Always crowded but hey that's not a big problem. The problem is that I got a new vehicle and it would seem easy to have this updated right, well not with them. Now everytime I go someone has to come over and manually input my tag info - 6 times! I even called and left messages for the manager...think they called me back? NO..we'll probably end up moving our plan to another car wash cuz yeah it's that serious! *Update- Hi, I've called a few times since this response but no one ever answers the phone however this morning, I did leave a message. Fingers crossed.

Today, September 21st, I took my 82 year old mother to get her car washed, she was very hesitant and frighten to go through the car was ,but Eric encouraged my mom, he ensured her that he would be right by her side, Eric literally walked through the car wash as my mom was getting her car washed today. When I say Eric deserves a bonus , and a promotion because his customer service was TOP NOTCH! Eric is a prime example of what customer service looks like. At first I use to love going there then boom staff at both locations got laxed. They don't pay attention when guiding you into the car wash I don't understand why they be looking to the left and right of themselves instead of looking straight at you. The towels are always running low or simply none at all, bottles empty, tire shine rarely catches tires. The staff (some) are not people friendly and seems irritated when approached. I had a membership from the moment they opened until November of this year had to let them go got tired of piss poor service. Found a new wash closer to my home. Comes with air freshener, stocked towels, window cleaner & a solution to clean your car inside out. Also they basic wash comes with tire shine as well can't beat that. PEACHY CAR WASH OFF UPPER RIVERDALE RD if anybody is in the area try them out. Goodbye Jay's

Nick is very disrespectful. I am a long standing member of this car wash and most employees know who I am. I asked young man for spray and cloths to dry my car. Nick began screaming across the lot at the young man that was helping me. His tone was very condescending and disrespectful. I have never seen any upper management disrespect any employees the way he spoke to that young man. I want to cancel my membership if this is how our young men are treated at this establishment. Thoroughly Disappointed!

I got their most expensive wash and it really didn’t do much. There’s still a lot of dirt left on my car and it didn’t even take off sticker residue. The employees were super nice and that’s the only reason I’m giving it a second star. Since it’s a car wash I’m just rating the wash itself.
