If you want a quick clean better bring your quarters. Machine wont take dollars so you have to use a credit card in exchange for some lousy ass tokens. Costs $2 for not enough time because of the delay on the machines. Brush is lousy. Place looks legit enough but you better bring your patience and willingness to compromise. Bout to pay another $3 to finish. It's got everything you need to detail by hand. But i could have given that to an automatic machine without the aggravation. I got pissed at the hassel and calmed down because they do have everything you need. Gunna cost you though

don’t waste your time here. i’ve been coming here since i could drive and it used to be good. original owner passed on the business to the nitwit child and they’ve done nothing but let this place rot and die. half the wash bays are flooded and/or unusable. only two vacuums run and one of those barely qualifies. they couldn’t pay me to buy this place.

Terrible. Nothing worked. The sprayer leaked everywhere. It took tire cleaner a good minute before it would come out. The brush former did not work. Then I come to the vacuum and the suction is so bad it wouldn't even pick anything up. Never again coming to this place.

Cleared everything out of my SUV to prepare for vacuuming. Inserted a pricey $1.25 into the vac only to discover that the suction wasn't powerful enough to vacuum up anything. So my $1.25 is gone. There is nobody on sight to complain to. My first and last visit. I don't like spending money to not get what I paid for and I don't like that there isn't any customer service. I'm not putting another $1.25 in another machine.

This is the WORST car wash I have ever been to!!! Not only did it take my money in one of the washing stalls, I gave it the benefit of a doubt and went to another stall and ended up spending 8 dollars and still didn’t get to finish washing off the soap off of my car. 2 dollars minimum for 4 minutes and I started to get suspicious at the 6 dollar mark and so I watched the minutes and the seconds were counting down twice as fast as it should of. Never again will I be back here and I will definitely spread the bad word about this place.

There are two Joan's car washes on a main road by my house and both of them always have something wrong in every bay and u will lose 2 minutes of you time waiting for it to change to the next selection. Tokens gotten from the dispenser frequently will not work in the coin slot in each bay then is hard to get out when it passes right through. Also there is never anyone there to address problems patrons have

Went Thursday morning to wash my truck, after putting 8 bucks worth of quarters, the power wash handle was broken... I decided to go again this morning and put 7 bucks of quarters in. Now there wasn't any pressure coming out of the water.. it's been a year that I haven't been here, and I remember why now. 15 bucks wasted for nothing.. This place really needs to be torn down.

The vacuums suction is NOT GOOD. The trash was OVERFLOWING at every station. The quarter machines get stuck when you get more than $1 at a time. Do not recommend until they clean up their act and get it together. The sprayers are all old and worn out too with no grips. DO BETTER.

A year ago it was a pretty good place to wash your car. Now it's not worth your money. Place doesn't keep up with maintenance, no soap or triple shine, on one the water pressure didn't work, on the other coins were jammed in so you can't put quarters in. Tells you that the owner of this place just doesn't care at all or does any maintenance. Don't come here unless you want to waste your money for nothing. Won't come here again.

I have gone here over the years. And the still hasn't managed to fix the hoses for the water and soap brushes, one of the water guns don't even spray high enough pressure and one of the brushes has a torn whole and wasting the soap away, this is last time I'll ever come here, literally throwing quarters away for nothing, ridiculous.

Jeez , this place is a dumpster fire! Vacuum didn’t work after $2 wasted, no soap at all , spotless drying sprayer broken! Come on, I could take better care of this place! Loved the homeless guys walking out of the ditch to rummage through the trash not 2 feet away from me and my open car door. This place has turned to a nasty trashy car wash and the owners should be ashamed and embarrassed, guess you have no pride, such a pity , but you obviously don’t care , I bet your house is just as unkempt and nasty. I hope they get rid of your car wash and build a decent one with owners who take pride in their business !!!! Irving going downhill , be apart of the solution not the problem!

This is my experience. I been here several times. Always the vacuums don’t work. Trying to get change here is a hassle. I tried to use soap brush and it doesn’t work. I used my credit card for service but the machine wouldn’t take it, and then I checked my bank account, there was a 23 dollar transaction. What this place is good for is to steal your money.

No soap in the brush found out after I deposited 5 $1.00 bills. Wash the truck without any soap. Drove back the vacuums, put $1.25 into one and it didn't work and didn't give my money back. Used the vacuum next to it and it barely had any suction. What has happen to this once nice car wash?

THIS IS THE WORST CARWASH I SHOULD’VE BURNED MY $20 INSTEAD. It gives you tokens instead of quarters and FOR WHAT? FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Darn tokens don’t even work! And we I finally got 2, only 2 tokens to drop in the machine it gave me 3 minutes of absolute nothing!!! THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE BRUSH NO POLISH NO WAX NOTHING PURE WATER!!!!! I could’ve rinse my freaking car at home!!!! My goodness I’m livid. IM ANGRY. WORST WORST WORST CARWASH.

This use to be a decent car wash but this past year it’s been basically left to rot. 3 of the 5 stations are unusable, I could spit with more pressure than these hoses.
