Railing slashed my tire. Incompetent staff that wasn't paying attention directed me forward on top of the rail then had me slide off it instead of backing up. The sharp railing slit my tire and chewed up my rim.

Today, I went to this car wash, and a tire was damaged. This happened before with my other vehicle about 2 months ago with the front bumper. I talked with the manager, and he said that they are not responsible for any damages done to the vehicle and gave me a number to file a complaint, but I tried numerous times calling but no one answered. I urgenly suggest everyone avoid this car wash at all cost until they fix their machines.😡😡😡

Horrible vacuum cleaners. No pressure on the vacuum. Always super busy. Never clean towels. Just waiting for the new wash in county club to open so I can cancel my membership.

This place set up a membership program but never made sure it actually worked. Every time I've come here I've had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come help me. The gate is supposed to raise when it scans your badge on your windshield but it NEVER works. $30 a month to wait longer than everyone else, get a wash that's mediocre, and a staff that doesn't want to be there. Oh and if you want to cancel that membership? Be ready to jump through dozens of hoops, bc they make it as hard as possible to cancel

This is the worse car wash I’ve ever been to. Car still be dirty, windows be still dirty, and the vacuums don’t have any suction. They barely suction any thing from the inside of the car. Only good thing is that this car wash have towels. Really need to close this car wash down.

I had a free coupon just to try out the car wash and see if it washes my car any good. I already have a membership with Super Star the guy acted like it was a crime. If it's meant for you to get the membership then state that on the free carwash and don't say it directly to the customer face it's so rude. He told the other car wash entry guy not to give the air scent and window towel right in my face. 😂😂 I will never come back here tell my mom to come here although you have a great family packages. It's straight rude and prejudice behavior.

11/11/25: Today I stopped by for a car wash. I usually get the basic $10 wash. They always try to sell me a monthly subscription, but I already have enough subscriptions. I prefer to just pay as I go, especially since I sometimes get my car washed at the dealership. This time when I asked for the $10 wash, they told me it’s now $12. Just a heads up for anyone who does the same. It seems like they raised the price because a lot of people were choosing the basic wash instead of signing up for the subscription.

I have been coming here for a few years and was not sure how the new management was going to be compared to the old one. But I am glad they have people like Maria, not only is she amazing. She makes it such a delight to come here!!! We wash multiple vehicles in a day through the Carwash and it’s always nice to see her smiling face, greet you with such kindness. Whoever is reading this in management, make sure she doesn’t leave and she is compensated for properly. This is your star employee!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do NOT risk your car at this place. While my car was in the tunnel mid-wash, the entire thing came to an emergency stop because someone in front of me was apparently braking. I wasn’t sure if I hit the guy in front of me or the emergency halt rumbled my car- I couldn’t see through the soap, only brake lights, until I turned on my wipers and saw I was extremely close to the person in front of me.. They came to my window and told me everything was fine, that I hit nobody and they restarted the machine. I saw that my car was damaged (bumper falling off and various scratches and dents) when I exited the tunnel. “Manager” Sam came to look and told me that I “would’ve known” if I’d hit the guy in front of me, and the fact that he drove off should tell me that nothing happened. In regard to the machine possibly damaging my car, he said any damage I sustained was a worsening of “previous damage” to my car, so the car wash is not liable. There was zero previous damage, which I told him repeatedly. Mind you, this was after he unsuccessfully tried to shove my bumper back into place! Save yourself the risk and money and wash your car by hand!! Don’t give these people your business, they will gaslight you if anything happens on their premises. There are other reviews of cars being damaged here and zero responsibility taken by the car wash.
