Overall, it's alright. Paid 39.99 service, the car is clean but it's like they did 50% of the effort. They spent more time cleaning the front more while leaving the back almost the same like before I gave them the car (the back seats have the same dirty spots even after the car is cleaned). They're very fast tho, so I'll give them a point for that, anyone who needs last minute wash, they're a good choice. Would give them a 3.5/5 stars

Probably the best experience I've had at a car wash and that is because of Rasim and whoever the man was that washed my car. My car had hard water stains from a pipe that leaked in my building's garage and Rasim was very kind about helping me with this. My mom told me to come here because she said K&R always does a good job and they're very nice. It's really nice to be treated well and get the services you need done well too! They truly care and it makes such a difference. This will be my go-to spot for the desert.

They do a great job! My car looked brand new after they were done. The only thing stopping me from giving five stars is that whatever they used to clean the interior was very greasy/oily. My steering wheel was left super shiny, and “leather” wrapped steering wheels must be mat, not glossy, and smooth. I’d still be back for an exterior clean, though!

They charged me $50.00 for a regular wash which usually costs $15.00 and they really didn’t even do that decent of a job. I was vacationing with the family so I paid without question at that time, but $50.00 dollars for a $15.00 dollar service, what a ripoff.

Awesome place for a great car wash. I was a little confused at first about the whole process. Not sure where to park and who to see about getting my car washed. The gentleman came up to my car and helped me out. Told me leave my car where its sitting at and they will take care of it from here. The service was fast and the employees were friendly and helpful. My car was done in no time and they did a really good job . I was quite pleased overall and plan to be a regular there. Awww waz

The car was still so dirty, tires streaked, windows were the same way I brought them in, for 44.99 I want to see some effort. My carpets were not washed like it says they would be it looked like it wasnt even vacuumed.

Employees bad faces especially the lady from inside of the car wash store. the owner sometimes speaks kind of hostile or upset I don't know why and the vacuums are not strong. I'm been there many times, I'm not speaking of my first time there.

If you have ever done a drive from California to Texas and back you would understand the sheer number of bugs that wind up all over your car. It's in the hundreds. I went to K&R for the first time today after being won over by their fabulous online reviews. They did not disappoint. I thought for certain like every other car wash my SUV would only receive a lick and a promise despite expressing my concerns from the beginning. Not only were the staff professional and friendly but the lovely young woman working inside went above and beyond helping to measure my wiper blades for replacement. When my car was completed I walked outside to give it a go around. Wow! They put some definite elbow grease into this one inside and out. I thought for sure I would have to research where I could get a detail & pay quite a bit more more next week. Glad to say I couldn't have been more wrong. Hands down best car wash I have ever been to. Not only will I continue to go back time and time again but I will be telling all of my friends they need to make the switch to K&R as well! Thank you for all your hard work. My vehicle looks brand new again!!!

As someone that recently moved into the area, sometimes it was a bit more convenient to get a car wash. However, I was tired of going to the duck wash I see everywhere here in Indio. After paying somewhere between 12 and $20 per wash, I found K and R. Not only is a single wash $10, but they also provide detailing services and more importantly, they have a place where you could wash your dog while your car is getting washed. Never have I ever been so happy to do both those things in one location. Overall, it’s a little places like this that truly make me feel comfortable, cared about, and that there’s still establishments that truly offer great service and care about it what they do. If you’re looking for a car wash, I would stop looking and just head to KandR.
