, narcissistic, immature, combative, rude employee named Jessica (allegedly anyway) who just lost our business with this store... permanently. We will shop at Hy-vee across the street from now on. I have NEVER been treated with such contempt, viciousness, boorishness before by a sales associate!!!!! This woman is clearly angry at the world, and feels it is appropriate to direct her anger at a customer. Yesterday (after bringing home our pickup order and finding discrepancies) I called and talked to a polite young man in Pickup, who readily agreed to pack a replacement bag with our two grocery items - one (iceburg lettuce) missing, the other (a pudding mix) soaked by a leaking water. We agreed to drive back to get it. After my husband made a special trip BACK to the store, this harridan refused to honor the agreement. Had Hy-Vee packed the wrong groceries or ruined an item, the manager would have sent a delivery person to our home with the items. If we need items from Kroger, we'll drive out to Lindbergh Kroger. Today, I will enter a pickup order to Hy-Vee... just so we'll have lettuce for our tacos tonight.
