I have used this car wash about 10-ish times, and I have had some good experiences. On the good experiences, this wash has a longer, more thorough wash, than it's nearby competitor. The problem is, 3-4 of the times I've been here, the water smells disgusting -- like sewer water. My wife even nicknamed this wash "the poop wash," and she is reluctant to go with me. I'm a little confused why I don't see this mentioned in other reviews, because the smell can be sooo bad. I was willing to look passed the smell, until this morning. This morning was a sewer smell day, but not only was there smell, it left clumps of mud or feces or something on my car. Pics attached. (In case anyone is wondering, there is zero chance this came from my car, which is a brand new 2025 sedan which has never been in mud or off a paved road). This place gets lots of great reviews and is often super busy, so obviously people are happy with it, and I have been at times, but I won't be coming back unfortunately. I hate to leave bad reviews, but felt compelled to share my thoughts.

I had a good experience here, my car came out reasonably clean meaning there was still some dirt like dead bugs around my car but I know you cannot get rid of them with just automatic car wash and there is a detailing area that you can wipe off and complete the job. The owner is around to help you out with what you need. I did not noticed any significant damage or scratches and I just used the best brush option, they have both brush and touchless wash, I did not use touchless as I had heard it can damage your car.

Do not use! Worst car wash around. Not worth the money. Can’t even remove bird poop. The dark picture is when I got home the night of the wash. The other is the next day. I emailed their support and never even got a response.

This place there it's unlimited car washes needs to get a second bay up and open I spent two hours waiting in line this weekend it's ridiculous been here four different times. That was then now it is much better Gabe and his staff offer a nice wash at a great prices with drying rags. They will make you happy if there I'd an issue!!

The lines can get long, the prices are not cheap, and the soft touch can leave things like bird excrement on your car but it’s still slightly better than most other car washes in the area.

The wait here was quite long even though there were only two cars ahead of us in line. The gentlemen working here were really polite and courteous and gave me a free upgrade on my coupon redemption, though. Unfortunately, the bottom quarter of the sides of our minivan didn't get very clean at all. It may have been better if I had time to stop and get the towels to finish the job, but we'd spent way more time than expected waiting so I couldn't do that this time. The colorful detergents were fun for my children to see and the dryer is pretty effective with a whole minute to run your car through.

Only good if your car is already clean. Left with dead insects and dirt still all over my car. Also, chipped both my paint and windshield. The only positive here are the microfiber rags they provide you to wipe down/dry your car with.

I came to try this wash out with the coupon for a free soft brush cycle. The coupon is available to everyone on their website. I went through and afterwards I pulled into the lot to hand dry. I noticed that the top of my car was still layered in grime (picture included). The top of my car was the main reason I came. I went to speak to the attendant, who seems like an older teenager or maybe he’s in his 20’s. He referred me to the owner, Gabriel, an older gentleman. Gabriel went above and beyond. He explained to me that this amount of grime on the top of the car requires a pretreatment and a touchless wash, since the chemicals are stronger than with a soft brush cycle. He encouraged me to reach out to him in the future, before going into the wash, if I had a particular concern, so he could suggest the most effective cleaning approach. He then arranged for me to get a touchless wash for free. While I was waiting in line for the touchless wash, he applied the pretreatment to the roof of my car (picture included). I also noticed that the attendant was going around offering free water bottles to everyone waiting in line (picture included). One of the other customs in line mentioned this was a very kind service to offer and Gabriel started talking about the importance of water and how making sure everyone at the wash has access to water while they’re here is a part of his practice of his faith. Listening to him speak about his values and how he tries to run his company to be in line with them, I thought Gabriel seemed like an incredible person with a huge heart. I made sure to tip him, and he made sure that I knew it wasn’t required at all but of course it was appreciated. After I got out the second time, the roof of my car looked so much better (picture included)! I would definitely come back and recommend this business to others.

My first time through a car wash! The most basic wash level didn’t quite get all the stubborn, dusty sap off the roof, so I made use of the complimentary towels and spray bottles afterwards. Then one of the friendly employees came over to check on me and offered to scrub the roof with tougher equipment himself! He sent me back through the car wash (no extra charge) to rinse off the residue and that did the trick! My car and I are happy customers. If you have a tricky mess to clean off, ask an employee for advice/help. 🙏🚙🫧

Update August '23: second stall has been reliable for a while, but something changed and the place has stunk lately... Not sure if the soap changed or something needs to be cleaned, but it's not great... Update: it's still 4 stars because the unlimited plan is cheap, but I've had it happen multiple times where something (soap, wax, etc) doesn't come out or partially comes out AND the left stall drips water in the already meager drying section. Update: second stall is working again (for now). Wait times are a little better because of that. Get ready to wait... If you can, I'd come in the middle of the night since it's 24/7 (which is a nice convenience). Any time I come during the day it's usually a 15-45 minute wait since one stall has been broken all but one time. Pricing is decent and the subscription is a great deal. Soft brush is necessary if your car is actually dirty (only available on the left stall). Touchless is good if you regularly visit or your car isn't very dirty.

I swing by this car wash about once a month or so for the past 2 years. I just get the cheap wash and it does what I need to do. I think they changed the timer settings or something recently because the rinse is not as thorough as it used to be. There’s literally soap dripping from my car as I’m driving away. Kinda disappointed.

Went in not expecting my car to come out completely clean of all the bird crap that it was covered in. When I arrived I was met by an attendant that warned about the severity and then went above and beyond and grabbed extra soap to pre soak the car in. Unbelievably the car came out great! That extra bit of service is what will make this my new car wash going forward.

We chose the BEST car wash - cost nearly $20 and it was NOT the best. Not sure what happened but it simply did not clean the car. Bummed.
