Everything about this place has fallen off over the years. I was coming here since at least 2006 when they were called Speedys. But recently, they are adding bogus charges for oil changes and the carwash is no longer automatic. They make you sit in the car and drive slowly through the machine. The worst part: the free car wash after getting an oil change has to be done at another car wash they own, on the opposite side of town. I'm officially done with Kings.

Very poorly ran place. Rude staff. Extremely long wait. 15.99 for a basic car wash while down the street they’re is a place for a 3rd of the price with better service. I’m never coming here again!

The worst customer service ever. Refuses to pick up the phone when you call and then when they do, rush you off the phone and hangs up before questions are answered. It’s ONLY one number posted but I needed to speak to mechanic, told me “this the car wash number” then hung up. SMH

Good place for a quick oil change but not much more.. Just be prepared to be told about other services you might need. Tried to convince me to let them fix a small oil leak for $600 that I had fixed for $100 by my mechanic.

I’ve Been Coming To This Place For Years, However After Today That Will Be Changing. For The Past 4-5 Oil Changes I’ve Been Purchasing My Own Oil & Filter. Today, I Noticed That Another Product Was Being Put Into The Car That Wasn't The Original Oil I Purchased. I Simply Asked What Was The Other Liquid That Was Poured Into The Car, I Was Told It Was Washer Fluid , But Was Also Accused of Saying They Didn’t Use The Oil That I Purchased. So Because I Questioned What Was Being Put Into My Car, I Was Punished Because He Then Took Away My Voucher For A Free Car Wash Because Although I Got An Oil Change , I Don’t Qualify Because I Bought My Own Oil .. Which NEVER Happened Before , So Why Are You Really Mad Sir ?

Garbage car wash. Bought the 45 dollar service didn’t mind the wait but they lost my weather tech floor mat for my front passenger and said that I never had it. If you know weather tech there very expensive and now they lost my business never going there again. Didn’t even want to take any of the blame and kept saying I only had what was in the car. Stay away from this place

These people are thieves, l payed for my wash with my debit card. A few days later I noticed that they had continued to charge my card for the next few days. Once for $70 once for $40 and once for $30. Do not go hear save yourself the headache and the wash was trash.

My windows were done poorly leaving big streaks front/back. I watched the worker on tire detail half do his job. I will not be going back because this the third time feeling cheated from this car wash.

I've been looking for a place to wash my car for a while. I was a bit hesitant to go to this location to wash my car.. but I do not like to judge a book by its over before I do anything.. so I figured let me give them a try and see if I like this place, since it was close and right around the corner from me.. I went to wash and I was not satisfied with the way my car was washed.. i was very displease with the overall appearance of this car wash.. yikes

I dont like that if you pay with a card its more. Than if you pay with cash. I had amoreall treatment for my tires and they were dull. My windows were not clean. I thought it was new management but service still the same service. I had to show the workers that the back of the truck was still dirty. Never receive excellent service.

I used to go to this place religiously however the quality of their services have fallen off over the last year. At the car wash, they do not even get up on the ramps to wash the top of your van/truck anymore. That's a huge turn off for me and shows degrading quality of service considering that their prices are not very competitive with other car wash services in the area. The reason why they get two stars from me is because of their oil change service. I've not had any issues there and am satisfied with their prices for oil changes and general car services on that side of the business.

Terrible all the way around shortly after going here I started to receive fraudulent purchases on 2 of my debit cards that were in the car. After the car wash the car didn’t seem clean just greasy and grimy would not recommend.

I'm a regular at this car wash and I have watched their quality of service decline. I'm so disappointed with the service I received today. My car was washed and detailed anyhow. The staff was doing their job anyhow with attitude and lack of pride in their performance. And when I complained to the supervisor he told me pay more money on top of my super wash I paid for. Production and Sales is more important than customer satisfaction. I'm never going there again. Can somebody please recommend a car wash for me please I'll give them a try because this facility is no longer satisfactory. 😡😩☹

Very bad service they just "clean" my suv for $23 and it's worst inside and doesn't clean the top my roof style always durty and they mixte oil changed with sire for the tires

I want to give you guys a four and a half stars wash my car today it's beautiful so stuff a few minor details needed to be fixed but that's because I'm a perfectionist. The manager or owner very friendly and definitely make sure that his crew takes good care of my car he even rubbed out some scratches that I had on my bumper.
