Do NOT come here. I went to the self serve and just did the spray. It was 3 minutes and there's a $25 charge on my card!! Of course it doesn't say how much it costs but I figured no more than $5 like everywhere else. What a scam. I feel cheated and completely ripped off. Update - In response to Jeff - yes I checked my bank and see that the $20 hold has been released and $5 is the total amount charged. $5 is about what I expected. It's still a lot for 3 minutes of water but okay. That's cool. However, you really should have signs posted that clearly outline what you will be charged and that you will get a preauthorized hold on your account for $25. I'm updating my review to be fair. 3 stars is still a little high due to the total lack of transparency regarding these transactions. Nevertheless thank you Jeff for the response.

It did OK, but it could have cleaned it a bit better. It seemed to quick. I had just washed my car at home a few days before and drove over mountain pass. It just wasn't really clean like I thought it would be. Abd the vacuum was clogged or something. It didn't do a good job at all.

I had an issue here that was resolved in a timely and professional manner. I used the self wash bay and there were no instructions on how to stop the time running if you pay with card. (Note, you have to press stop button and THEN press the other lit up stop button near the card reader). I emailed the owner and he got back to me next day and we came to an agreed resolution. He looked at my account history, found out how much I was overcharged, and gave me a little more back in coins for the car wash. Owner seems to be a good guy.

I used their automatic car wash not much useful. I had a Portland trip over the last week and car was little bit dirty. The their automatic high power wash did not clean it completely. I’m a bit disappointed and not coming back again.

I pulled in to the oil change station and the young man couldn’t take my car out of park. When I pointed to the parking brake button he got hostile and accused me of being drunk. Not only did I leave but I could see him explaining the situation to his supervisor. I have known the ownership family my entire life. I went to school with his daughters and have known the employees inside the retail store my entire life. I am conflicted. Do I call the owner and sit down with him at his house? Or do I never spend my money there again? I am very conflicted.

Do not use credit card at the self service car-wash! I used the self service car wash last week and had to use my credit card as the machine was rejecting the dollar bills. There is no clear mention of the cost of using the self-service car wash and the staff at the gas station told me "it should be $1 for 3 mins". The machine does not give any receipts after you stop the car wash and there is no confirmation of the transaction. I was charged $20 for 7 mins which is almost 10 times more than what I was told. I called the merchant and they pretty much said they have no way to verify my transaction and cannot do anything about it. I hope other people read this and avoid getting scammed!

I recently went through the automatic car wash tunnel and it does a poor job. They charge $10 for a baby beat wash, $13 for a mama bear wash, and $16 for a papa bear wash. I went for the mama bear one thinking it would do the job. These prices are similar to the Brown Bear car wash but the actual wash was terrible in comparison. Even though the gentleman scrubbed my wheels beforehand with a long brush, they were still dirty after the wash. Parts of my trunk and rear bumper were still dirty as well. When I was going through the tunnel, I didn’t see or smell any soap or detergents being sprayed onto the vehicle... it all just looked like plain water. I wish there was a Brown Bear automatic car wash nearby!!

Originally I had posted I felt like I was ripped off with a $25 charge for using just a “high pressure rinse” to clean off a little moss/pine needles off my car for about 3/4 minutes. Papa Bears responded saying that was just a “pre authorized amount, and that I will be reimbursed . Although I don’t particularly like having $25 taken out of my account just to rinse my car off,….I do appreciate them responding and letting me know I will eventually get most of that back. So if you just want to do a quick rinse off on your car of moss/pine needles,….I would recommend just using quarters.

I don't like the fact you have to go inside the Shell gas station to pay for the car wash and then drive over to the car wash. Why not put a register at the car wash itself like the majority or your competitors? And there is no sign telling you what your paying for. I walked in and the guy was like...$10, $13 or I think $16. He said it so fast that I said how much for the middle one? $13 and some change. I paid but have no idea what I paid for. The guy at the wash was nice. That's why I gave 2 stars and not 1. I won't be back

The hose line to the wash wand broke my back wing window. I suggest a foam wrap to correct this issue. All wash places have this issue. Pipe insulation would probably work. Good luck.

It's just okay, which is all you can really expect from a drive-thru car wash. There's a nice gentlemen who does a pre-wash by brushing some soapy water on your car and wheels, but still it isn't enough to get your car fully clean. If you have a clean car and then go through this car wash two weeks later, it'll probably seem like a really good car wash. But if it has been a while since you've washed your car, do not expect this car wash to get it squeaky clean.

This has become my go to place for getting a fast, low-cost, but still good, car wash. Its price and convenience has allowed me to keep our two cars (sports sedan & minivan) clean every 2-4 weeks. If ownership is listening and interested in customer feedback, I would ask them to add 30-60 more seconds to the dryer time, so we're not always driving away with only partially dry rides. That would certainly move me and the review to 5 stars.

Went yesterday to wash my motorcycle. Just a quick high pressure soap wash and rinse. I was only there for 7mins. Check my credit card statement and I was charged $25. The self service system is too old and doesn’t show how much is being charged. I didn’t even know the transaction went through until the water started spraying by itself.

!!! AVOID at any cost!!! Car is not cleaned at all after their wash.. most of the dirt is still left. Vaccum has very lower power (worse than your home vaccum) Total waste of time and money

I only come to this area from Thurston County only for my military drill, but despite the little I’ve been here, the Touchless car wash has given me and my car no issues. The wash itself makes my car clean as machinely possible, tho I admit that the prices after tax is a bit much($17 after tax for the top wash). I will say that the card reader screen is hard to read cause the plastic cover is faded. But I DO appreciate the tap to pay, Apple Pay, n Google Pay

Tried their new touchless car wash and selected the ultimate wash ($17) to wash my SUV after a road trip. The touch less wash did a mediocre job it left bugs and dirt stuck to car body requiring me to manually hose those off later at home. I expected it to do a better job for the price paid. I recommend using this wash only if you have light dirt to get washed off.

Terrible. I paid $17 for their premium wash. My car is still covered in soap and isn’t dry at all. A strong rain storm would have done a better job. Vacuums cost extra, have very little suction, and are on a timer.
