I got full service at this car wash, this apparently does not include any interior vacuuming or shining up your tires. Their full service is less than the minimal service act most car washes... And when I asked the manager, he was very rude to me... I feel like he should have said something when I got there... this place is ridiculous... dont waste your money...

I have been here several times and always received good service until today. While positioning my car to enter the bay (prior to being on the belt where it would be in neutral), an employee began shouting profanities at me for not driving fast enough toward him and the car in front of me. I was moving as fast as one safely can in that environment, so I don't know what upset him so much. I really wanted to like this place. They clean well, are fast, and are usually friendly. But I'll have to find a different location where I don't need to prepare to fight anyone before leaving the house.

Found out ownership changed recently and now sucks. Was my go to spot but I'd reconsider. After the wash, upon paying, I was told by the rude yelling cashier cash only and the front should've told me - but didn't. Staff changed completely. Rushed drying my car and I had to ask for a towel to do it myself. Coming here use to have a good experience and everyone was nice and happy but everything changed here.

Very fast and efficient detailing. I didn’t have to make an appointment I just showed up. They took me immediately and it took about 2 hours for a full detail and the price was fair. My car is spotless. Will definitely be going back.

When you like your car clean, you notice a lot of “missed” spots when you get carwash. But after a long time today when I got the car wash done it was as perfect as it could be. I was maybe the last person in before they close yet they responded well, took care of me well. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

they always changing management, and doesn’t update their services on website. i bought gift card from website to use in store as there were promotion and when i went to car wash and they say they got new management and they haven’t remove the gift cards from website and they can’t use this. :( also i did platinum car wash $20 package as they charge extra for suv and when i came out of car after wash to go inside the payment cabin i opened my trunk so that way they can vacuum and yet they still didn’t vacuum my trunk. very disappointed.

Went here becuase the reviews were good and I don’t know why I had such a poor experience. Got a silver wash, which included inside and outside wash + vacuum. After they “cleaned” the inside of the car — I had to point out several areas of crumbs near the mats, on my seat and in my cup holders. They didn’t clean the inside of the cup holders or the side of the doors. No attention to detail whatsoever. As I pointed stuff out they cleaned a few things and then told me “it’s not what I paid them to do” as If I didn’t pay them to clean the interior. What type of interior wash wouldn’t include cup holders or wiping down the dash…? I asked for a manager and they refused. They refused to Clean the spots and just let me stand there and ignored my requests for a manager for 10 minutes until I just drove off. Completely disrespectful. Had to clean my own interior to compensate for the spots they missed. Wouldn’t recommend going unless you want a halfway done job.

I've been to car washes in all corners of the country and in between. I found the workers at car washes are some of the most hard-working, friendly people out there. This place is no exception. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and diligent. Best car wash in Jersey City, especially when factoring in the price. My only regret was not tipping more! I will be back.

I recommend this venue for detail, they did a very good job on my MR2 Spyder. Not a 100% spotless job if you are extremely picky but they went the extra mile and cleaned up the engine bay as well so very happy with the service.

Pretty poor. I got an exterior only wash, was charged $2 extra cause I have an SUV. They basically mist the car and then start scrubbing with mitts, rubbing the dirt on the car, and then the automatic part starts. Soap is left on multiple places on the car after they towel dry the car. And they did not touch the roof. This is the second time I've been and same both times.

I delt with a lot of "hand" carwash places and this one is by far my favorite. It's a very quality wash not rushed at all. I brought my S55 AMG hoping to not get scratched by brushes or any other nonsense. They used the wash mits no brushes or brooms just their hands and some wash mits/cloths. They vacuumed everything looked great. Inside where u pay they got a very decent assortment of known fresheners and auto products. Ozium always my choice. Not gonna lie im gonna come back and see if they do detailing so I can get some attention on the interior. Thank u fellas

Decent exterior car wash, but they do not clean your interiors well. There were still food crumbs left over and coffee stains on the dashboard that they failed to get. And when you tell the workers something they don’t seem to be listening.

Miracle workers! Brought my 2019 X3 back from the brink of needing a new paint job with a full service detail. My car spent a ton of time in a covered garage during Covid and I was blown away by the toll it took on my car from drips and leaks in so short a time. Dominic and Joseph are fantastic, and I would highly recommend going here for a quality and thorough detail!

Love it here! There is never a long wait and they do a great job for the price. The guys there are so nice and I look forward to coming in and saying hi whenever I bring my car. My side mirror broke while I was there (not their fault what-soever, I glued it on cheaply and the water just loosened the glue) and they were super apologetic and offered to buy me a new mirror which I declined. They did however get adhesive and help me reglue the mirror on and gave me a card for a free wash!! I've never experienced such accommodating customer service. Since moving to the area, I will literally never go anywhere else!! They do everything I don't have the time or energy to do. I get so excited to come here lol. I even convinved my friend who lives 90 mins away to come up and try it here and he loved the results. Would reccomend to anyone who will listen lmao.
