OK so this place is a car and pet wash. Very clean either Manger, on site, to assist and answer questions. Wash and vacuumed our vehicle with no problem. Will bring pouch back for a much needed bath. They ever have aprons you can wear.

Owner extremely rude. My buddy with his dog and me with mine showed up and planned to use both baths to wash them and the owner said no you're not it's a busy day so you won't hold both up. Haha first come first serve is what i replied. The whole time not a single person showed up while we were there. I recommend going somewhere else.

We are traveling through and our dogs were so dirty from camping. The doggie wash is just what we needed. I would give it a five star except for the bill it can run up in a hurry. We get no receipt. It is on a timer. You get 8 minutes for $8. The timer keeps running while the water is off and you are soaping up the dog. And that can take a while!! The timer should only be running when you are using the water. Towels are extra if you don’t have your own.

Such a kind and courteous operator he made a point to greet me and help me with the dog wash. which was very cool with the exception of the blow-dryer it needs to be pointed so that it blows more water off of my dog, other than that love the place. I have used k9 dog wash a few times but have found one I like better in town. the one I like to use had a long line so I came to the k9 dog wash with two dogs and my bf so we could wash them at the same time. When we entered we were greated by the usually guy that is there overseeing things/ cleaning up. He usually over explains and makes me uncomfortable. He told us we could not use both baths because someone els may come and use them. Nobody came it was just us. Very inconvenient and controlling.

*DO NOT GO HERE!!* The dude that works there came in being super rude to me and my husband saying we can only use one cleaning table at a time (we have two dogs)and we could only use the one closest to where we were parked. Then proceeded to say he has “15 people coming today so we needed to hurry up”no one was there but me and my husband .We ended leaving because of his piss poor attitude. Don’t go there unless you want to be harassed by Ebenezer Scrooge.

Absolutely horrible experience! Showed up at 4:20 (the place doesn’t close until 5 and my wife and I were hoping to get in and out quickly)to wash my two dogs and the guy that worked there told us we were only allowed to use one bay because he didn’t want to clean the other bay. Apparently he is too lazy to do the job he is being paid for. And then the employee proceeded to argue with me and harass us to make sure we did not use the other bay by loitering and lurking about. What would he have done to different people came in with dogs? Told the other to wait. Having an employee like this would make me be ashamed to be the owner of this business. I would never allow people who worked for me treat my customers like this. I have been coming here for years but as of now I will never return or recommend K-9 Kar Wash! 0 out of 10 just because of the people who work there.

Man I love using this facility! It’s always clean, the attention that you get from the attendant is amazing too. He gave me great instructions to use the facility- he offered me a beverage - and after it was all said and done he even offered to wash my car to say thank you for coming in. Owner was present, friendly & walked me through how to use the dog wash. They have aprons there for you to use, the dog wash station is built to hip height so you dont have to bend over, the water is warm and they dryer is also warm air after a minute. I would suggest bringing a dog towel to finish drying as the dryer is not super strong. Owner came out to check on me mid-wash to make sure it was all going okay.

First time and last time here. Just like others, the older gentleman wouldn't allow us to use both dog washing bays. I told him we have two dogs and two people to wash the dogs, he said nope, he didn't want to clean them both when we were done. So I left and went to another place. Why not just close one of them? I won't come here to clean my car or dogs because of this experience. There are plenty of other places in the area.

What a great spot to pamper my dog! This is a thoughtful add on to a carwash! Great idea! The owner was super kind, explained the hot water and showed me the aprons! This place was so clean and efficient, I felt pampered as well not having to bend down to a bathtub to wash my pup! I'll definitely come again with Nudel, and the park nearby was convenient to let her run off the zoomies in the sun! Thanks again!

Phenomenal Car wash! This place has a self wash area for you to wash the car yourself or a mini automatic one. I highly recommend the self wash, there's coin slots to buy you time, or you can swipe your card on a machine and it will "time you" and however long you take to wash your car is the final bill which is very fair and reasonable. There's pleasant music that plays in the back while you wash your car. There are also vacuums here as well. I highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Older man barked at me after I just pulled up and proceeded to get quarters. Very unwelcoming. Left and went across to Mach 1 car wash, cleaned my car hassle free. No wonder this place empty and Mach 1 busy.

Worst place ever!!! The older man that either works there or owns this establishment is rude and very disrespectful. There are FAR more friendly and clean facilities in GJ that offer “do it yourself” dog wash options to help take care of our fur babies (Chow Down or Tractor Supply) I will not be back.
