Great customer service! I went to wash my car on a Saturday evening, and the bay I was using was not accepting my quarters. I called the number listed on the sign, and to my surprise, my call was answered. The manager Shelley showed up within 15 minutes to assist me. It turns out another customer had jammed all kinds of incorrect change in the machine, so it would not accept my quarters. She fixed it right away for me and actually thanked me for calling to report the issue. I will definitely be back!

Do not go there! I spent $10.00 just to realize after it dried that there is very clear visible scratches in the brush motion I did all over my car and even my windshield!!!!!

Been going here for years, today was the first time I ran into a snag, I deposited my payment, and when the hose kicked on, the hose burst. Called the number listed, someone was there in what felt like seconds and refunded me! Excellent customer service, and one of the best places to quickly spray down wash your vehicle! I'll be returning for years to come.

I’m so glad I stopped here while visiting from out of town. It’s super clean, reasonably priced, and my car was very clean when I left. My aunt lives nearby and she loves it too.

Been using this place for years and it's been great overall, but recently they added a credit card option in the stalls that charges $10 for every wash even if you only use it for just a few minutes, while the coin op price still says $3 for 3min. So it's very misleading. There are other self serve car washes that provide the option to cut the time short when paying with credit card and charge accordingly, but this location does not provide that option. $10 if you use it for just 2mins to hose off your car. Otherwise it's still a good facility and this is the only reason I give it a low rating.

Great self serve car wash, but the last couple of times Ive been they've been out of soap or tire cleaner. Just water coming out, so not sure if they're having mechanical issues or issues refilling the product on time. Had to wash my car with pre-rinse instead of the soap today in the 2nd to last bay in the back.

Been going here for years and always loved it, they always had very fair prices for a good wash and vacuum. BUT NOT ANYMORE! Their prices are stupid now! Vacuum used to be $2 for 5 minutes, now it's $5 for 3 minutes! I also used to be able to was my car for $10, now for the same wash on the same car is $16. I definitely won't be going here anymore

Usually love this place but last time I went I used my credit card for the vacuum and it charged me $10 for 3 minutes when it says $3 on the machine. Pretty disappointed Edit: Thank you for your response, I had checked it 2 days after but it just updated today! Must've been on the tail end of that 48 hours. Thank you for the clarification, I'm glad I checked again!

I like the presoak, but the pressure on the presoak and soap is terrible. It also took about 25 seconds of the 3 minutes to start dispensing the pre-soak. I also don't like that I can't add time with a credit card ... 3 minutes at a time is all the flexibility you get Edit: went back. Adding more time worked great. Still felt like the pressure on the presoak plus the time spent waiting for the material to come out was too long. The soap had very high pressure this time more so than the rinse. Overall quite happy with the experience and will definitely be my new go to.

This car wash is my go-to when I'm in the Kenmore area! Each bay is maintained regularly and gives a solid amount of water pressure for your wash. They also have vending machines for any of the detailing products you may need, to give your car a good solid cleaning. Larger bays for bigger vehicles, a wet vac and multiple vacuum bays. You can use debit/credit (with a pre-auth hold of $10) or you can exchange bills for quarters on-site. The team does a wonderful job keeping the car wash tidy and efficiently running throughout the day. When I've had any issue in the past, the number listed is a direct line to the management, who gives top-notch customer service and arrives usually within minutes. Highly recommend coming here, especially since washing at established bays is better for the environment, with the necessary equipment to catch any toxic materials before they wash into the waterways. Go check them out!
