This was the first time I was there. After the wash, my car felt scratchy. They said they would wash it again free of charge which they did. Turned out the problem had nothing to do with the car wash. I appreciate them trying to help me . I would definitely go back there .

Great wash. As for the drying, it's the same as any other spot. It's not the best, but I keep a dying towel in my car to dry it off. I will go back it's the better location in Salem, nh.

Customer service is top notch! I purchased a pack of car washes a couple of weeks ago which was a promotional deal - buy 3, get 1 free. I was supposed to receive a gift card with the remaining 3 washes on it but the card was never dispensed from the machine. I then called the customer service number and spoke to someone right away who was very helpful. A few days later, I received a gift card in the mail with 4 washes on it! Talk about making it right. My car always looks great too. This is my go-to place!

This place always has good service good equipment. They have a great deal where if you buy a car wash or offered a second one for 50% off. This is why I usually come here. As with any car wash I've ever been to it never cleans the rims quite well you're better off spraying some cleaner on your rims right before going in

I’ve been to this car wash now probably four times at each time. I’ve been quite happy with the service. I used the touchless wash as it’s a new car and I didn’t want to risk any paint damage. I’m sure the other version of the wash doesn’t even better job but for a touchless wash I’m quite happy with the results. I purchased the packs of multiple washes in the app and it works out cheaper.

As far as smaller, self service, automatic car washes go, this place is great. I go here often because the vacuums are the best around. The nozzle they use on the vacuums is really good for getting any space in the car and the suction is excellent. Nothing is ever broken, there is always plenty of space, there is never a line. And my car always leaves there looking and feeling excellent. I rarely give 5-stars but this place deserves it. The owner does an excellent job taking care of it and making sure that everything is clean and in good working order. Cheers.

If i could leave 0 stars i would,awful place will never go here again. Machines left scratches all along my trunk my side panels and even ripped off paint from the front of my car, went to an auto body shop where they agreed that it’s 100% from the car wash. My car sustained over $1,000 in damage which i’m now going to be stuck paying cause i called the owner and he refused to give me his insurance unless i sent pictures of my car to his email. when i went to send the email found out he gave me a fake email. Super unprofessional and very unhappy with the service and my brand new car is now very damaged.

I've always used their touch-free wash and it has done a great job. My cars are ceramic coated and the grime comes right off. The wash packages are a great value. Had an issue one time with the self service kiosk, but quickly resolved by a friendly staff member. Would recommend high tide!

Update: I’m editing the review to 5 Star simply due to the immediate action the team took to try and resolve my initial review. Immediately replied and reached out. Offered a refund. They are very proud of their reputation. That alone is impressive and worth 5 Stars. I just happen to be one of those folks who don’t like to take freebies, etc. I didn’t have as much success as some of the others. The great: vacuums are powerful and last a while. Vending is reasonable. $1.50 for the armor all. Not so great. Windshield and tailgate left with dirt haze. See pic. Not good on a $17 wash.
