SUPER incredibly pisspoor attempt at cleaning our brand new car. I’ve not ever been this disappointed with a car wash in all my years of car ownership. We purchased the top $27+ complete detail and their employees left marks, dirt, lint, inside and out. Puddles of water on the front floor mats, rear seat not ever touched. There were still bug bits on the front hood!!!! Your manager? The youngster in the red shirt? Didn’t apologize or even say a word to us. The other boys were clueless when I kept pointing to things that were wrong. Definitely telling all our friends😡

I was there on 2/28/20 and got a Works package wash. The car looked incredible and was sparkling clean. When I got home however, I noticed that a piece of trim behind my passenger side mirror was missing. I called and explained the situation and asked if someone could maybe take a look and see if they could find it. Within 30 minutes the manager, Cody, called me back to let me know he found the piece and it was intact and could be popped right back into place. Which they did for me when I went back! Everyone was lovely and kind and helpful. This was my first visit to this location, but it will not be my last visit!!

Had my car detailed for the first time in 4 years. It was nasty and they did a great job. Very professional, responsive to questions, and called when it was done. Highly recommend! Edit: They have "temporarily" closed the detailing work. I have checked back every couple months for a while now, but keep getting the same story "try back in 3 weeks". So I'm assuming it's really shutdown for good. Their website still has it listed though. My guess is that they can't find workers. Too bad. They did a really good job years ago and I was wanting an Executive detail again.

I was here today at around noon and was recommended by one of my friend to try it. Even my rare view mirrors weren't properly cleaned. They have marks of soap on em and the body too. Below part of front doors are still dirty. I think 4-5 guys were cleaning my car but i wonder what they did. Sadly, won't be back again. Neither recommend to my friends. Sorry. [Update] After genuine apology from the owner i thought of giving Red Carpet another try. I emailed as requested and await a response. Let's see how they do it this time at 8201 Knoxville Ave branch. I will probably change my rating after this visit. Thanks. Update: they didn't send me anything. No email reply no refund nothing.

The service itself was outstanding. I had dropped off my car a day early by mistake and they still took care of me. The staff was polite and very helpful. If I could rate the service alone, 5 stars. However, the quality of work was not what I expected for a next to top level detail and the price I paid. Gunk in the cup holders still, a bit of spill on the side of the arm console that I got out with some cleaner myself, and no air fresheners. Even at the quick hand wash at other locations they throw in a few of those, didn’t get those here. In sum: wonderful service, quality of work for amount spent, lots of room for improvement.

Wasn’t too happy with my first experience. I decided to pay for the 25$ exterior wash hoping to get my truck clean and when I left there was water still all over the paint and bugs all over my grill…

Just left this car wash that we use frequently and it was awful! The wash was great but little to no wipe down of outside of truck. No wipe down of inside doors, no windows washed and half of passenger side inside wiped down. I capfuls understand if it was miserably hot out, but it was a beautiful morning. Hubby came home and did it himself. Doubt I’ll be coming back for awhile.

Service used to be above average. I had previously purchased the monthly service. Recently it has really gone downhill. The service is half what it used to be and The hours are so customer restrictive it’s impossible for me to get my car washed on days I work. I would highly recommend club car wash if you’re looking for a customer friendly quality car wash home.

I am on a very strict budget. Saying that, I just wasted $45 to treat myself by getting my car washed and vacuumed. I've been to this location before with no problems. This time was a completely horrible experience. My truck didn't even look to be vacuumed at all and the mats were a mess. I will never again trust or spend the money to have this place service my truck. Heartbroken and sick to my stomache on the money I wasted. This money also included a tip. Drivers side at first glance looked fine. Further inspection proved otherwise.

I've been here over the years for regular exterior washes with no complaints, but this was my first interior detailing since purchasing this car several years ago. I explained I needed stains removed for previous smoking and general food spills over the years. The detailing took approximately three hours, but when I got it back, I was very happy with the results. Red Carpet did a great job on my car and was very affordable for the jobs I was asking.

This was the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. These pictures were taken after the “The Works - Full Service” $27 wash was completed. My interior looked like it had not been touched, and there was no “new car smell.” Waste of money and never going back.

I went to get a full service on my suburban, i had broken windshield so there was some glass still in the vehicle , my point is they did not whipped a thing inside , didnt take my trash out , they said the dont touch people s personal belongings , i sent it through again and there is still glass on my seat very unhappy with service . Dont use services here . I attached some photos of bad service.

It was hard to schedule an appointment for a full detail; no one answered the phone. We finally went in person and got an appointment for three days later. We chose the dazzler level, since we didn’t need the engine cleaned, just the interior and exterior. We were disappointed with the results. There were small pieces of trash left on seats and in cubbies. If you moved the seats forward or backward, you could see that they didn’t even vacuum under the seats, which is why you pay for someone to detail your car. If I can open the driver door and see dirt, it’s a problem. The back rows of our traverse were obviously quickly done and much was missed. We had to take the vehicle to another car wash to use the free vacuums to finish the job. Very disappointing! Why did I pay for someone to do a mediocre job on this?

Great customer service! I would like to see hours for the car wash services. I drive 25 minutes and to see the sign last car but never wasted because I get my gas. Detail work is open but not advertised anywhere in the station at least it wasn't last week.

Worst carwash ever! We paid for the works, the most expensive one. The inside wasn't cleaned, the windows are still dirty in spots and have smudges from where they wiped with the towel. We will NEVER be back!

Took my new car thru the wash to have it nice for the holidays, never been to red carpet so I thought I’d give it try. Tried to sign up online but never got the email with the coupon. I asked 2 of the workers about it and was told “I don’t know anything about that” so I went with the $29 works so they would clean the inside as well. Now the website doesn’t really say what they do on the inside so maybe I expected too much but it doesn’t look any different than when I brought it in. Plus I still had bugs on the back sides of my mirrors. It’s the day before a holiday so maybe they were busy and in a rush but not the job I was expecting. 🤷🏼♂️ And as I read the review I see you have a copy and past response, if u really wanna earn business back maybe put a little more into your responses.

Paid for works full service but didn’t get it. Tires were definitely not shined. Cleaned my mats but my car still needs vacuuming. Wish I would have saved my money and just gone through a normal wash. Tried to call but just get put on hold forever.

I’m going to take ownership here and say.. my bad for continuing to go back despite being disappointed over and over again. This place used to be the place 10+ years ago, but now? Well.. see the pics. I’m used to them neglecting the inside, but was shocked when I saw the outside was also underwhelming. There’s also a white film on the back of my car. If they vacuumed, they did a 5 second once over. Yes I have dog hair so I’m used to there being some left behind and that’s fine. But it looks like they cleaned the rubber mats and then didn’t even bring out the vacuum for the surrounding areas. I guess I’ll have to stop giving them the benefit of the doubt and go to the wash down the street where I have to do the interior work, but at least my exterior is clean. The kicker- I always tip. Again.. my fault. I’d like to mention I did reach out several years ago when I had a bad experience where and they told me if I wanted my interior cleaned then I needed to purchase a detailing package. Not a great sell when you can’t do even the basics right.
