Right hand touch-less bay didn’t rinse everything off the car, had to go home and hose all of it off. Wasn’t going to pay another 20 dollars to see if it would fully rinse my vehicle.

WOMEN BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE ALONE!! one of the employees at the new Klemms Express car wash approached me while vacuuming my car. Initially his approach was to discuss his “business” selling CBD supplements for dogs (bizarre but I had my dogs in the car so I just assumed he was making a connection).. the conversation QUICKLY went south when he began rambling on about “healing medicine”, “mental illness”, and how WOMEN are “angels” and “cure all cancer and illness with breast milk”. ( YES this conversation spiraled this quickly and I’m just as confused as you are ) He was very forward and very pushy. Making me extremely uncomfortable and nervous. I did report this entire conversation to the other car wash attendant who claimed he’s “harmless” and “suffers from mental illness”. To me: whole thing read as a massive red flag. He gave me his “business card”. Be careful out there.

The entire staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help me on July 26 when I was visiting my son from Texas and wanted to wash his car. When I locked the keys in the car, they let me use the phone to call for help, however they found a way into the car before the locksmith arrived. They loaned me micro fiber towels and power washed the floor mats just to help out. The guys working that day were all amazing and I am so thankful!

Great washes everytime. Windshield tag readers can be a bit wonky, which gets stressful when they are busy. Canceled my subscription. But reactivated a short time later. Will keep my fingers crossed it allows me through when I pull up.

I have been washing my car at Klemm’s Express for the last 3 years, and I’ve always been very satisfied with the service. However, during my last visit, one of the employees asked me to pull the vehicle aside to talk. Suddenly, he removed my membership sticker from the windshield, saying he needed to replace it with a new one — but he did this without my permission. I consider this inappropriate and disrespectful.

It was freezing out and quite busy, but they had a very friendly attendant overseeing the process Which helped tremendously. The car wash itself was very comprehensive and left my car, very clean after the heavy snowstorm and all the buildup of salt from the roads.

I didn’t catch the guys name tonight, said he hadn’t been there long. Greenish jacket. I had paid inside, second time I’ve done this. I get to the gate and have no idea how to get through, so I pull up on the side and he comes out to greet me. Then he SHOWS me how to enter the code for next time. He did a great job spraying down my car as well. Honestly, he saved y’all a customer! He needs a raise!

This is seriously the best drive-through car wash I’ve been to! I run a new car dealership, so it’s important to me to always keep my car clean and representing! My business has its own detail shop, but I still prefer to bring my car to this car wash instead of having my guys do it for me by hand. Their tunnel system does a great job washing my car, it never misses any spots, AND they make sure to run the brush over the back of my vehicle before sending it through. That extra step makes a HUGE difference. So many car washes skip this step and your car comes out dirty on the back. Also, this car wash doesn’t seem to cause any swirl marks on my cars either and I’m running it through once a week. Keep up the good work!

It was a free ultimate wash for me (which is regularly priced at $20). I could not be happier! The location is great. No line. The guys helped me out with the instructions. The wash was thorough and quick. The best part were vacuum stations: there are two by each side which makes it super convenient and efficient if there are two people cleaning. Also, we loved the mat placements by vacuums, really cool! Definitely 5 stars.
