First time I’ve been able to open a “tab” with my debit card to be able to clean my car. No instructions that state after all equipment becomes inactive for 5 or 10 minutes charging stops... but that’s probably the coolest use of technology.. one who carries coins still with the shortage in the country (October 2021) and two no having to refill the quarter machine or worry about burglaries during the night! Overall car wash is clean, taken care of and is self serving for those who need it like me. As an out of townwr I appreciate the service! ****UPDATE**** That hand in this photo belonged to the love of my life Kevin Horton. Kevin left us early in a car accident 02/01/20… You will forever be missed and loved. ❤️

Best car wash in Reno! This is a very clean car wash. Everything is always working and in great condition. The owner is always around making sure everything is going smooth. The only thing that sucks is it is in a somewhat bad area. There is a few homeless people that walk around the streets around the car wash but no one has ever bothered me.

A very well-maintained hand wash car wash. This is not automated car wash. Lots of space for big trucks. I like that the machine takes both cards and coins. There are many options to wash your car. The water pressure, foam brush, and all were great. I think the air dryer can use a more narrow and wide extension, instead of a round head. It’ll make blowing car more affective like a hair dryer with extension. Nice music was playing in the background; they’re good choice of music. The owner is friendly, and I saw her working hard to maintain the property to ensure everything is in good condition. Definitely 5 ⭐️!

Great for washing playa dust off the outside of a rental car. Got it looking like new for $3 and the machine takes credit cards. The vacuums for inside cleaning are not as good, they only take quarters and were wholly ineffective on the dust.

Always love going here. The lady that runs it is super nice and always there working Making it that much better. Even has a dryer to dry the car after a wash. Don't really see that at other car wash. By far the best car wash around town. She has done amazing job restoring the look of this once run down car wash. And if u need a dog wash there is one there as well. Thanks again for all the hard work u put in to keep it clean and ready for the next person.

First and foremost I'd like to state that this is a good review and amazing story when it comes to the service we as customers truly don't experience everywhere. I had an honest accident where I tried mixing payments (coins & credit card) which caused the wash system to start and stop immediately. I lost my coins but my card had the money returned almost instantly. From this point I looked at the signage to find the customer service number. The customer service line offers the option to call, or for those who prefer, the option to send a text message and I opted for the ladder. I was shocked when I received a phone call back within 5 minutes of sending my message. Now here comes the best part! When I say the lady who called on behalf of the car wash provided me with beyond exceptional customer service, let's just say that my description does not convey the level of magnificence and effort given by this kind hearted and caring employee. Not only was she very warm and welcoming over the phone, she maintained a perfect professional demeanor without the sacrifice of understanding and providing a solution. I literally was given a free car wash for my suburban (which takes 2 washes) on top of which, when I just mentioned I had a second large vehicle, she was so kind as to offer a free wash for my second vehicle! That's literally unheard of! Not only are we talking about a simple car wash, the washes provided we The Works! I'm still blown away by how much this company and it's representatives truly will go the extra mile for us as customers. I sadly never got the lady's name that helped me even though she personally was present to assist me with access to my free wash. In conclusion, if I could give an accurate rating, I'd say this car wash is one in a billion!! Hands down the highest tier of customer service probably in the entire world. Genuinely this is an amazing place!!!

What’s NOT to love about this 24 hour car wash?? The vacuums suck harder than any other ones in town, the water is hot and soapy, the Unicorn Puke (pretty colored foam that smells like FruitLoops) is fun and you can even wash your dog!! Thanks, Pat. You’ve done wonders for Keystone.

I consider myself to be a expert in Self-Serve Car Washes. First, I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker, and I've sold hundreds of these businesses throughout my 50-Year Career. Beyond that, I personally use these types of Car Washes to clean my Tesla Model X, almost every week 😊 People often ask me how old my car is because they think it's brand new, but in fact it's 9 years old 😂 This is why I say I'm an "Expert" when it comes to Self-Serve Car Wash Facilities. Today, I visited a location in Reno, NV that I've never visited before. Keystone Car Wash absolutely blew me away! It's by far the Cleanest and Best Maintained Self-Serve Car Wash I've ever experienced in my entire career as a Real Estate Broker! Not to mention that Pat [the Owner] was there, as well! NOTE: I've never personally seen an Owner present at one of these Self-Serve Car Washes, because one of the main attractions in owning this type of business is the absence of employees. But Pat's personal attention and her obvious pride of ownership takes this particular business to an entirely different level. Not only was she present, but she herself was sweeping and keeping the car wash looking sparkly new! I CANNOT RECOMMEND MORE HIGHLY STOPPING BY AND EXPERIENCING WHAT I DID ~ I'M SURE YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Pros: This is my favorite self care wash. Tunes blasting, love the air dryer. The machine doesn’t beep at you every 4 minutes like the Robb Dr wash. Con’s: the pink suds WILL stain your vehicle. The water or nozzles need a filter or cleaning. The pure water rinse left a mineral deposit all over my vehicle. I’m an obsessive car washer and for sure rinsed very well. Owners, I Hope you’ll address this as I like your self wash stations a lot!
