I would give them a 5 but I watch them clean the vehicles ahead of me and then they don’t give me the same service 90% of the time. It makes me feel like why do I have to see this. Am I an inconvenience?? I tip every time. It’s because I’m a woman? I’ve been going for years. The management has had me go through again when needed. They are friendly. But now there are so many options they need to do better.

Cleaning was good but worst towel down I’ve ever had. Glad I had my own microfibers to do it myself after I pulled into speedway across the street. I’ve been to Jax all over the state never had this experience, didn’t even wipe my front bumper.

Finding on a regular basis that all of the locations are having difficulties with managing the towel drying. This location in particular as forced me to pull over several times to finish up the job of towel, dried in my car, even though I pay for the services. I have gotten used to subpar work efforts And ethics in this area. I also noticed several of the automated drying features Being off-line. If maintenance can get these automated drawing techniques online, the towel drying efforts Would be easily a managed

I do not like the residue that continues to stay on my windshield after every wash. It keeps layering and layering. I go to different Jax locations. One day a pop-up ad appeared and it was actually for a residue remover for this exact thing I didn’t know that such a product existed but it did help me to realize that what I was observing was accurate. Other than that I’ve always been happy with the results, speed, and Customer Service. Let me know about the residue solution that you use and what I can do about it

Only because it's so convenient! I've received a number of scratches on my truck, but accepted them because it's also my work truck. I've tried paying/tipping extra to get my rims dried, but it's been a waste of time and money. I just pull over afterwards and dry them myself. The staff is always friendly and as an unlimited member you get to know the guys.

It appears they no longer pre-pressure wash vehicles before running them through the automatic wash. As a result, clumps of ice and snow were left stuck to my car. The service used to be much better, but since pushing nearly everyone onto a monthly subscription, the level of care has noticeably declined. If rates continue to increase, staffing and service quality should increase as well. Unfortunately, this was poor service with poor results from a company I once trusted.

Hello and be aware! On Jan.13th I went through Jax Car Wash in Birmingham Michigan at the corner of Woodward and Frank St. Two people cleaned the interior of my car. When I pulled out of Jax I realized that one of the 2 people or both had stolen my Beats ear buds that were charging in the open portion of the center console and my Gucci reading glasses that were also in the open portion of the center console. I couldn’t go back to file a complaint because I had to catch a flight I couldn’t miss so I called repeatedly over the next 3 days only to have A.I. Jane tell me to contact the police to report a theft with no option to leave a voicemail , speak to someone or to have someone call me back. I also sent an email to the Jax Unlimited Club which I have paid to be part of for 8yrs with no response. I called 2 more times saying I had a different problem and finally received a call back from a manager on Jan. 20th stating he would investigate and follow up in a few days. It’s now 18 days later with know follow up call or email. Obviously there is no concern whatsoever for theft within their company. Thank You, Patrick McInnis

Did the interior and exterior was. I was getting my mom’s car cleaned that we were selling and it had been awile since it had a good cleaning. The attendant did a great job helping me figure out a cost effective way to pay for the cleaning since I was already a member with the vehicles. The interior group did a pretty good job, but missed a few areas which was no big deal for me to finish up. I would go back and have them clean my truck but I live out of town.

Really concerned about the quality of car wash at the Birmingham Jax location as the wash has now left scratches on more than 3 occasions that I cannot be buff out and the cloth cleaners at the end continue to do a half hazard job of toweling off my car as well as my wife's. After today's wash I had to redo the towel clean at home myself because it looked almost as bad as when I took the car in there. If this continues both my wife and I are going to cancel our long-standing memberships in the spring. More attention to detail please as we are NOT picky at all but the service as well as the wash itself have gone way down hill unfortunatley.

I have been a loyal customer at Jax kar Wash for almost five years. As a rideshare driver, I always trusted this location and even recommended it to several friends. It was the only place I went for full inside-and-outside cleaning. Recently, I was extremely disappointed to discover that some l of my original luxury vehicle floor mats were missing from under my WeatherTech mats. These mats are expensive and important for my vehicle. I immediately spoke with the supervisor, and he told me he would review the cameras and let me know. However, I never received a call back or any positive feedback. There was no follow-up, no explanation, and no accountability. After years of loyalty, this experience made me feel very let down. Because of this incident, I have decided to cancel my full-service membership. I cannot risk losing anything else from my vehicle. I hope Jax kar Wash improves their customer care and accountability, because this experience was very disappointing for someone who trusted them for so long

My car is still VERY dirty. I could’ve paid $5 dollars down the street for the same car wash. For the price and for the location, I expected a lot more. Won’t be back and would like somebody to contact me.. update- I went back and spoke with the manager and he was kind enough to give me a free wash as a redo and even gave me a coupon for my next one. It is greatly appreciated although my car is still very dirty. He did let me know that wranglers are one of the hardest cars to wash because of all the nooks and crannies and things, but still, I would expect a little bit more even after a redo my car still looks very dirty so I think it is safe to say I won’t be back but I do appreciate the good customer service.

I wanted to take the time to give credit where it's due! The manager Tim is awesome! Anytime I've had a issue Tim's always been extremely perfesonal & polite while fixing any problems & makes me feel valued as a faithful customer! Also Brian who's always in the tunnel pulling cars in is the best & always makes sure to spray my running boards for me without me having to ask everytime anymore! I'll continue to be faithful to the Birmingham jax location! The best jax location out of them all hands down!
