Used to be my go to gas station until about a month ago. I went and asked for a $15 worth of gas cash and the guy said ok and begin to fill my tank. Time goes by so I look out my window to see how far along the pump is. I notice it was around $30!!!! I say aye and the guy comes hurrying to stop the pump and starts shaking his head. He then proceeds to my window and Im like you didnt hear when I said $15 and said he did but put in $150. So he wanted me to pay the extra money even though it was his mistake. I said this all I have or else I would have asked for more. Then he asked if I had a credit card and again I said no. So then he tells me to do him a favor since he was doing me one and to not return there again or he would call the cops on me if he sees me there again. I never been so disappointed since I have been going there for years and also felt welcomed and safe. You can not make a mistake and ask someone to pay for it and then threaten to call police. I will not be returning to this location of BP again.

The prices are great! My only complaint would be that they are the only gas station I know that turns business away during a shift change. They are unaware of when the next cashier will be in. I have never seen a gas station function this way....ever.

Even though it's quite expensive. I must admit, it's some of the best gas out here. I feel like my car loves it. The staff can be a little more friendly.

Broke my gas cap to where there’s a hole in my car and can see the ground through that hole. . He didn’t even tell me until I looked in the rear view mirror. Tall young guy with curly hair on top. I’m just over this place

I paid for $30.00 worth of gas and they gave me no gas. They wanted to rerun/recharge my card again, said something is wrong with my gauge everything but give me a refund. I ended up having to go to shell on Dodd Street. They are ciphering gas at the B.P on Main Street and taking advantage of our community. Long story short instead of them providing some form of customer service and accommodating me they choose to call the police on me. I am disgusted by this staff and business and their questionable business practices. I am adding the receipts 🧾 to show proof of purchase of two gas stations today. The gas is also very expensive at the B.P on Main Street and does not last long anyway.

Real mess . Gas employees are never there to do there job. The manager has to come outside to pump gas while the gas attendant sitting inside watching is phone. The young Asians or Nepalese are doing there job while the African guy "rude and bossy" decides who he wants to serve the gas. Rude and disrespectful.Don't be friendly with them, next time you will have to get out of your car and beg them to serve you the gas. I spent 30min there for gas . Asking someone to move his car after he has done at the pump the while they watching and do not care !!!! The black African guy was rude couldn't even asked him to move and being so direspectfull . pfffff!!!

Absolutely unprofessional. I pull car up to the pump and wait almost 10 minutes for the attendant to finish pairing his phone to his Bluetooth speaker and proceed to play the loudest my inappropriate music I have ever heard. I didn't get a hello or even a have a nice day upon leaving. The whole place is a nightmare and all of the pumps are never open which causes there to be a line Every single time I go or pass by this place. Terrible.

With a net worth of 95+ billion dollars it is a shame that this BP gaz station have a huge pothole that hits your car as soon as you get into the gas station and there is no way to avoid it or go around. It is a huge pothole!!!!and has been for months that must be addressed ASAP. Maintenance is much needed!!!!!! We are coming for GAZ not to have our car damage!!!

This is where I get my gas. I wish they would correct their hrs. I went there with the last bit of gas and they are completely closed and shut down. They are not even 24-7 to begin with but are open late. Had to go to another BP that also had wrong hrs.

This is a 24hr gas station and convenience store. It will get you out of most emergency needs. Milk, water, toilet paper, wraps, cigarettes, butter roll, banana, etc.

This BP was bought out by Asians. Not a problem but the way they run it IS! It's always chaotic at peek times. They don't guide the cars and traffic like the others used to. The attendants are always busy talking amongst themselves and pay very little attention to the cars. People are always getting out the cars or through the cars, reprimanding the attendants because they are talking and don't ask about what gas we want or pull the gas pump when it's done so the customers have to do it. Honestly, it's being run REALLY bad. Wish the old attendants were there again. They were nasty to people sometimes BUT...at least they moved their butts and my gas got pumped as quickly as they could move the cars. (But to be honest, I understood them being nasty and agitated when you have customers that are that way all day long). All in all...I wish there was another BP closer. Really considering just making another gas station in the area my go to, instead of this place. The community shouldn't frequent a place that cares nothing for the community! And it shows in their regard for us. 😞

Always been very nice to me, even when I was only asking for change to put air in my tire, which was a weekly ritual when I had a slow leak and couldn't afford a new tire! They would just smile at me and go right for their change pocket, as soon as they saw me get out the car! Always pleasant and helpful! Now, I go there for eveything, air, gas, vacuum, etc.!

I will never go back to this gas station ever again! My car broke down while pumping gas and they were extremely rude and disrespectful, specially the owner over the phone, yelling at me and telling me that i had to pay rent for having my car parked there waiting for the towing. It was not inconvenient for them since they had one pump already closed before I got stalled and they had many other pumps open. I ended up calling the police to avoid the situation to escalate because it was getting out of hand.

Worst customer service ever and they will destroy your car if you let them. I asked the attendant not to leave my gas tank open if he was not going to put the nossle in as air getting into my tank causes harm to my car during the cold months. The attendent walks away and never comes as if im not an adult and wont pump my own gas. They also have no sense of urgency to service their customers. I miss the old attendants. Once they changed management or owners. They are horrible.

This has nice employees, however management allows people hangout on the premises harassing customers for money. The walk up on my car before I can purchase my gas
