After paying the washing flaps ran back and forward with no water. I paid $8 for it to rinse my car. And it was over. I was displeased

Lost $8 in a wash bay at Hollywood and James 3 weeks ago. No sign or otherwise saying the bay was not working. Called numbers on website and they were disconnected.

Went through the drive thru wash, paid my 8$ and as we were pulling thru water sprayed from a busted pipe, and when the brushes were spinning on the car no water/soap was spraying. We just pulled out mid "wash"

I just left this same car wash. I lost $6 in the bay. A blue car was behind me. They paid $8 in cash and it was working when I left. I charged the $6 on my visa and rollers move around my car but no water. This was approximately at 11:57. There is no phone number to report and when I looked up the number , it was disconnected. I’m going to find the owners or wait until opening time to see a site worker. I have lost a few bucks before this but now this is getting awful.

The first doll I stopped at set 2/4 and gave me no credits and no quarters back. It breaks my heart when things like that happen because it's a good car washing spot but only when it works
