This car wash is awesome! There's a prep station to use a wet brush before the automatic ride through with free vacuum. Discount Tuesdays are my favorite days using the automatic. The place is clean, the staff are pleasant, and the manager/owner is on site if there are any problems. I really like that they're efficient. I thought it was going to take forever with the long line, but the staff worked together and got the automatic line running pretty smoothly. Environment is cool, no loud music allowed, come get your car cleaned and leave satisfied.

Great car wash if you're in a hurry. There's never a wait. The vacuum is free to use. There's a station with a scrubber brush for you to pre srub any difficult dirty areas before entering the wash. I've been washing my car here for the last 4 years.

Love this place way better than our previous car wash. The prewash bins before the actual wash is a great option. I also love the compressed air guns in the vacuum area, so very helpful This place is always clean and immaculate and the staff is over the top helpful and friendly. Also found out they go one step ahead and have a air compressor for low tires if you need it. The fact that a carwash goes above and beyond to fully cover all their customers needs impressed me very much and will continue going there.

I go there at least once a week, and it's the best place I have taken my car to get washed. They have a free tire wash when you first pull in, then you pull into the multi optional drive through for the actual full car wash; then finally you pull to the many free vacuums where they have all kinds of deodorizing items for you vehicle. Best place in town to get your car washed.

I love going here to get my vehicles wash!! The drive through car wash does a great job with washing your vehicle. The staff is very friendly. The boss there is about her business! The things I love the most are: NO LOUD music and they keep it very clean!! One bad thing though, the blowers don't dry your car off all the way😩

Went here for a car wash and decided to get the top ultimate pack! My car was very dirty and needed attention! The price is $16 and the results is beautiful! The premium waxing w/ protective coating is so worth it in my eyes! I recommend this selection and ultimately "I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE"🤩 I'm a happy camper!😍😁😍😁😍

Great car wash. I love the air pressure guns they have by the vacuums. Makes it easy to blow the dust and dirt out of all the crevices. They have a place to scrub and rinse rubber floor mats. Cleanest you will ever get your car at a drive thru wash. Been there dozens of times and every employee has been nice and helpful. They have a very diverse staff which let's me know they are good and fair employers. The wall of shame by the payment kiosk is Hilarious. Thank you for providing a safe, clean, and affordable place for the community keep our vehicles shinning.

This is one of the best places That I have ever used to get my car washed. I have been using this place since they opened. They gave the 1st week away for free. They have kept the same employees since they have opened so they must be very good to work for and I'm sure they pay decently. They don't have all of that trash laying around and they keep the parking lot is parking lot very clean. They don't allow riffraff on their parking lot and they do not allow loud music while you're vacuuming your car. Very good and decent we needed something on downman... I give them 5***** 🌟 for reasons. I like the fact that you can go wash your car in silence and you don't have to hear all that different music you just wash vacuum clean your car and go. They keep the parking lot very spotless and you don't see all of that trash laying around.

I've been washing my car there for about 3 years. Staff is courteous and very professional. Using their once a month ACH payment option makes it more economical especially washing my car more than twice a month. I never have to pull out cash or my credit card when I arrive.

I went to Joe dirt car wash 3908 Down man Rd and my experience was not good . i went through the automatic car wash and my passenger side window wiper was broken while going through when i came out i reported this to the owner( who walks around with a gun on his side) he reviewed the footage with me and told me he don,t appreciate me trying to get him to pay for my damage which happened before i came there ,that was very offensive . he refuses to pay for my car . i strongly suggest not to go there it was my first time there and this happens needless to say this could happen to you i felt robbed and disrespected no one should feel what i felt giving someone your business especially for the 1st time i have so many regrets about going there

I love this place! I have been a loyal customer for many years. This location is new, but run by the same owners of the carwash that's located right next door. The staff is friendly! Jennifer (I believe) is amazing! They offer fast and friendly service using premium products. Class A facility! Just be careful when approaching the tracks (rims) that will pull your vehicle through the carwash. 99.9% of the staff does a great job at guiding you forward. The big guy... well... just be sure before you proceed. I would recommend this place to my best of my friends and anyone who "takes pride in their ride". Look at the shine! I recently visited Joe Dirt Car Wash at 3908 Downman Rd, New Orleans, LA 70126, with my Mercedes-Benz for a quick wash.  Typically, I opt for hand washes but decided to try their automatic service. Unfortunately, upon completion, I noticed my vehicle’s emblem was missing. When I addressed this with the owner, he denied any responsibility, suggesting the equipment wasn’t at fault and that replacing the emblem would be inexpensive. He refused to offer any compensation, despite the likelihood of having insurance for such incidents. Due to this experience, I won’t be returning and will advise family and friends to avoid this establishment.

I’ve been coming to this place for a while now, and the owner and staff are always pleasant. Their washers are top-notch and extremely safe — their wash even accommodates cars with wraps. After buying my Corvette, I decided to purchase a monthly plan, and I couldn’t be happier. The rails are low enough for my Vette, and the overall experience is excellent. Highly recommend this place!
