I just left this location. I had a full service car wash. As they brought my car out, I noticed the antenna was broken. I pointed it out and the guy told me it was fine. He said they "loosened" it so it wouldn't break. After it was dried, I looked closer at it and it was completely broken in half. The girl drying my car went and got the manage. He stood next to me and made a call. He then told me that because the car was a 2015 they were not going be responsible for any thing. I went in there with my car in 1 piece, too bad I didn't leave that way. I'm a senior citizen and am disabled. People are so disappointing some days!

I got the full service wash and my car didn't get full service cleaned I won't be goin back thats a promise horrible work ethic said 15 to 20 minutes and it was actually 5 to 10 😤

The AC in the building does not work very well. The vacuuming is hit or miss and the dry is on but they always streak my windows. The staff is nice, and the price for the monthly plan is pretty good. I know I am paying to have a service completed with my monthly plan, but Mi-T-Fine, you need to invest in paying your employees enough to have pride in their work and you need to reflect the pride in your product by maintaining the minimal like AC, bathrooms, and ceilings. You are convenient so I continue to go and now that the Beltline location has vacuums, I park and get what your employees miss. Businesses PREACH customer service, but you can’t expect employees to be great if you don’t practice EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION AND VALUE.

Just left this location first off the workmen ship here has gone way down hill. Second when they ran my car through the wash it was left in park from the entrance to the exit. I noticed towards the end due to my vehicle damn near coming off the tracks that the tires sit in. My vehicle exited with the front end going side ways. I requested to speak to the manager not about a freebie or extra services but to bring it to his attention. I let him know I had just gotten new tires and I would be taken it to a shop to make sure the tire wear pattern was not affected. He cuts me off before I can finish explaining everything to him and tells me that I’m lying and he doesn’t believe me so I tell him let’s go look at the footage and he states there are no cameras in the bay where the car passes through the wash. (Typical) Then we go speak to the lady that got in my vehicle at the end trying to correct it and pull it out before the car behind it could run into it and she completely lies like we didn’t already speak about it. It’s a shame I’ve been bring my cars here since I could drive. It’s the accountability for me I could care less about a freebie or a free service. honesty and accountability is out the window here. Stay away!

Based on the online reviews I decided to try this place. [Sunday February 02, 2020 @ 10:48 a.m] FYI, I drive a brand new 2020 Chrysler 300s AWD (see pictures) I pulled into the lane for external wash only. There was an old male attendant that spoke to each customer. When it was my turn to proceed, I explained to the above mentioned attendant that I was interested in the simple $8.00 external car wash, since the vehicle is new. The attendant then suggested an upsale option of a "combo wash" for $15.00, which includes a polish, tire dress to shine tires, wheel clean, and a luminaura wax. Despite it being double the cost, I agreed to the "upgrade". I followed the chorus line of vehicles through the automatic car wash, which included several customers that only paid for the $8.00 standard, external wash. After coming out on the other end, I parked behind other vehicles being detailed, expecting to receive the additional treatments that I'd paid for, when a different attendant approached my vehicle, gesturing for me to go. I then explained that I paid for the upgrade, while showing him my receipt (see picture). Without acknowledging the receipt, he repeated that I was done. I then enquired, how was the $15.00 upgrade any different from the $8.00 standard wash that the vehicle directly in front of my vehicle received? The attendant then replied that I had received everything that was on my receipt and insisted that I needed to move. (Keep in mind, that he never looked at the receipt). I asked for a manager, but was told that he wasn't there. My vehicle is still dirty, water spots, bird poo, brake dust, etc. You can't tell that it was just "washed" one minute ago. [All photos taken one minute after leaving this water wasting RIP off.]

Beware of stealing. This was my first time ever coming to a car wash so I apologize for not knowing but I had left $8 in the glove box just the night before which I use to take my sister to her job at the airport and when I came to remember and check, I only had $2 left. I told the cashier lady who then allowed me to speak to the driver but neither one apologized. I told them I wasn’t asking for the money back it was what it was but sadly I wouldn’t be leaving their team a tip. Job-wise they did a really good job which I appreciate. ******************** 7 month Update: I decided to give them a second chance which I regret. I requested both the inside and the outside cleaned again and although I stand by the fairly decent job doing the exterior, the interior is a whole other story. They didn’t do the cup holders and only vacuumed the surface of seats/ floor. I would have saved myself money and just done it myself but I am 35 weeks pregnant with twins and this big-o belly restricts me from bending and maneuvering within a vehicle. Truly disappointed and forced to change my previous 3 stars to a 1. I will not be recommending this place to anyone nor will I be returning.

For 35 bucks I think they do a decent job not a bang for your buck although they didn’t, wipe down my doors, my four front dash looked amazing. Tires were good shine Exterior wash was good. I’m not sure what these other people expect for 35 bucks. Maybe a brand new looking vehicle 😂

I got totally ripped off. I spent $28 on a manager's special and they didn't touch the vent fins on the dash or the inside of the doors or the tires or much of anything. They gave everything such a cursory wipe that it looked worse afterwards than before they started. I could have just spit on my truck and saved the money. I asked to speak to the manager and he came out with an attitude, offered no solutions and basically said it is what it is and tried to sell me a detail service. Not in a million years. Avoid this business.

Horrible experience! What a rude, disrespectful and unprofessional person! I was waiting for a long time for my car to be ready. Never let me know. I asked the person in charge (Jesse) and he told me it was my responsibility to know when my car was ready. Then I told him that I was waiting to let them know that I needed then to clean my tires by hand because they didn't have this red thing that they need to know. And he went crazy!!! Telling me that he was the manager and he will not do it and that I wasn't going to tell him what to do. He kept on and on . I told him to please take my car back and do it again and he told me no! I'm done and I don't want you here because I'm the manager and I have the authority to decide whatever I want. I told him to look the cameras to find out that they made the mistake. He kept on talking disrespectful things and telling to never come back. I told him that he didn't do that with another customer because that customer was tall and strong and he took advantage of me because I am a woman. Obviously the corporation has no clue what he is doing and how.he is behaving . Specially with women that go alone and with men that feel intimated by the way he talks to them. He said he has the power to run that business in his way. Hope someone reads and look at the video to see exactly what happened and put him on his place or at least teach him how to work. But most importantly how to treat people with professionalism not with his lack of respect to women.

I wouldn't recommend this car wash for anyone who really takes care of their vehicles and really knows when damage is done to their car from taking care of it good for years.Jesss the Manager really offended me talking about scratches on my windshield weren't done by their employees and being very smart out the mouth talking about my blades when they're newly purchased. Lady drying my car kept pressing the wiper module and since my car was already dried from them leaving my door open for 15 minutes without being touched by anyone . This place is a scam for not taking responsibility for the damage I received from this car wash location. STAY AWAY

$25.99 for a managers special gets you a mediocre job. You would think paying almost $30 to have your car cleaned they would do a better job than that. Seats weren’t wiped down, interior doors weren’t wiped down. They didn’t clean the cup holders or around the gear shift. You can still see smudges and finger prints around the radio. I’m not sure what the gentleman was doing while sitting in the car. Next time I’ll save my money and do it myself. I expected better than this for the price.

Came here to have a company vehicle detail cleaned. Paid about $30 and still had to wipe the exterior myself to finish the job. My truck was left with visible dirt on the outside and interior. I would have much rather gone to a cheaper service with free vacuums and known service was done well. Feel like I wasted time and money.

Extremely disappointing experience. I paid $32 for a full car wash and the vehicle was returned to me still dirty. The door jambs were not wiped at all, there was no proper vacuuming done, and the overall attention to detail was unacceptable. I had to ask them to redo basic parts of the service that should have been done correctly the first time. Instead of apologizing, the staff responded with a rude and unprofessional attitude. For the price they charge, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality or respectful customer service
