This was not my usual car wash, but I decided to give them a try. There was a line of cars but the team had us moving along well. The wait was much shorter than it looked. My card was damaged, but the attendant assisted me in getting through with a smile. While at the vacuum I was approached by Kelly (The Manager) who asked me about my experience and if I needed anything. It was refreshing. I may be getting a membership soon.

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank my neighborhood car wash. It is a community here and that is rare nowadays in neighborhoods. When I go sometimes, it is my peace and quiet time. I turn on a little music and take my time and enjoy my “me time”. Other times I go with my kids and the young people there recognize a mom in need of assistance, several times that I’ve gone I’ve had some of the young people offer to help with the vacuuming if they’re not too busy doing other things and that warms my heart. Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I often see some of the same people whenever I go, so Jay’s is a staple in our community. Please continue to do a great job servicing the people of our community in this neighborhood. P.S. the vacuums are really strong and that is awesome because getting things between the seats and under the seatbelt buckles is so helpful when you have small children.

What stood out most was her attitude—Latisha was friendly, respectful, and had a great energy throughout the entire process. I asked a few questions about the products and services being used, and not only did she provide accurate answers, but she did so with a genuine willingness to help. Her communication was clear and professional, which made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Latisha demonstrated top-notch work ethic and clearly takes pride in what she does. This is the most customer service and product friendly car wash locations in Atlanta. Management is very knowledgeable which creates employees that are very knowledgeable of the products that they carry whether you're getting a membership for a month or a service to get you back shining for a day. They're always there ready to assist and make sure each and every one of the cars leave shiny as well as a customer leaves with a smile. Keep up the good work all of you 💪🏽 I've been with this car wash since it opened and I have seen nothing but growth throughout beginning with the employees going into management and management going up and beyond to go to higher heights in this business by even going to Jay's car Wash University I love the fact that they give back not only to the employees but to the community as well. Car wash is fine but customer service lagging . Long story short being charged on two different cards and I have yet to receive a response from someone to In regards to a refund , have called the store and sent emails multiple times with no call back . Even went to the car wash with no management on site to help me . This is extremely frustrating.

What started as a basic wash turned into a full experience—from tire shine that only took five quick minutes, to auto detailing and car waxing, everything was done efficiently and with real attention to detail. Latisha’s communication was excellent the entire time. She explained everything clearly and made sure I knew what was being done to my car. But what really stood out was her energy—bright, upbeat, and contagious! I originally came in for just a simple wash, but her vibe had me sticking around and enjoying a quick mid-conversation that honestly lifted my day. I’ve been a member of Jay’s Car Wash on Cleveland Ave for the past year, and it’s truly been a fantastic experience! The staff is always efficient, courteous, and they keep the lines moving smoothly—no long waits, even on busy days. Having a prepaid car wash subscription is a total game-changer. I can wash my car as many times as I like each month, and it takes all the hassle out of keeping my car clean. The facility is well-maintained with plenty of vacuum stations, fresh towels, and refilled cleaning solution. I especially appreciate the car mat cleaning station—it’s great for getting out crumbs and spills with ease. I also want to give a special shoutout to the amazing manager, Ms. Kelly. I recently had a minor issue, and she handled it with professionalism and care. She clearly explained what went wrong, how she was going to fix it, and how she would make sure it wouldn’t happen again. She was articulate, friendly, and a true pleasure to speak with. I had a membership here for THE WORKS. WASTE OF MONEY. I was a member for 2 months. Every time I came here it did not wash the top of my truck. The sides look great but the roof didn't even get touched at all. If I could post the pictures I would. Black spots all over the roof EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'll go to the hand wash down the street for $45 inside & out. I don't even have to anything but wait. I DO NOT recommend this car wash.

My car was looking clean and ready for the Lyft riders membership is affordable have to say worth it . Ms.Kelly the manager is truly a great asset! I came in to get my car washed and she was so polite and welcomed me in with all smiles. I came back about a week later and I needed help updating my information and she was eager to help me with a big smile and she took care of me in no time. Great customer service matters to every customer and of course it helps with customer retention. And Ms. Kelly is one of the best team members!
