This was my first time to Jeff’s Car Wash and I was extremely impressed by their customer service! Super grateful to Eugene especially for helping work out some stains on my car that was in desperate need of a wash. I definitely will be back again!

Well I will now not be recommending this business until they fix my car. Took in on 3/8. Came out with multiple scratches. No response from company and even called and left a voicemail this morning wien they open. Tried emailing, undeliverable. Tried messaging on Facebook, nothing back.

First time customer. Got the silver $30 car wash. Really just wanted my interior cleaned. I'm really not happy with the results. Vacuuming wasn't done well. Doesn't looked wiped down at all. I really don't know what I paid $30 for. Definitely won't be back.

Absolutely worthless car wash! I asked manager if they did vacuum the car? He said we can’t be perfect! Simple vacuuming what they could not do to be perfect! Don’t go and pay $35 to be scammed! This place was giving way better service back time

They really do a good job here. I got the basic package with an optional shampoo of the floir mats. Everything I'm outside was clean, and the windows had n streaks. I didn't pay to have the interior detail, but I was still please with how well everything was vacuum, they wiped the instrument panel and doors, and even the console between the front seat. I go there quite often and never been disappointed.

Over and above! I noticed my front plate came off in the wash, went back the next day and asked if they had seen it—no luck, but they said they’d call back if it came up. Fully expected to never hear from them, but it wasn’t 10mins later, they called back after they went to look for it, found it and left in the front office for us! Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful! And a huge bonus, the wheels looked amazing—we’ve tried everything to clean them up and could never get them as clean and shiny as Jeff’s can!! We’ll only come back to Jeff’s!!!

Paid $75 for their new Super Shine package. Truck floor still has dirt on it. Back floor mats were put in the front of the truck. Truck still dirty on the outside with bugs.

Staff was nice and my car is definitely cleaner but it could’ve been a better experience. There are 2 lanes, I pulled into one and was told there was one long line I needed to get into that fed into the 2 lines, I pulled out of the lane and got in the line, 2 cars behind me pulled out of the line into the lane I had been in and no one said anything to them. They just cut in line and no one said anything to them. Also, for $40 I expected my car to be much cleaner. See photos.

EDIT to bump this from 2 to 3 stars after the owner graciously responded and provided a gift card that will allow me to give them another chance. Hoping to bump this to 4 or 5 stars after the second try. I do greatly appreciate the excellent customer service— no excuses just “let us try again.” I got the $40 interior/exterior platinum service on what was admittedly a very busy nice winter day. I was charged a four dollar premium for my “oversized” Honda HRV. If a Honda HRV is oversized I’m guessing only go karts go through at the standard price. I didn’t argue because I thought maybe it was for the back hatch area… But as you can see, they didn’t even touch the back hatch area. Not happy and definitely didn’t get my money’s worth.

so i’m 38 weeks pregnant & and i stopped by to get my vehicle cleaned for my car seat/prep for baby to come home. rang into a snag with a bike rack that was frozen so we couldn’t do the exterior. instead of denying me, they refunded me for the entire clean AND STILL did the detail on the inside. cannot express the gratitude enough to be able to have this off my list & know im ready for my first baby. truly great people all around there.
