Great place was trying to clean a car for a friend who must of smoked a carton a day in the car with the windows up it was disgusting. I cleaned it four times could no get rid of the smoke or get rid of all the stains. ALEXANDERS DID AN AQESOME JOB.. I have a second car there now.

For those of you that "supposedly" had a great experience at this place... well...it must've been your luck day! I personally think these 5 star reviews are phony, probably paid for by the "professional management" is my guess because professional he is not! Having teenagers work "under the table", and then giving them a hard time to pay them when you let them go the very next day because they supposedly "don't know what they're doing" after spending a WHOLE day on a vehicle that you could see a reflection of the wash bay in, telling them they did EVERYTHING wrong but not showing them what you thought was wrong with it so they could fix it, but then again there probably wasn't anything that was, you just didn't want to pay them for it, avoiding phone calls to not pay someone for their valuable time and make them wait 2 weeks for it! Not ethical...Sir you should be ashamed of yourself! People in the car business know of you...and let's just say their words are NOT "it's nice to know you" You should probably treat your employees better, maybe they will respect you if you do.

Dropped of my son's 2003 ford explorer for an interior detailing. Let me just say I removed "tons" of trash before even dropping it off and it was desperately in need of shampooing and cleaning. My husband refused to even sit in it for the ride over to drop it off. They did a fantastic job...very nice employees and I could not believe how thorough they were. They did not miss a spot and I am so happy I made the decision to bring it there. I would highly recommend it for anyone in need!!

Rich did a great job on my Honda Pilot both inside and outside. Interior leather was treated well, vacuumed and cleaned. Most of the minor scratches outside went away post detail. It smells new again and I highly recommend Rich and his team for any auto detailing needs.

Today I came in for my first day and had to walk out I get their and he said your working on a van today and I was like ok so I get started he told me what to use then just disappeared and went to his office with a cigarette in his hands in the office watching Facebook videos so I asked him where is all the stuff did not show me the place at all did not Introduce me to his employees then randomly just got in his car and left did not say anything Don’t get your car Detailed here they will scratch your paint they use stiff brushes to do exterior I highly recommend to never go here it is not a great place at all and a waist of my time. Terrible management.

Last month I had a knee replacement surgery the vehicle I have is a Chrysler 300 it's too low to the ground and it's hard for me to get in and out of. My sweet husband bought me a used SUV /CROSSOVER. It's a very nice vehicle the only problem was, the previous owner was a smoker the car smelled like an ashtray. I Google Alexander's detailing all the reviews had five stars. I took my vehicle there and the owner his name is Richie very nice guy, I asked him if he can do everything that he can to bring the car to smell and even look like you new. People trust me when I tell you this when you want your vehicle to come back to" New" bring it to Alexander's detailing. Thank you Richie !! I also like to thank to the person who took care of my vehicle I am very happy with it !!
