One of the best self service car wash places, it accepts credit cards and it gives you an option to add however much time you want. Normally busy around lunch time and only a handful of stations, so keep that in mind. Good water pressure and soap.

There is one bay that has bad generator or electrical w the pressure wash motor, its the farthest bay from automatic washes (1st one by entrance). Other than that, this is truly a really good self wash, better than any other in irving and even coppell.

Only self service place in the area. It was busy when I was washing my car. Don't know if it was because so many people were using the soap but the soap brush was not foaming up at all.

The auto wash does not get the car clean it misses a lot and there’s trash everywhere. Vacuums are mid at best the suction is lacking.

Tried to use Bay 1 and the car wash stopped after spraying some soapy water on my hood. Paid $13 and got nothing for it. No one there and no number or website to get a refund. I have a dashcam of the wash if needed. Visit was 3/10/2025 at 1:15 pm. Silver Tacoma.

Scammers! I paid $10 in the dog wash station and there was no soap coming out of the hose. I also paid $2 for an apron and gloves and didn’t receive anything from the machine. If the machines are empty they should not be taking peoples money. Im extremely upset.

Well a few of the cycles on the 3rd bay closest to the drive thru wash didn't work, I put money in for the shampooer and vacuum and it didn't work. The foam brush didn't work. I'm pretty much going to have to rewash my car again. Big waste of money. I would not recommend going here.

I’m here this morning. No matter which setting I used no soap came from the car wash. I also bought a towel that got stuck in the machine. $3 lost 🤦🏾♀️ nobody answered the phone. Mailbox full.

Horrible! The credit card reader rarely works and there is only one way in, one way out. Horrible design and scrappy card readers.

Terrible car wash! Place has no damn soap! So I used the brush maybe it would be better also no soap! If you have a car wash at least have soap! Otherwise we are just water washing! Too bad i can't give half a star review!

We used the electric car wash. It has a few options between $6 and $15. It did the job well. Would use again if needed.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews but I went last night and it’s a pretty decent self car wash. All the settings and machines were working well and I love the convenience of it being open 24/7! I’ll most likely be back!

Big scammers! I reported to Texas Attorney General & Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)! On August 1st at 11:12 AM CST, I used the self-service auto car wash at Joan's location on N O'Connor Rd, Irving, TX. I inserted a $20 bill, but only received $6 worth of service. The receipt clearly stated: "A credit of $14 is owed to you. Present this receipt to receive a refund." Since then, I have visited the location multiple times, but no staff has been available to assist. I also sent over 10 voice messages, yet no one has responded or called back. This lack of customer service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I expected a simple refund process, but instead encountered carelessness and complete disregard for customer concerns.

This location has been completely renovated within the past year. You'd think with all it's newness, it would be maintained. Unfortunately, in every occasion I've used their car wash bays (4 visits over 1.5 months), I've yet to be able to apply Triple Foam conditioner as it seems to never be replenished. Look, I understand that's a small detail to some people, but I would expect with the amount of money they've spent to makeover the place they'd at least keep basic fluids maintained. The credit card feature is a definite convenience when you're strapped for cash. You can use your CC in the wash bays and at the vacuums. Also, if you don't want to get drenched in sweat from 2 minutes in the Texas heat manually washing your car, you can drive through Mr. Wizard's Auto Wash bay. The prices for the Mr Wizard range from the basic package @ $6 to the everything package @ $13. Considering the manual bay wash normally costs me about $8, I'd would say it's definitely a pretty good deal. I personally prefer the manual bays and sweating half to death since washing my car is truly the only physical activity I get in the average week. Because of my reluctance to not use the manual bays, I can't account for how well a job Mr Wizard actually does in car cleaning. Other than the lack of fluid replenishment, I'd say overall, this is definitely a place worthy to wash your car..... or pet. They also have a dog wash!

Good place for manual car wash. It has all features like triple shine, rainx, wax and high pressure rinse. To start we need to input $2 which gives 4minutes of time. They accept card, coins and cash. There also a token system at the place. For $5, you get $6 worth of time.
